I liked that the rooms were separate. The room was neat and clean.

The lights switched where difficult to navigate. Couldn't switch off certain lights, except from one switch and then could not turn them on properly in the morning. It was very annoying. There was a fan in one room bot not the other. The shower head was not great. It's hard to wash hair without the water running off onto the floor, regardless of the shower curtain. Also the soap is affixed to the wall in the bathroom - to wash yourself if having a bath, you need to stand up and reach up to the shower (difficult for kids). There should be a soap located low down to use for bathing.

The staff on reception were very friendly,. the ice machine didn't work so they were very helpful with giving us ice whenever we needed. Nobody disturbed us when we were having a late drink in the room which was sound.

We paid for a late checkout for the rooms. The cleaners came into my room once & woke us up but they came into my friends room every hour which was inconvenient. Just for future reference if they are giving the late checkout just make sure the cleaners know. The carpets in the room smelled fairly damp when we arrived in the room also. There was a €200.00 deposit for each room that we weren't advised when booking.

Hotel was nice and comfy room was good size and suited our needs perfectly

The bistro bar for food was not great all at they managed to get our order all wrong and completely forgot to bring out 1 part of the order so one person was left with no food after sometime I asked about it and they forgot it they said so I cancelled it said I didn’t want as it was to late as the rest of my family were alimost done there’s.. they mixed up what was ordered in the first place then had to take back and change things twice so this was not a good experience for us.. after this we decided that the next night not to go back again for food.. despite all the mix up for us all we got was sorry about that which i don’t think was good enough as one of us was left with no food to eat while there

The room was lovely....comfortable bed..quick check out. ..free car park easily within reach of Reception. Very nice breakfast.

Difficult check in..Receptionist barely audible over music in bar...had to ask her 3 times to repeat parts of the information she was giving me..I know it was after 9.30 on Saturday night ..but still I had driven over 3 hrs and was looking to get to my room. .it was stressful enough trying to get into the location off the Red Cow...Do your homework on this or get your SatNav /Goole maps in gear!!

We had never been to Ireland or outside North America before. We had flown form Seattle to Dublin and ad been awake for almost 24 hours when we arrived. The staff quickly assigned us to our room where we unloaded, It was very quiet and once we figured out the lay of the room, we went downstairs for beer and dinner. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The staff were very helpful and nice to boot. We were impressed with the room layout.

It took a bit of navigating to get to the hotel from the airport with Google Maps. That is not your fault. It took a bit of work to remember to remove the card from the slot upon leaving and using the elevator. That is your security process and I am down with it.

Beds Cleanliness Restaurant

Wheelchair accessible bathroom requires a refurb. Nice walk in shower would of been nicer rather than old plastic tray with dirty stained shower curtain and old dirty silicone. Non slip floor would be more beneficial as floor is very slippery post shower. Shower hose would be best situated elsewhere. Between shower head and curtain there's no room to shower comfortably. Shower too small esp if assisting someone. Slip hazard.

Due to extended delays, we only reached after midnight. The gentleman at the front desk was understanding & reinstated our booking, which was cancelled, although I did notify about extended delays. I was travelling with family, this meant a lot to us. The family room was spacious & the beds were tidy. Shower was clean; topped up with a coffee & tea kettle in the room. Definitely will stay there if we were to revisit.

Staff are great nice hotel

Bar cold as in tempreature 2 doors into the bar one from reception the other at the side then u had the large turnstile door opening all time letting alot of cold air into the bar bit uncomfortable it could be nice and cosy if doors I to bar were left off the latches and closed let people open them when they walk in this bar needs a full time bar man not partime one

breakfast was good. Definitely wouldn't leave hungry. staff friendly

rooms very warm but weather was extremely hot them few days. staff extremely accommodating supplied us with 2 fans. so was at no fault of the hotel. we had to change rooms after first night as it was double booked . service in bar was a little all over the place staff didn't seem very experienced.

Staff very friendly especially in Bar/Restaurant. Nice atmosphere, rooms had good sound proofing. Car Park very useful and easy to use unlike many places. Room service was good

Hot room and no air conditioning, there was a fan but was on its last legs making noise. Not that much around nearby in walking distance but is what it is, close to motorway and handy for parking
