Delicious flavour of Excellent prepared fresh food, fusion of tastes from Breakfast, Lunches , dinner casual dining. Great buzzing atmosphere of fellow guests travelling onwards on their journey. Shuttle service tool and from the airport to both terminals. Giselle & team at reservations & Reception are ever so helpful & informative. Maidei & Eoghan looked after us whilst dining. So friendly and lovely to chat with. Gavin & Declan looking after all their customers , guests and.local diners so professional.and genuinely caring to all their guests. Hotel Review: Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near Dublin Airport I had a great experience at this Dublin airport hotel. The free shuttle bus service was excellent—efficient, reliable, and made getting to and from the airport incredibly easy. On arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly staff, which set a welcoming tone for the stay. The room was a good size, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing everything needed for a comfortable night’s rest. Room service was another highlight—prompt and with great food quality, making it a hassle-free option for a relaxing evening. Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stay near Dublin Airport. Would definitely stay again!

Room 312 looking over the airport with a balcony. Exceptional. Just absolutely beautiful room. Everything you needed from tea, coffee ,robes and shower creams etc. They put the courtesy bus on that morning when we were not sure would they with the storm Èowen. Very good hotel with exceptional service.

We unfortunately had a terrible experience. The window beside the balcony door was not closed properly or got blown loose and it was the night of storm Èowen.My husband went to close it and the frame plus window came away. We got an awful fright. The wind blowing into the room was frightening. Not the hotels fault. As I say it was the night of the storm. But the night time staff/security were more or less telling us we were wrong and must have opened the window. We are approaching 60yr of age and had settled down for the night as we had an early flight. They did move us promptly to another room so we could get some sleep but their attitude towards us was not nice.

Very good location, close to the airport, but not at the airport itself, so the planes did not disturb us at night. Transfer from the airport by hotel bus perfect. Hotel Staff very nice and helpful. Room large, bright and comfortable.

Bathrooms a bit damaged by damp, could do with a little renovation. It wasn't unpleasant, but didn't fit in with the rest of the very nice hotel. Average breakfast, if you don't like British breakfast, you don't have much choice to eat something different, filling and healthier. There was a lack of vegetables, but there were yoghurts and fruits (some fresh) and good bread.

Room was clean & large, came equipped with complimentary red wine which was lovely touch.

Room was not equipped with fridge which would have been useful for some items I had which required refrigeration.

The hotel offered a fresh, modern and welcoming environment, all within a stone's throw from the airport. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was efficient and reliable, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to our early morning journey back to Australia. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. The price was spot on for the experience.

Unfortunately, when we ordered and paid for cappuccino's at the restaurant at 5.30am, we were provided with instant coffee with a splash of milk. For an airport hotel, fresh barista-made beverages should be available around the clock. This was the only downside of our otherwise great experience.

The seafood chowder in the restaurant was superb. I liked the generous size of my bedroom. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, even if their accents were difficult to understand. The staff in the restaurant were superb.

I am disabled. The shuttle bus stop at the airport involves a long walk to the terminals which is difficult for me. In the bedroom, the fresh air grille in the middle of the window was inpossible to close so noise from outside, including flights taking off, disturbed my sleep. The anti-theft coat hangers with a little pinhead to fit into a hanging hook are IMPOSSIBLE for people with arthritic fingers. Thay should NEVER be the only option in rooms for the disabed.

It was relatively close to the Dublin Airport, but it was still a very pricey hotel.

Restaurants were very expensive. I would recommend a 20–30-minute walk to Kealey's Pub on Sword Road for dinner. Excellent food at a more reasonable price. The other huge problem with the Carlton is their shuttle service. For a hotel as large as the Carlton they have an insufficient size for their shuttle vans. We had to wait over 45 minutes in the blowing rain for a second pick-up at the airport. and even then, there were a couple people left behind due to lack of space. Plus, one of the drivers is very rude and acts as if he either hates his job or has no experience in customer service.

The room was quite roomy, roomier in any case than in most four-star hotels. The design is quite relaxing, which matter before a flight. There is one space really apart to tidy your stuff, which means that visually the room can remain orderly. Unusually, there are two comfortable armchairs inviting to sit deep ensconced and to rest. The lighting is well thought-out and gives an intimate impression that reinforces the impression of quietness. I wish I could have stayed in this hotel for a longer period of time. The room was absolutely immaculate even with the wall to wall carpet, bearing in mind it is not easy to maintain hygiene standards with comfy wall-to-wall carpet.

The staff at the reception were a bit cold and stiff but professional. However, the staff at the restaurant were definitely slow, too cold, too distant, close to rude and inefficient talking into account high Irish standards of warm welcome. The room was too hot and it was nearly impossible to settle the temperature

Booked the hotel for the night before our flight to Alghero in Sardinia. The perfect start to our holiday - luxurious accommodation. The room was large and elegantly furnished. There was a separate seating area with a huge TV on the wall. There was a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the airport. Beautiful bathroom with a huge bath and toiletries provided meaning that I didn’t have to open my large case so I was ready to leave early the next morning without any hassle. Drinks and biscuits were provided and the room was so comfortable that we ordered room service and received a delicious meal from the restaurant, along with a pint of Guinness- a must when visiting Ireland. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes guests to and from the airport 24/7. We wished we could have stayed longer - perfect!
