Lovely quiet B&B, very close to airport and with easy access to Dublin City Center via bus, with bus stop right across the street. Spacious Room and well equipped bathroom. Lovely tea and coffee set up daily in room, with a delicious treat. Good breakfast, with multiple choices. You were able to obtain the LEAF card for easy transiting on the Dublin Transit system. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. But the most important aspect was the extremely friendly and ever-so-helpful hosts that could not do enough for you. I felt spoiled. Plus, lots of great advice on places to see and how best to go there. Your home away from home.

This comfortable room in a shared house was very well laid out and had numerous amenities in the room (kettle water tv). The bathroom was shared but was very clean and I never waited for access. The breakfast was delicious. My host, Liam, was so lovely and made sure my stay was delightful. The location is a quiet suburban area near the airport. One really nice perk is that the host provides a prepaid bus card (any bus fares are simply added to your room).

This is shared housing so you need to be comfortable sharing a bathroom, hallways, and a dining area. My experience had only tranquility and comfort.

Tony was the most wonderful host. Nothing was too much trouble, even offering to carry our bags to & from car & rooms. Lovely touches in room like a bottle of water for filling kettle, tasty treat for having with tea or coffee. More than sufficient tea, coffee, milks & sugars in room. Bathroom spacious & so clean. Nice toiletries were supplied. Tony even offered to drive us down to the pub for our evening meal :) We had a very early start in morning (before "official" brekky start time), Tony made me a coffee & toast to start the day, so very kind.

There was nothing to not like. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I really enjoyed my short stay here. I was received very warmly and enjoyed chatting with the owners! The location near the airport is great as it’s easy to get a taxi for an early morning flight (~€18 fare before 8am). There is also a convenience store nearby and a supermarket a short walk away. The room was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable!

The walls are relatively thin, so the level of noise in the evening depends on how considerate your room neighbors are. It would also be great if they could periodically de-scale the water kettles in the rooms.

This cozy B&B was a welcome alternative to a hotel in the city, especially if you have a car. Only a short drive to the city. Hotels in Dublin are expensive and most don’t include parking, so for those reasons alone, this place was great value. Plenty of free parking in the front driveway. Spacious clean quiet room with comfortable bed and pillows. Everything in bathroom worked great. The staff could not have been nicer or more welcoming; thank you! My booking included hot breakfast (hard boiled egg, ham, cheese, toast; plus all the continental breakfast items) which was basic and tasty. I had a great stay. Highly recommend.

The 3 brothers that run the place are very nice and accommodating. They bring the old spirit of Ireland Upfront. With smiles and banter. The location is close to the airport. And the bus is very close by to go into the city or anywhere you wanna go. Ask the brothers they will help you whatever needs you have. Hope to be back there someday.

The showers could have been a little warmer. But I'm an American And I like my hot..hot.. showers.😀😀😁😁

The owner is very kind and help with any question as buses routes and restaurants nearby. There's a bus stop almost in front on the house The room was comfortable and clean, despite is a bed&breakfast, the room has more than regular hotels: water, tea, coffee, brown and white sugar and the breakfast is very complete: egg, jamon, cheese, jams, nutella, coffee, cereals and oats (including gluten free!!!), fruits like tangerines, apples and bananas. I just stay one night, just arriving from a long flight and I chose it because it's very near from the airport. A taxi costs aprox. €18.

The hosts were extremely nice, friendly and helpful. My room was on the second floor and they took my bags up for me which I REALLY appreciated! The breakfast room was well stocked and was quite large. Very near the airport which made my early morning commute for my flight really easy.

Parking. Small spots and I just was not used to that at all. Mattress was not very comfortable. My room had two twin beds so I should have just tried the other bed. 😊

The location was ideal, I was visiting my husband in Beaumont Hospital, which was within walking distance. Liam, and especially Tony were so nice and obliging. Tony offerred to drive me to the hospital and collect me as needed, I was able to leave my car at the B& B .My room was comfortable , clean and spacious, with wi fi and tea and coffee facilities. All in all I had a very positive experience under difficult circumstances. I would definitely stay there again .

The hosts went out of their way to help, including advising on the best way to get into the city centre and even providing us with leap cards to get around. The place was very clean and had all you needed (tea/coffee/water station was very neat and plentiful). Location very close to the airport, but with good transport into the centre. Would definitely visit again!
