The host was always available to help us with whatever inquiries we had and everything was maintained clean and silent. Silent hours were respected. All three bathroom available were clean and stocked with what I'm assuming was shampoo and conditioner that previous guests had left behind and were free to use. Kitchen was fully stocked. Room wasn't huge but it was comfortable, had a cupboard for storage and a pretty comfortable bed with a thick mattress. As someone who has stayed in some pretty cheap hostels with thin mattresses this was a nice change. There were many supermarkets nearby and the bus stop right next to the house had basically every bus going through it so it was really well connected. Me and my friend traveled here for a concert and had no problems going or coming from the stadium. Overall a very nice experience.

Perfect location, near a park and great bus route! literally 10 mins to O'connell st! really nice sized room and great host! made it very easy to get in and felt comfortable going in and out the whole time. Room was also clean and barely saw the other guests. Very safe area too, even late at night it felt fine to walk around, would consider coming back again as the price was also very good!

Needs another bathroom, was waiting 45 mins one day to use the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs one was occupied every time I tried. Also lost water pressure in the shower immediately after this wait and couldnt get it back so needed to towel off and come back later...

The owner was soooo kind, our flight had a delay of two hours landing at 1:15 am aprox. and he waited us until we got to Pia House near 2:00 am and we just paid the usual extra fee of the check in later to 22:00 (when it oficially ENDS at 0:00). Other point really nice was that the house is so confy, confortable to stay, it was like our little home that days. The shared bathroom were good, like any other bathroom in a house. The bedroom was perfect to just rest and leave all the things you carried in a cupboard, it also had big window and more than one plugs.

You can't take a shower in the bathroom upstairs later than 23:00, it could be an inconvenient for someone. Also, you can hear quite a bit from one room to another.

The location is perfect, you can walk to the city center or just take the bus. The station is less than 2 minutes away. The whole place was clean all the time which was very nice and also the kitchen has all the necessary appliences and extras you might want like tea, coffe and different souces and ingridients for you to cook.

The only thing is that there is a lot of construction work going on around the house and around dublin in general but that is really not their fault. The noise doesn't really come into the living spaces though and during the night they stop working.

Clean, Tidy, Right Temperature. Great Amenities in property including clothes washing facilties. Tea, Coffee and bathroom products provided. Host Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Close to the city!

House can be a little noisy at times, lots of comings and goings at all times of the day! Matresses could be updated for a comfier nights sleep.

A cheap room in an otherwise extremely expensive Dublin. Good location on a busy bus route. Easy access to the city. Nice view out of the back looking over the river.

Nothing to complain about.

It is not in the center, but the bus stop is right next to it. Buses are frequent and you only need to drive a few stops to the center. If you like, you can also walk to the center. Lidl, Spar, Aldi stores are nearby, and if you are with children, there is also a large park. The shared toilet is clean. The common kitchen is excellent and well equipped. The owner is kind.

Small room.

A nice guesthouse not far from the city centre. The owner is super helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated there were enough bathrooms available. Other guests were respectful of the house rules, there was no mess or noise late at night. A good experience overall!

There is a smoking corner outside and sometimes the smell can come through an open window into the room.

The neatness of the building the rooms the kitchen and the toilets are good

The location is perfect but the airpod or aircode goes crazy it leads to a different direction, I went 4 nautical points before I could locate it and same happened to my wife I have to go get her from where she was standing
