Got warm shower with enough soap 10. so many drawer for each of my family to keep their own belongings 11. our room just same floor with reception 12. Room just enough for those to enjoy to visit short vacation and looking for a bit cheaper hotel 13. The room covered with carpet which good for small children 14. we check in around 8pm but the street on saturday was crowded with people around and live city 15. Area close to city centre and can enjoy the hop on hop off by walk to reach the pick up point no.1 16. Easy to get taxi 17. can walk to any shop Lidl, dunnes, etc for groceries but shop close at 7pm
1. They advise to keep not too noisy but upstairs there was children non stop shouting every night 2. Shower bathroom good for skinny body to fit in 3. The sink with seperate hot and cold tap which cannot combined. Encourage hotel to combined so can adjust to warm rather than seperate tap 4.After 9-10pm, outside street too quiet 5. Staff are excellent.. this makes the place, all the staff were very polite accommodating. Its centrally located in dublin near tran, Station busses, etc. ideal location Great breakfast worth money despite stairs Comfy bed slept well .. clean room..
Honestly, it needs renovating poor quality interiors old very woren.. asked for the ground floor, thinking I wouldn't have many steps to do but up 5 down 2 up 3 steep steps. .. kitchen for breakfast down 3 flights stairs If your size 16 plus shower won't suit you too small, the gap to get into the shower had squeezed in.. no room at end bed, kept banging legs off it every time i passed . Carpet was ripped. Duvets has loads holes in it very woren .. Will not suit people with limited mobility for definite.

Comfortable and Clean. Very well located and very well priced. It needs an update and fixing some details, but if you're just looking for a place to lay your head and be central while visiting Dublin this is the place. As a family of 5, including kids, we stayed comfortably in a family room.
Outdated. Some little things broken. (Hooks behind the bathroom door, no rail on one of the wardrobes, wood panel on one of the beds)

Good location within walking distance near the city centre within walking distance from Customs House, 25 walk to Jameson Distillery with a 20 minute walk from there to the Guinness Brewery, which was then a 45 minute walk back from the Guinness Brewery mostly alongside the river. Nice Breakfast for €10 extra each day which is cheaper than anywhere else in Dublin
Breakfast wasn't included in the price and I didn't even know that they did breakfast for €10 extra each day til I arrived. They should add the paying extra for breakfast as an option when booking the room on booking.com

This is a budget facility but they offered free luggage storage for the day until we caught the train to our next stop. The staff were very polite, helpful and a friendly face. It was just a bed to sleep for us so we were not looking for luxury. We arrived very late and they were still open. Also to find a hotel room that can take a family of 5 is rare so it was ideal for is. I would recommend. But if you fussy and snobby don't go there. The facilities are adequate and the service is great! We loved our stay and felt very welcome.
The very windy main road out front ;-)

Great location within 10 minutes of temple bar, the lady on the desk was also very helpful. The room itself was a decent size (5 person room) and the beds were really comfortable. For what we paid it was a very good place to stay for one night.
The bathroom let the room down. The light was extremely bright so anytime someone went to the toilet in the night it woke everyone up, also the extractor fan would come on which is the loudest extractor fan I've ever heard. The shower had great water pressure but the cubicle is so small you can't really move without banging the sides.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was kind, our room was spacious and we got quality room service every day. I really liked the shower, because it provided strong stream with warm (even hot) water. Absolutely awesome relax after the marathon.
The walls are thin, so you can hear when people in neighboring rooms (next to you or above you) are being loud. Otherwise there were not many negatives.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Clean and in a quiet location but still within walking distance of brilliant local pubs as well as the centre of town. We were able to leave our cases in store on the last day as we had a long wait till our flight. That day we thought we had left something in the room and the staff were extremely helpful in searching and allowing us back in to have a quick look! We found it in our case of course!! Comfortable stay for the price and would go back to this accommodation. Also very easy to get to by the 41 bus from the airport and same on return.
The water temperature in the shower could vary a bit and the climb of over 60 stairs to the top rooms could be too much for some people. The window in the room opened up fully and this may not be suitable for anyone with a child.

The location was perfect for our visit in Dublin. We were easily able to take public transportation or to walk to the sites that interested us. The room was small but we really just needed to be able to sleep there. There was a locked room to store luggage until our official check-in and several of the desk workers were friendly and helpful.
Had tried to get some general information about the site prior to our visit but never received a response. Some information about the television would have been helpful. We lost service one evening and it never did come back on; we were on a short visit and did not follow up. Other travellers set off the fire alarm while showering; we were careful not to fill our tiny room with steam!
