Location was spot on, tight by connolly station, which was handy for the gig we went to at malahide. It's also very near Abbey street snd tram line. Very easy to get to.

Our coffee machine wasn't working, and there was no kettle, so we couldn't even have a cup if tea in the morning. There was a balcony, but it was closed due to safety.

Our room was above the railway track and noisy; woke us early and unaware of this.

The fact that guests have to pay extra for the spa. I feel like an extra 25 euros per person on top of paying for the room is a bit steep

The bed was very comfortable and we slept off our jet lag very quickly. There is a little rooftop lounge that was open 24/7, offering coffee/tea and snacks, and continental breakfast in the morning. We got the sense it was for guests on upper floors only. When we were tired of pub dining, we were able to bring in a take away meal and enjoy it in this space.

Just one tiny issue. One of the freshly provided (daily) hand towels looked like it had been used to wipe dark shoe polish and was badly stained, but it was laundered. The laundry service should have caught that. We just didn't use it.

The hotel is right next to connolly station and only a 10 minute walk from O'Connell Street. The room was amazing and a great size. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. The staff were incredible. The spa and sauna were great and well priced. The food was good but a little overpriced. The laundry service is great a fairly priced.

Our only issue was the air conditioning didn't work properly and even though the front desk were super helpful the first two maintenance guys that came had no idea how to fix it, but eventually it was sorted. There was also a lack of channels on the tv but that is just minor.

Great that the VIP rooms had access to the rooftop lounge. Great that there was sitting space as well as the bed in the VIP room. The bed was spacious, and the light features across the room were very high tech and convenient! The staff were so lovely to go out of their way and add a little extra spark for Valentine's Day as well!

The television was fairly useless - the only intriguing feature was the telly-controlled light commands. Not having a section on the television to connect to the likes of Netflix or Youtube in 2025 felt bizarre, and was the only major drawback of the room. (especially with free WiFi in the room, why not at least give the option?). The included breakfast bites in the lounge ran out quickly and were limited in options as well, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Cleanliness, location, quality of everything. Excellent showers, beds, coffee every morning. Lovely stay, lovely staff. We didn't eat there so xant comment on the food, but probably really good. Basically, everything was exceeding our expectations

The temperature. It was extremely humid and hot in our room. We told the staff and they gave us a cooler which made it a bit better, but still very, very humid The TV was bad, had like 4-5 working channels and was really quiet. They had 3-4 elevators, but only one worked consistently

The welcoming foyer - so tastefully decorated giving that luxurious feel. In the room, I loved the comfortable mattress, nice toiletries, bathrobes and the control panel of smart switches that turn on feature lights, A/C and room service. The room was completely sound proof too - we noticed our neighbour had their loud speakers on but we didn't hear anything as soon as we entered the room. I also enjoyed the exclusive lounge on the top floor for smoking and continental breakfast. Staff were really helpful when we needed a place to keep our luggage on the day we checked out. The bartender, Alex, in the downstairs bar is our favourite!

Breakfast in the basement. For 16 Euros, I would have hoped for a breakfast made to order but it was served buffet style with a limited selection. Instead, we continued to enjoy breakfast in a nearby cafe called 'Laine, my love'.

Isabel on reception, was so friendly and helpful on arrival. The hotel looks like it was previously a station so it has a quirky interior, beautifully decorated reception, bar and parlour. Staff were lovely and helpful. Ideal location for sightseeing in Dublin, really close to all the shops and opposite the Connolly train station and Luas. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet - we had a good nights sleep. Lots of choice at breakfast too. Spar and food options really close by.

Air Con wasn’t great in the room, didn’t feel particularly cold. Bathrooms could do with updating but they were very clean so that didn’t really matter. Coffee machine rather than kettle in the room which could be used to make a tea but not ideal. More expensive rate for bank hols I think but that was the case for most hotels.

We were in a Club room so we had access to the Club lounge. This was a nice bonus to be able to access the roof terrace. However, as our room was beside the main locked door to the terrace everyone going in had to pass our room. The bangs of the door and the noise of people was totally ridiculous. On the first night the door opened constantly during the night and we could not sleep. The property is in a good location to the Connolly train station and the 3Arena. The staff were all very nice. The food in the North restaurant was nice.

The noise!!!! It is also possible to hear the train although they didn’t annoy me as much as the door that kept opening and banging every time someone went to the club lounge!
