Location, staff, reputation

Our room was above the railway track and noisy; woke us early and unaware of this.

Lovely clean stylish hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location also

The fact that guests have to pay extra for the spa. I feel like an extra 25 euros per person on top of paying for the room is a bit steep

Great that the VIP rooms had access to the rooftop lounge. Great that there was sitting space as well as the bed in the VIP room. The bed was spacious, and the light features across the room were very high tech and convenient! The staff were so lovely to go out of their way and add a little extra spark for Valentine's Day as well!

The television was fairly useless - the only intriguing feature was the telly-controlled light commands. Not having a section on the television to connect to the likes of Netflix or Youtube in 2025 felt bizarre, and was the only major drawback of the room. (especially with free WiFi in the room, why not at least give the option?). The included breakfast bites in the lounge ran out quickly and were limited in options as well, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Cleanliness, location, quality of everything. Excellent showers, beds, coffee every morning. Lovely stay, lovely staff. We didn't eat there so xant comment on the food, but probably really good. Basically, everything was exceeding our expectations

The temperature. It was extremely humid and hot in our room. We told the staff and they gave us a cooler which made it a bit better, but still very, very humid The TV was bad, had like 4-5 working channels and was really quiet. They had 3-4 elevators, but only one worked consistently

The staff were v pleasant and helpful; standard of decor and design was super; the lunch was great and again staff ( Manager I think) - nothing was any bother to him- v impressed

The breakfast staff were maybe a little premature at clearing breakfast away. When ticked that price was not what I had expected I understand that may have been due to tax increase but still feel we should have been charged at the price I had held it on.

It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The staff are all very sweet and helpful! The breakfast had quite a few options as well. We thoroughly enjoyed The Celt and the other little pubs around the corner from us and my husband said that The Brew Dock(couple blocks down) had the best fish n chips!

Our bed was comfortable however, the mattress had major dips in it. We were in room 428 and I would say it’s time for a new mattress. Also to be aware, our cab driver told us that that part of town isn’t the best. Thankfully, we walked all up and down the street beside us and had no issues. As always wherever you may go, just be very aware of your surroundings! 🤍

We stayed in a club room on the 7th floor and it was a very nice room, the smart controls were an added bonus and the view was very nice over the city. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was tasty.

Upon arrival at 5pm we booked the Spa for an extra €25 per person, I did not realise/ was not informed by the staff that this €25 per person was only for the day you booked it, and it shut at 9pm, so we only spent an hour in there as we were headed to the 3 Arena for a show. If we wanted to use it the next day it was another €50, I think it would be a good idea to inform customers of this info, or even for the €200 for one night maybe include use of the spa or have the €25 for 24 hours.

The staff are excellent, very attentive and courteous. Breakfast is great, thoroughly recommended. The beds are also extremely comfortable and the rooms a good size. We had ordered a few things for the room, chocolate strawberries being 1. Id have expected more than just 4 for €10. The club terrace has a nice view and at night there are patio heaters to allow you to sit and enjoy the city at night. However, its not well equipped. We skipped breakfast 1 day because it says they have Continental breakfast options there. Well, theres tea, coffee and biscuits. We had to rummage to find 2 yoghurts, 2 apples and a carton of orange juice. Not great. The spa is just a large jacuzzi with 2 saunas. Nice enough and ambient setting but the amount of chlorine in the water is ridiculous. Location wise its about a 15 min walk to Temple Bar area, 10 mins to O Connell street and 45 mins to Guiness Storeroom. Taxis to airport are around €25. Recommendes but skip the spa!

We stayed in a king bed, club lounge room. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed eating a light breakfast at the club lounge on the roof top every day. We paid the extra fee to enter the spa. The pool has 4 jet types to turn on including number 4 waterfall which was a surprising favourite. I loved the pink walled salt sauna too.

The key cards to enter the club tower and lift with the key cards to use for the spa lifts and entry door were a bit complicated, especially after travelling for 18 hours. The light switch became much easier after a good sleep, we stopped opening and closing the curtains by accident. The location to public transport is excellent. The area under the bridge (around the corner, 200 metres from the hotel) with rough sleepers and beggars would not be good walking at night. We found a well lit, safe feeling pathway behind the station, straight across from the hotel so there were other ways to walk.

Very clean and spacious room. Very clean and comfortable bedding, the towels supplied were great, fluffy, clean and a really decent size. The use of a mini fridge, coffee machine and safe in the room were appreciated. Air con in the room worked well and liked the balcony. The restaurant staff and the food were both great. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others and would pick to stay here again.

The lift was very temperamental, we weren't the only guests having difficulty with it.
