The hotel is in an amazing location, really close to all the major sights and transport options (there’s also a taxi rank at the end of the street). There was security on the door at all times which made it feel really safe - and the doors were locked after a certain time/you can’t get up to the rooms without a key card. The room is perfectly formed, super clean, comfy beds, and all new. We really liked the communal sitting area in the lobby and the chilled vibe. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent, definitely worth the absolutely bargain price it was in a really expensive city! We didn’t see any particular problems with the safety of the location - it’s like any other big city and there wasn’t as much noise as we expected. We would definitely stay again.

The windows don’t open, which is a bit of a pain when you don’t want to rely on aircon. It would have been good to have a small safe in the room for laptops at least as Booking.com says there is and there isn’t, and pots of tea should be available at the bar/breakfast (really important for Irish visitors but perhaps not so for others haha!) I was a bit surprised there were paper cups in the rooms when the hotel is clearly really geared towards being eco-friendly.

Hotel with a nice vibe. Staff was very welcoming and flexible. Even though we arrived too early for checking into our booked room they gave us the option for another room which was ready - and very comfortable and spacious. Questions regarding the room (a noisy ventilation in the bathroom) were quickly dressed and solved satisfactorily. We liked the option of the lockers for leaving your luggage very much. It is a 10 min walk to the train station (which was why we chose this place) and a lot of areas are in walking distance .

Nothing

Loved staying at Moxy Dublin. We were looked after well. Team were so friendly and helpful. Great hotel. Great location and super clean. Great touch having free cocktail on arrival. Also great options to leave luggage in for free for the day so you can explore Dublin on your last day luggage free and collect it when you are ready to leave. Great atmosphere in the hotel. Facilities are great with an ironing room etc.

The only thing I would recommend is to add a small dressing table in the room with chair as this was missing on our stay and would have finished the room nicely. But did not greatly impact negatively on our stay just a recommendation

The lobby / bar / lounge has got to be the best part. Gorgeous, spacious, greatly designed it is as beautiful as it is comfortable. There are several areas to sit in, with lovely comfy seats / couches. I had breakfast there and it was delicious. Options for the healthy eater, the sweet tooths, and the meat lover (fruit salads, croissants and ham/bacon& eggs). The staff at reception is also very nice. They recommended lovely resto / pubs very close by and they were all fantastic.

The rooms aren’t super big, (not too much storage) but for one person it is fine. Cute bathroom!

Location is excellent! Breakfast very good value, well stocked bar with friendly staff, great rooms with a modern quirky twist like the metal grid to hang clothes on rather than a wardrobe! Really comfortable beds etc,

Breakfast limited compared to most hotels but reflected in price, no Restaurant so food limited to pizza etc in the bar, but again fair enough for 3 star accommodation, and plenty of Restaurants in area or food delivery services offer a huge choice

The staff were lovely and accommodating, very polite and helpful. The hotel lobby area was lovely and inviting, lots of comfy seating and nice bar area to relax. The rooms were decent size and clean, basic amenities but does the job for a short stay in a city. Great luggage storing facilities if you want to bag drop before/after check in. Hotel is super central, right near O'Connel Street but didn't hear any noise during the night from the street. Security on the door late at night to ensure nobody entered hotel who was not a guest. I was very Impressed with hotel, perfect place to stay if you are looking to explore Dublin for couple nights.

- Location - Room is very clean and comfortable - Breakfast is nice - Wi-Fi is good enough - Staff at the reception are very polite and warm

I paid my room in advance, but on the check in I was asked to pay 50 euros deposit if something breaks in the room. On check out deposit wasn't refunded, as they said it will be done during the day. 24h later I am still waiting for that refund, without any message from the property.

Me and my sister only stayed there for one night but it was really great and whenever we go to Dublin again, I am sure we will stay there. The Front Office Agent that checked us in, Roswita, was very kind and helpful and made our time there so much better, and the Front Office Manager, Livia was really great and informative too. The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to the Spire (1 min walk). I have only good things to say about this stay!

Great location and facilities

Member of staff who greeted us was very unprofessional and borderline rude, mumbled her way through the information and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Seemed to get annoyed when I had to keep asking her to repeat herself and wasn’t very clear when explaining the €50 deposit that was required. Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. However, we did check out with Benjamin and he was great!
