The staff make this hotel. Everyone was superfriendly, especially Hamza greeted everyone with a big smile at breakfast. What a way to start the day! The breakfast had a great selection despite looking small in the pantry. The bar is nice at night. The beds are high enough to store your suitcase underneath. Dove shampoo and bodywash in the shower. The location was unbeatable.

The rooms were super small. One had to squeeze sideways past the bottom end of the bed and be careful not to rip the TV off the wall. The hotel could do with a green option for travelers who stay several nights, beyond "reuse your towels".

The location is perfect for walking around the city, reaching public transport, shopping, restaurants etc. The room is very nicely and effectively decorated and the huge windows and mood lighting is a nice bonus. The breakfast was delicious (the best multigrain buns ever!) and there was enough variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The a/c was almost too effective and directed to bed, so I couldn't just leave it on but had to switch it on and off constantly. The a/c also leaked a lot of water on the floor. The room was missing a luggage rack or any means to place you luggage anywhere else than on the floor. The room seemed mostly very clean but the housekeeping had forgotten to wipe the surface of the entryway table as it was very dusty and there were some objects of the previous guest left on the shower shelf.

The staff was wonderful, answering any questions that we had. Breakfast was exceptional, a very good assortment of items. Rooms were lovely, although a bit small but then again, one doesn’t spend a lot of time in their room other than to sleep.

The price I had to pay. Learned a lesson here whereby when I find a hotel on booking.com I will go to the hotel website and check out their price first as I could have gotten this room for much less than I paid on booking.com. The hotel was shocked when I told them that I pad $350 Canadian a night.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, not to mention, if you arrive before check-in, you have a beautiful lobby and bar where you can wait and rest. They also hold bags free of charge if you decide to go out and explore before checking in. The room was very neat, and I loved the updated light switches. Elevators are pretty quick, too. Also, everything is walkable from this hotel. You'll rarely need an Uber or taxi. Very minor complaint, but the bathrooms are a bit tight. Great size shower, though. Great water pressure, and the water was super hot.

I didn't have breakfast on site. The location was ok. If it was closer to the river it would be perfect, but it was only a small issue. The room was very compact but had everything we needed. It was modern & clean. Loved the lighting, especially the mood lighting, good heating/air conditioning & lovely shower. Tea & coffee in rooms, replenished daily & Lift was nearby. Maid service was daily. The best thing was the large wall mounted tv which I could connect my phone to & watch anything I chose if I wanted to.

My only small criticism was that the beds were on wheels with no breaks & kept moving around which, as a disabled person I found quite dangerous. It wouldn't stop me using them again though.

The hotel was in a great location in relation to the centre of Dublin. The staff were amazing, always polite and willing to help us with all our questions. We took a taxi from the hotel for 4 people to the Guinness Storehouse and the journey cost us 17e. We took a taxi from the hotel to Dublin airport again, 6 people, and it cost us 36e plus the driver's tip. Overall, we would definitely choose it again for our stay in Dublin.

Our only complaint was that it was a relatively small room but that's okay, it didn't have a mini fridge and most importantly, no storage space at all. It only had a small upright drawer and a small drawer in a desk. We hung our clothes and jackets on hangers that were generally in the room and hung on hooks on the wall.

First of all it must be noted that all the staff were very nice. The hotel itself is located in the very centre of Dublin with basically the entire city center within walking distance. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and we enjoyed a varied breakfast buffet. Also, it was no problem to get a packed lunch for our last day when we had to depart very early in the morning. The room was clean, modern and very quiet. All in all, this is a great hotel for a short stay in Dublin.

As there is no proper bathroom door (the frosted glass door offers no protection, whatsovever), you have no privacy, at all, when in the bathroom. Whatever happens in the bathroom can be heard in the entire hotel room.

Absolutely blown away by the value of this property, we were able to book 2 rooms with 2 private bathrooms for our party of 4 for cheaper than any surrounding hotels or even hostels with shared bathrooms! It was right in the middle of the action in downtown and only a few blocks walk from Temple Bar district. Highly recommend. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Shower pressure was wonderful, beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms are very tiny so be prepared for that, but for a place to rest your head at night, perfect!

Breakfast was a good variety of pastries, meats, breads and coffee. The room was clean, simple and the perfect amount of space. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to extend my trip by a day due to weather. The hotel is walking distance to the O'Connell Street and there's some great food in the area.

Everything in the room is like a smart house (lighting, heat, etc.), which is pretty neat, but I had some trouble at first setting the heat to a consistent temperature in the room. I eventually got it sorted, but if you have trouble, a staff member would be able to help.

Our room was amazing - top floor with a great view. The hotel was quiet considering it’s on a main road. Within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Room was decorated beautifully for my partners birthday after I sent the decorations directly to the hotel prior to our stay - staff were very responsive when I messaged them to arrange delivery. Staff were all very friendly & we felt confident that they would’ve been happy to help, but we didn’t need to ask for anything more from our stay!

Some of the surrounding area was a bit sketchy but that is more a reflection on Dublin than on the hotel - felt safe in the hotel and liked the fact that it is keycard only access to the hotel and the corridors after a certain time. Was told that we would be given drink vouchers & complimentary chocolate for my partners birthday but we didn’t receive these - not the end of the world but would’ve been a nice touch!
