Nice welcome snack, nice staff (but not 24 hours)

The sound insulation is very poor, I can clearly hear the horns on the road and the TV next door (the neighbor watching TV at 3am!)

Location was very good and close to bus stop destination and 10-15 minutes walk into area of bars, pubs and restaurants. I was a single traveller and my room had comfortable double bed, light and airy and had large upright fan if required, as I used being a warm day on arrival. Bathroom was a good size and very clean with a good power shower with plenty of hot water. A big thank you to Monica who helped me with bus numbers from Airport to hotel and how they operated with correct monies needed. Another big thank you to Claudia who was on reception when I arrived and was very good in taking my call to arrange taxi for me at short notice. I would fully recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

There were no dislikes.

The single room was nice and cosy, and well equipped with whatever you might need for a short stay, such as a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board, an electric kettle with tea and coffee bags, a TV, and safes. There were some complimentary treats on the table, which were very nice and thoughtful. The bed is super comfy, the water pressure in the shower is very good, and the wifi connection ran perfectly. Also, the place is very close to the city center, and you really can get anywhere just by walking. Don't hurry to purchase a travel card (I did and I regretted it, the Leap Visitor Card for three days was quite expensive and I ended up not even using it). However, if you do want to take the bus, there are bus stops 2- 3 minutes away, as well as a few grocery stores.

There is a karaoke bar a little down the street, and you can hear the music and the people singing up until midnight. My room was facing the main street,t and that was also pretty noisy. The window is not very sturdy, and it doesn't really block the sound. The water pressure for the toilet was pretty low.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were able to check in earlier, which was a great help. We stayed in the family room…..Dad and two adult sons. It was great having the two bedrooms….gave us a little more privacy and space. Though the accommodation is a little away from Temple Bar, it’s a 24 min walk….it was quiet at night, which was nice. We got taxis around the city, which are plentiful (there’s an app you can use, bit like Uber) and affordable. But if you’re there to shop, it’s a 7min walk to Parnell St and O’Connell St. You can also pick the Hop on Hop Off tour buses in O’Connell Street. Would thoroughly recommend staying here, great accommodation.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The apartment was spacious. Separate kitchen; Bedroom; Lounge / Dining; and Bathroom. All the necessary amenities were in the kitchen for a couple to be self-sufficient (two of everything); the beds were comfortable; and plenty of storage. The location was good. Lots of Pubs; Restaurants; and Small Supermarkets close by.

The floor felt a bit sticky in a couple of places and the kitchen door opened onto the bedroom door opening and partially blocked it, but keep it closed when not in use and it's all good.

Location was near everything, it was easy to explore the city from here. The lady who checked me in was also very friendly! Room had everything i needed & first night there was also snacks, thank you! Felt welcome. Comfy bed made me extra happy after long days of exploring :) Near are shops like tesco, so easy to go and grab what you need also!

The noice from the road and other rooms. But they offered earplugs and i also had my own with me, so it was okay.

Monica, who welcomed us was super nice. We arrived around 9:30 am and we were able to get into our room right away. She allowed our friends to leave their own luggages for a couple of hours until they could check in at their own accomodation. The room was nice and toasty. Everything was clean and working properly. In the little kitchen that was well equipped, we had bottles of water, juice boxes and muffins waiting for us. It was a really nice treat. The room is located about 1km from the core of the city which was a 10 min walk and easy to do. Overall, we really liked this place and we would definitely recommend it to somebody else.

I arrived late, and the staff left a chocolate chip muffin and a carton of juice as a little snack for me. Location was great - lively, and well within walking distance of river and city centre. Environs well provided by public transport and taxis, local shops and cafes nearby. And I really liked the ability to open the room's window for fresh air (it was a busy road, but ear plugs were provided). And the staff were friendly. Price very competitive compared to city centre properties. En suite was good too.

People are often missing from the front desk. For instance, one morning it states 8am opening time for front desk, no one arrived until 9am. Also can’t get in without another guest letting you in if you’re early or late. Would recommend giving front door instructions 24 hours in advance
