The breakfast was 1st class. Staff so friendly and helpful. I do want to mention Gabriel in reception he was exceptional!! Would like to mention 2 other lady staff but I didnt take their names, one was in the bar the lady was in the restaurant.

Perhaps the area, i was unaware of north and south of the river! However, it didnt matter to us for a short break.

Excellent room , very clean , water and biscuits a lovely complimentary touch since last time i stayed , great bathroom . overall excellent hotel . Your member of staff Gabriel was particularly helpful , curtious with some help we needed. Asset to your hotel .

The hotel is in a good location and most of the staff are lovely and welcoming. The beds were super comfy and a very large nice room.

Most of the staff were lovely and very friendly. There was a chef putting out more food for breakfast. Who went around the very full and busy breakfast area looking furious that people were in his way and practically growling at people. I hear someone ask him something and he shouted at them "What does the sign say" very rude. Our room wasn't ready on arrival but that was our fault we were slightly early and they was a towel in our room which looked and smell dirty I left it yo one side.

The hotel is close to Dublin's city centre, just 10-15 minutes walk to O'Connell Street and Jervis Shopping Centre.

Sometimes, the room can be a bit dry, so it would be great if the AC system could set the level of humidity.

We booked the double plus 1 which was perfect for us. My son slept in a single bed next to our double/queen bed and it was perfect. All beds were super comfortable and the room itself was plenty large to open suitcases and hang up all our clothes and such. The bathroom was excellent with plenty of counter space for all our things even though we were three. Overall we were extremely happy with the hotel and we would recommend it to anyone. We will also be staying there again next time we go to Dublin. The access to public transport was nice too.

Nothing. It was our favorite hotel of the trip.

Room was quiet even though was at front of hotel overlooking the main road. Was noisy when opened window. Friendly staff at meal times. Liked there was a restaurant which we used twice in the evening. A good selection at breakfast time though this was often very busy and had to wait to be seated. Quite often items needed to be replenished. As a vegetarian, found there was choice. Would have liked more pastries as ones I liked often empty baskets.

Uncomfortable pillows. Had a couple of stained bathroom towels. No sky/cable TV. Just Irish channels which made National and international news hard to acquire. Distance to main sites. Hotel at far end of North side of river. Not as close to attractions as thought. The initial impressions of the area were a bit off putting. Run down top end of street and massage parlour across the road didnt instil a lot of confidence. However, road was busy with bus stops used by many and generally felt safe. It’s a shame the massage parlours lower the tone.

I recently stayed one night at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. While the hotel itself is fairly standard in terms of amenities, it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. The real highlights were the restaurant and the staff. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations, offering delicious food with great presentation. It was such a nice surprise to enjoy a meal that felt more like fine dining than typical hotel fare. Overall, this was a solid choice for a convenient and enjoyable overnight visit. I’d gladly stay here again, especially for the great location, excellent dining, and wonderful service.

The hotel was excellent, staff as well. It was walking distance to most of the downtown attractions. Despite the parking being not what I expected, the stay was definitely pleasant.

The immediate neighborhood was a bit run down, though we did not run into any issues walking it in daylight. The parking was either street (Expensive and looked risky) or a garage 6 blocks away, expensive, but locked with ticket access. I should specify that I found parking expensive in Dublin overall, so it was probably average for the city/region. They could definitely use a loading zone!

Lovely hotel. The rooms were great they were spotless. Room was nice .and it was lovely and quiet . the beds are so comfortable. The staff were very helpful. They had a shower seat in the shower which is so handy for someone that isn't able to stand properly.The breakfast was delicious they had a great selection. The only downside was we went down for something to eat that night and everything on the menu was spicy . I ordered the chicken wings and could only eat four as they weren't nice. They need to consider people who can't eat spicy food.

The evening menu almost everything was spicy there wasn't really a choice of something that wasn't spicy. They need to add other stuff to the menu that's not spicy

Visited Dublin to attend the Donegal Vs. Meath GAA Semi final. Location of the hotel was very good for the city centre & Croke Park. The room was a double, excellent bathroom, tea/coffee, biscuits, water & even a little box of chocolates! I'd easily recommend staying here. Free water fountain in the lobby to refill water bottles & ice machine are a nice touch

The view from the room wasn't great to be honest but we hadn't requested a particular view in fairness. The water pressure in 'waterfall' shower was not good, I reported it to reception while checking out, they said they'd get maintenance to look into it but I suspect it might be an ongoing issue as my cousin was in the room 3/4 along from us & had the same experience with the shower in his room
