The most important thing about staying at a hotel is the staff. From the minute we arrived the could not do enough for us. They were all so friendly, helpful and smiling and that includes the room cleaners. The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable. Toilets, room and lounge area overall very clean. breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Security at the hotel was very good. and very tasty. The location is excellent, ideal for walking around the historic sites, but also situated right next to trams and bus stops where you can go anywhere in Dublin, and essential for those with walking needs. We walked and used the transport. It is also right next to a variety of pubs and places to eat. Next time in Dublin I will be staying here again.

To nit pick, as there was 2 of us in the room another chair would have helped, but that would have minimalised the the space, which is probably more important and to be honest we did not spend much time in the room.

The hotel is centrally located. Unfortunately, it is also very close to the rough area of the city. The hotel is controlling access to its premises and there is a security guard at the door most of the times. Also access even to the lobby is card controlled. The room is small but comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The bed was awfully small for two people. The strangest was that there is no dresser, night table or any furniture where one could store clothing. They provide 6 wire hangers in an open area and that is it. We lived out from our suitcases… not sufficient for more than 1 or 2 nights stay. The breakfast was ok. The staff often did not take away the dirty dishes from the tables and the bread and pastries were stale. But the coffee was great!

No storage area in the room and a very small bed for two.

Lovely clean rooms, very comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and big with a good shower, no bath but that didn't matter as i prefer a shower, the breakfast was excellent catered for all different people, plenty of choice. The only thing i found wrong was there is no plugs near to a mirror for when you are drying your hair, but i would definitely recommend this hotel-its in the middle of Dublin and within easy walking distance for everything you could want, and most important the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Just the lack of a plug near to a mirror and the bar food menu not very inspiring.

The hotel is excellent situated near Spire of Dublin for both walking around town and using public transportation. The room was spacious enough for three persons, clean and silent. Good variety of breakfast. The neighbourhood is a little rough, but a locked front door and a guard made us feel safe. If you don't want to pay for luxury facilities, this is the place with value for money. Didn't expect it, but the staff gave me a nice birthday surprise!

When busy at the breakfast buffet, it would have been nice, if all 3 coffeemachines had been in service. 2 is not enough at rush hour.

Staff was very respectful, very friendly and welcoming. The hotel felt very secure and was also very clean. There was a man who always greeted us during the day and was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was well done, lots of variety, a great way to start the morning. After we had checked out, they let us store our bags at the hotel until we needed to collect them later in the day and also let us stay in the hotel lobby until we needed to leave .

The bathroom sink tap in our room had a tendency to slowly leak and began to pool across the counter space. There is a bar next door to the hotel that plays loud music late into the night, although this is not a problem with the hotel, it can affect sleeping at night.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the breakfast was included in my booking which is so rare nowadays. The breakfast was of a high quality with plenty of options to choose from. There was a respectful ambiance in the breakfast dining room. I liked the modern comfortable hotel facilities and the location is perfect for ease of access to both sides of Dublin City both north and south of the River Liffey. The staff at reception were professional, warm and efficient. I was checked in at no time at all. Thank you! I would choose your hotel again as a first option

I didn't like the pendant lamp hanging over my desk.. But that's just a personal dislike.

The staff were kind, polite and friendly. The room was always clean. It was a great location for access to buses, taxis and walking distance to the main shopping area

We had a room at the back, which was quite noisy at night with constant motors running. Also, there was a nearby venue that had a beer garden and large screen at the back, which was very noisy. I like to sleep with the windows open but had to close them, making the room rather warm. Also there was quite a heavy duvet on the bed which was very warm. The breakfast gave good choices, but the hot food was luke warm.

Loved that the breakfast was included and had a decent variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was central and easily accessible to all forms of transportation: the Luas, the busses, and train station. There are restaurants and stores all up and down O’Connell Street. All so convenient. It’s pricey, but the accommodations in Dublin are priced higher than ever. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

There was only one chair in the room so someone always had to sit on the bed or the ottoman to eat get ready, or eat. Better to have two chairs. The room could get warm and had to open the window because the fan/air did not seem to be working. But these were not huge issues at all.

The location was perfect for exploring Dublin. The breakfast was self service and very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Luggage storage option was superb as we had an evening flight booked so were able to do a last minute bit of sightseeing without being laden with bags.

Our room was literally directly above a pub/night club which on weekends was open to 02:30am so loud dance music woke us up on our first night (Fri) However our solution to avoid this happening again on Sat night was just to stay up in the hotel bar until after 02:30 😜 Noise was not an issue on the other nights we stayed

Room - was clean. Loved that there was the choice of a soft or firm pillow! First hotel that has given me this option. Brilliant! Breakfast - a good variety and choice of breakfast. (Would be nice to have a warm plate to put the hot food onto) Relaxed atmosphere. Location - excellent only being 10 - 15 mins from train station. Suited our needs really well. Staff - approachable and friendly.

Need hot plates for the hot food items at breakfast. Food got cold quickly. Better explanation of the aircon symbols in the room.
