I enjoyed the property was so secluded, had alpacas and forest walking trails. I also appreciated the separate room dedicated to yoga and had virtual classes if you wanted them. The restaurant was also very good. Love the little escape away from Dublin.
Yoga is only led on Friday-Monday but they offer the virtual sessions which is a great idea. The pool area seemed small and only had 2 lounge seats in there which were tight but you could sit outside. Staff seemed “busy” it felt at times like they were just “busy” giving just a busy vibe give, like maybe I was interrupting them as an inconvenience with a question but I could have been reading into it too much. Overall great place would definitely recommend!

I travelled alone for the 1st time to a Spa and was naturally a little apprehensive. I am male, Irish and almost 50 years of age and had not heard about Powerscourt Health Spring Farm previously. I booked it on spec and the right price the day before. I have been to many spa's over the years. WOW! I was more than pleasantly surprised. From the minute I walked in, the receptionist/or manager Helena was just very chilled and very professional and on exiting I might add. No problem going out of her way and explaining all about the stay ahead and facilities, no ask was too small. The same goes for ALL the staff from Monday to Wednesday this week, just nice people who want to help you make your stay a meaningful one, was my opinion at all times. Food and menu, very tasty I might add! I climbed the sugar loaf, did the Lover's leap walk, the forest walks behind the Spa, climbed the Spinc mountain in Glendalough and walked the miner's trail in Glenmalure...while stopping off for a pint in the Glenmalure Inn. All activities within between 6-min drive to 33-min drive of the Spa! Btw I am not fit, but it really helped to unwind in the swimming pool, steam room and Sauna just after my activities. I loved it all, and the Powerscourt Health Spring Farm staff made that such a great experience as well as the quiet, chilled ambiance well achieved. There is some work/renovations going on at the moment, but don't sweat it folks, they are just improving on excellence to offer more to clients, is my impression and not noisy. Oh, there is a chill out room and a Yoga/Pilates stretching room that is just so handy to stretch in. When there are no classes, the studio is all yours. There are mats there and bean bags to use and a lovely view of the forest behind the place. My advice is to ask the staff how their day went too, it costs nothing, and they want to say hello too, as will the Alpaca's located there.
It's not what I didn't like ...some suggestions if I may? 1) Put a shower in the pool area please 2) Have rentable guest flip-flops...I forgot mine! You need to wear these in the pool area, it makes sense

Relaxing environment, good food, friendly staff, great location, lovely walks in nature, deer sightings, alpacas, birdsong, great views of sugarloaf. Tried dry float therapy which was very relaxing.. A lovely stay and will be back.
outdoor sauna temperature wasn't great and indoor sauna wasn't working. walls a little thin so could hear my neighbour on her phone late one night. Sensory garden could do with some colour and attention and pool area loungers limited though little space for more than 2. would have like a room with a bath though the shower was good.

Location was very good nice scenery and view's... hotel was small but perfect for a small group for a relaxing break away...food was fresh and healthy, service was quick staff were helpful and friendly!
There was no hot tub which i was disappointed about they have a lovely pool garden which could have had a couple of outdoor hot tubs My bathroom was cold compared to the room itself! There was no teabags in the room to make a cup of tea

Beautiful setting and immaculate facilities. The staff were friendly and the room was basic, but lovely.
The vegan option for breakfast left much to be desired. It isn’t a breakfast that many vegans would necessarily consider nor enjoy very much. It was fine. Also, there really needs to be a shower within the pool area (as opposed to outside) where folx can rinse off after the sauna and steam room. We saw a number of sweaty people going straight back into the pool and it gave us the ick.

Lovely
Disappointed that the receptionist lied to me on checking in requested breakfast for 9.30 told it was full at that time so opted for 10am which was giving me 10 mins for breakfast- however I went down at 9.45 and there were 13 plus tables free had to rush breakfast so not good in venue promoting wellness. Could do with lit sign for arrivals In dark . Overall staff could improve manner and honesty

From the moment we arrived at the place it was quiet and peaceful, I recommend the spa, I had a full body massage with Diana, she was great, I felt like a new person afterwards, thank you, the food was like an angel's kiss. Beautiful views, I tried to touch an alpaca 😆 it was a fun moment, we didn't have a car to experience more, it was beautiful, we stayed 2 nights, visited the waterfall, it was a great stay, we will be back, thank you.
I didn't see the jacuzzi 🤔

Everything was as hoped for, a lovely, quiet location, ideal for solo travel. The quietest sleeping venue I know. The pool is excellent and the bar is a very comfortable venue of an evening.
A small thing was whatever cleaning product had been used in the room I found affected my sinuses and eyes. Most people wouldn't even notice, but anyone sensitive to chemicals would probably appreciate something more natural be used.

An incredible place for rest and relaxation! We visited Powerscourt Springs Health Farm on 14 February to celebrate Valentine's Day, and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere here is simply magical - peace, nature and a complete reboot. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, a wonderful spa complex and friendly staff who take care of every detail. We would also like to mention the delicious food and excellent service. We were delighted and will definitely come back again

So calm, peaceful and quiet. A real sense of relaxation and tranquility. Staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was freshly cooked and generous. The grounds offer decent walking options with lovely views. Exceptionally good value for B&B.
Very little. The breakfast options are all based on the classic cooked breakfast - a few other choices would be good (maybe croissants, cheese, cereals, porridge) and also marmalade on the table. One other small thing was having nowhere to put soap or shampoo in the (otherwise lovely) shower - a little shelf or attached soap dish would resolve the issue.
