Nice and helpfull staff, bathroom products from Rituals. At first we recived a room in the basement full of mold and the other day they moved us to a bether room and the staff was very nice and offered us a bottle of wine... Good location, 15 min walk to the center...

When we booked the room we did not now thet there are rooms in the basement full of mold and at the same price as a good room...

Location is excellent, and the hotel is spacious with friendly staff. Lots of places in city centre were well within walking distance, some great pubs and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good value if booked in advance. Fans were a useful addition to the room as the temperature was very warm.

The shower in our room flooded onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was nice but there were advertised items on the buffet which were not available on any of the days we were there. The temperature of some of the items was too cold for a hot breakfast. Not much choice in breads e.g in Ireland I would expect a soda bread

We requested an early check in and they were able to provide it, but not in a room facing the street on an upper floor, which we had requested and preferred. We opted to wait for another room to become available and enjoyed lunch at the lovely casual restaurant on the corner, and are SO glad we did. We lucked out with room #326, a gorgeous corner room with windows on two sides, very comfortable and luxurious. The next day we walked to the highly rated breakfast restaurant, The Loving Spoon, and sat with two chaps from Wales who were visiting for the UK Rugby meet the day before. EXCELLENT full Irish breakfast, enjoyed sitting outside. The historic Grant theatre is around the corner, the Parnell tram station is a short walk away, and the neighborhood is vibrant with a wide variety of excellent and authentic restaurants from a diversity of countries and cultures. We took the tram to St. Stephen's Green and walked back through Trinity College, etc. and also walked to and from Temple Square and Docklands areas.

Absolutely nothing.

It was a great experience with a few issues. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with clean, well-designed rooms. The facilities are up-to-date, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and out a breeze.The location is an absolute highlight, perfect for anyone attending an event at Croke Park, just a short walk away, and well-connected to the city center for exploring Dublin. It’s hard to beat the convenience for a concert or match.

Our room was extremely hot, which made sleeping difficult. This could be a one-off, as Ireland was experiencing unusually warm weather during our stay, but better air conditioning or ventilation would have made a big difference. Overall, I’d recommend the Belvedere for its modernity and prime location, especially for Croke Park events, but be prepared for potential heat issues during warmer weather.

Great location right in the center of Dublin. Clean and modern room with comfy beds and great facilities. Staff were very polite and kindly gave us extra towels/bottles of water and an additional fan due to it been so hot due to the weather. Bathroom/shower was nice with plenty of toiletries and plenty of tea and coffee.

There been no air conditioning made the room very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in despite kindly been given an extra fan. The windows only opened a small amount so unable to get any air into the room. The view from the room onto a side street that unfortunately had groups of people congregating openly doing drugs and leaving rubbish/empty gas canisters on the ground. Definitely avoid walking down this street, especially people with kids/families and stick to the main streets.

The hotel was modern and very beautiful. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very clean.

Lack of interest in some of the bar staff. I asked for a Strawberry Daiquiri which was on the drinks list and was abruptly told " dont gave a blender". When asked if they have crisps, was to 'no". Then I asked for regular cola, on which i was told no we only have coke zero. Very odd that a bar doesnt have anything advertised on the drinks list. The noise coming from the room along the corridor of a party of young men, shouting, sweating, banging doors till all hours of the morning and security done absolutely nothing to solve the problem

Cara was on reception during my stay and was extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for me. I really enjoyed staying here. Beds were clean, tidy, and comfortable. Although the breakfast was cold and there was mould in the shower, these issues need attention. I would recommend stay based on value for money and the location.

The bathroom was lovely and spacious even though There was black mould in the base of the shower. There was no slip mat in the bathroom therefore a safety concern. The breakfast had limted options and the plates were cold, resulting in the hot food being cold. Even though breakfast was very tasty, this is a downside.

Reception area and corridors were nice and tidy, although always bags of dirty linen collected at foyer areas at the stairs. The rooms clean and comfortable.

One of our rooms got very cold during the night and we had to get a member of staff to fix the thermostat. Only 3 hangers in the closet, so very limited. Coffee machine in room not working. With regards breakfast the hot food seemed to be sitting a while, no choice of eggs other than boiled or scrambled, no different breads for toasting only a brown or white both of same type of loaf, no fresh fruit such like an apple or banana, limited cereal, no individual and/or flavoured yoghurt. Didn’t like having to go back and forth to get cups for tea and coffee then have to fill up milk jug and also get sugar - would have been nice if these were on the table. Only 1 coffee machine working so this meant a queue

Staff were lovely very helpful , room was very clean no air conditioning but they did have fans in the room . difficulty finding rooms as the layout is a tad confusing but they did have workmen putting up new room numbers not an appropriate time of the day for workmen to be working as people were arriving . It was very busy when I arrived but the staff at reception were very efficient & most helpful . I had booked in & paid for an early arrival but I received an e mail saying it was too late to book so to compensate me I was given a breakfast instead. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice .

The hotel is lovely, clean, well maintained, is in a good location and staff are friendly. I have stayed here 3 times due to my son having surgeries etc in Temple St. hospital nearby and it is a short walk there in the morning from your hotel. The reason I mention this is that each time I have booked I have specified that we will have a 1 year old with us and will need a cot in the room. 3/3 times the cot has not been in the room when we arrived even though I received several emails telling me the request was being handled. Of course we were given a cot once we rang reception, but it’s not a task we want to carry out when we get there when we have already been told it’s going to be there. 2/3 times we were given room 207 which requires a trip up the lift (totally fine) and then a walk down a flight of stairs which is very, very inconvenient when you have several bags, a baby and a pushchair with you. The 2nd time we stayed we were given a room that didn’t require the use of stairs, but that was only because I sent a request ahead of time so this wouldn’t be the case before we arrived and the receptionist guaranteed that the room was easily accessibile. All in all the hotel, food, facilities and stay were fantastic, but I think it’s worth noting, not just for us but for other parents, that it’s not ideal assigning a room that requires the use of stairs when there are other bedrooms there that do not require this. Also, if someone requests a cot, have it in the room for them! I want to be clear that I’m not complaining - more so just reviewing and hopefully it will make a difference for someone else in the future or for when we stay again.
