Our room was very spacious. I loved the pillows, so comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was good. Take away breakfast was available on request as we had a two day event in which we had to leave super early. The C3 and 52 buses to and from the city centre are conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We used them to visit the Guinness Storehouse and take a Dublin City Tour. Since we didn’t have the Dublin Bus Pass (Leap Visitor Card), we paid cash for each ride, which turned out to be quite expensive. If you're planning to use public transport frequently, definitely get the pass. Also, keep in mind that bus drivers don’t carry change and only accept exact fares, €5 notes or coins. Liffey Valley Shopping Centre is 15 minutes (by taxi/car) away from the hotel. The centre has many shops such as Primark/Penny's, Nandos, Skechers, Cosmo World Buffet, M&S, Boots, The Perfume Shop, TK Maxx etc. The Hotel is only 30/42 minutes away from Gormanston Park.

The speed limit outside the hotel feels too high for pedestrian safety - either a reduction in speed or the addition of a designated crossing would greatly improve the area.

Decor and facilities in bedroom and bathroom were of high standard. The public spaces were attractive and spacious. The breakfast offer was very enjoyable and satisfying. Information guide accessed by QR code was thoughtfully put together.

The failing shower hose had escaped staff attention and/or appropriate maintenance response. TV channel availability and operation was a bit disappointing for hotel of this standard. Pleasure of finding screen cast facility was cancelled by puzzling PIN requirement and lack of info about this in otherwise and useful clever hotel guide accessed by QR code.

I rarely write reviews but this was one of the nicest stays ever! And I stayed in a good few hotels, including the 5-star Raddison in Dublin. While the location is not very central, there is a bus to the city centre right outside the hotel. What I loved the most - ALL the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and just genuinely nice. The room was quiet and very comfortable, the bed was huge xD The food was good, I had dinner in the hotel - Mediterranean salad, it was delicious. Lots of water available which is important to me. Cleanliness was good, and the hotel itself looks beautiful from the outside. Very chill vibes overall. I was impressed, for the price and a 3-star hotel, everything was above expectations. Cleaner, quieter and nicer looking than some 4-5 star hotels in Dublin.

The Wi-Fi is open so not sure if it would be secure for work purposes - this is a TINY thing though and did not inconvenience me, just letting people know in case they might want a secure connection. But the Wi-Fi connection is fast and stable (I had 2 zoom calls while in the hotel and they worked great).

It was clean and the staff were really friendly , food was excellent we had my grandson with us who’s on the autism spectrum and they were amazing with him over all it was brilliant, had read some bad reviews about it but it was nothing like they had said it was brilliant we loved it ❤️

We had only one minor incident when we ordered a meal and had the main then after an hour had to ask for dessert by then the kitchen was closed so we never got it but hopefully we’ll get another weekend there in the future

We had a fantastic experience at the Springfield Hotel. It is a very stylish hotel, with a modern yet cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We booked a family deluxe room, which was spacious, had exceptionally comfortable beds and also a balcony overlooking a wide and open country view. Breakfast was another high point of our stay and had a variety of options. The staff at the hotel were friendly, attentive and respectful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Springfield Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay close to Dublin.

The proximity to the town centre, it is just 20 mins drive. The staff are really easy going, starting at the reception, also including the restaurant and accommodation staff, we've only come across nice people here. The beds are comfy. Our room faced the backyard and fields, and our sleep was calm. We've made use of coffee and tea facilities. The breakfast selection was sufficient.

Our stay was just one night, so we didn't have time to find any shortcomings. Maybe they could renovate a bit, to add some modern touch/ accessorize. The length of our stay didn't allow us to explore Leixlip more.

We had breakfast and dinner, breakfast was excellent, dinner was ok. Probably chose the wrong thing, the goujons and onion rings were bland staff were all superb, decor was beautiful. Our room overlooked a field of cows, might have a little noise with deliveries as situated at the back of the hotel but what hotel has a view of cows grazing? Also we could open our windows and allow fresh air in which was much appreciated. The bedroom design was very nice, paint needed a freshen up but no doubt it is in hand. Also there was offers such as if you didn't need your room attended to by housekeeping you were given a five euro card to use at the hotel, such a good idea. Sometimes you do not need your room attended to but just fresh towels, Springfield Hotel offers you that option which we felt was a great idea that other hotels should adopt

Rooms very clean and comfortable..food in the bar was excellent...specialisation to Peter from the bar..outstanding service in the food section..as he saw we were waiting a while to order...and came over and took our order and ensure there were no more delays for our food..

Restaurant manger just seemed to walking around with head in the air..not really noticing who was waiting to order..he cleared a few tables and then just disappeared while it was very busy....while Peter took control of the service..p

I did not reserve breakfast.. It's a very clean basic hotel, suitable for travellers / business of 1 /2 night stay. It does exactly what it proportion to do.

Hotel design, layout, furniture etc are uniformally across the group of hotels.. It's standardised. This hotel does exactly what it's supposed to do. Only a suggestion. Maybe the company could come up with various colouring pallets / material for interior design, thus bringing a personal twist to their business.

The hotel is very well located, plenty of parking. Check-in was smooth. My room was spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, although it was facing the busy road I had a great nights uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast choice was very good and staff were friendly.
