I stayed at Crowne Plaza Dublin Blanchardstown by IHG for 2 nights on a business trip and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. Huge shoutout to Chef Niro, who always had a warm smile and went out of his way to please guests, and to Irene, who ensured the buffet was always fully stocked and that everyone was well taken care of. The thoughtful details—like the fine chocolates left as a welcome gift in the room—were a lovely touch and made the stay feel extra special. Excellent service, great atmosphere—I'll definitely stay here again!

The staff at the front desk were so welcoming & were interested why we were staying, offering many services to help us enjoy our stay. The bedroom/bathroom was lovely and clean.. We did find the foyer & bar definitely needs modernising as it seems to be decorated the same way for many years now

Breakfast was good, I was there Saturday morning for breakfast it was presented well but I found the fresh fruit selection very poor, all the fruit was tinned not fresh apart from the apple & watermelon... I was down an hour before end of breakfast & there was only a few pieces left, I asked the chef could the bowl be refilled and she said there was no watermelon left...with an hour of service still left (the busiest time) I found this unsatisfactory

Staff was very friendly location is great and the cleaning level of the hotel is high, always greeted with a smile, and free parking is available on site which makes the life way easier.

Maintaince is required for some of the rooms, my room fridge was malfunctioning and also all frame was in bad shape, the kettle broke after a few days use, and also the breakfast is the same, and for long stays requires a little more variation in warm food, pillows are too soft in my opinion.

From the time we had got to the hotel untill we left, it was a pleasant stay. The food was very nice, breakfast, in the restaurant and bar. The location is great as you have the shopping centre across the road. Bus service to Dublin centre and back to hotel. All the staff at the hotel are pleasantl friendly and helpful, the reception team, restaurant team and bar team. The rooms were clean, and the beds were so comfortable. It has everything you need in the room. Overall a wonderful stay.

This hotel was one of few reasonable options for a stay in the Dublin city area. It was a bit far from the city centre, we used the city's taxi app and although it is of course quite expencive, it works very well and the taxi picked us up in just a few minutes. On the other hand this hotel was perfect for us since we rented a car and it has its own garage. It would be even more perfect if we had more time to explore the surrounding countryside since it is very well positioned close to the main traffic ring. The room and service were on a high level, true to the hotel brand reputation. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The TV was not so easy to figure out, but we got there in the end. There was a bottle of water in the room with the option to refill the bottle. Very environmentally friendly as they used less disposable products compared to the last time I was there.

The room was quite clean, except the carpet still had some crumbs and a tablet/pill from the previous guests so I guess the hoovering could have been done more thoroughly. I didn't like this because I had to do some physio exercises on the floor.

Arrived slightly early for check-in and went to ask if bags could be stored at the reception, to my amazement we were given early check-in. The reception and lobby area for beautiful and for the amount of people in the hotel it's kept immaculately clean. Room was spacious and the shower perfect, can't fault any part of the hotel itself. Felt the cocktails were expensive but the quality met up for that as they were gorgeous, ordered off of room-service menu and food was tasty; worth the price. Overall expensive weekend away but the quality of the hotel, staff and experience is worth it.

We stayed here on the first and last night of our trip to see family in Ireland at Easter after having stayed for one night at new years too. We have a 3 year old whose first reaction to the room was “wow I love this room” so that was his little review! The room was perfect for a family; spacious, clean, large bathroom with a luxurious feel so I would 100% stay here as a couple as well! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We didn’t eat in the restaurant or have breakfast there as it is walking distance to Blanchardstown shopping centre which was very handy while our ferry was delayed so we could have a wander around! Thank you for a great stay and for making a very long journey with a toddler a little bit easier! We will definitely be back on our next visit!

We did have room service one night and my superfood salad was a little lacking for the price and the chicken was hard and dry. But my husband and son’s food was great!

from the moment we arrived until we checked out everyone was so helpful, the girls in the breakfast room were awesome and nothing was a problem, plenty of variety for breakfast. we also ate in the bar and the food was lovely, this hotel is so easy to get to and super close to the amazing shopping centre. underground parking was really handy to. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bar STAFF during day where great. I asked for Some ice and a pint glass.....they gave me ice bucket full of ice..... Unfortually that evening girl behind bar was not so friendly or helpful....asked for more ice in Same bucket &a different glass......got about 10 pieces of ice & both bucket & glass slamed onto bar before she walked away....
