Great, friendly and empathetic staff and clean facility. They are always willing to work with you. It's also located right in the city centre and you can walk to most of the city attractions. The National Museum of Ireland is next door. Further, there is a direct bus (e.g Dublin express 782 to and fro the airport). The bus stop is Usher's quay, and it's a 7 minute walk to the hotel.

The room was so small that there was barely any room to move, get in and straight to bed. Same thing with the bathroom but it was cute and clean. (Not sure if it's a European thing though) Also, the mattress wasn't all that comfy.

Location was convenient to most of the other side of the river, within walking distance to most tourist destinations, and close to bus/rail. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful, with good knowledge of the area and city, willing to answer questions. Room was quiet and enough for our needs (although small by North American standards- but expected for Europe), and the option to have 2 beds was appreciated. Thank you, All!

My only (minor) complaint is that the window blind didn't fully close, as the bed was too close. Would be nice to have a way to fasten the curtain closed. Due to North American inbound flights, would have liked the option to check in early (if room available).

Staff were so lovely - we made a request for 2 extra pillows after our first night and they were delivered to our room within 20 mins. We also overslept on our last day and thought we would have to pay the 20€ late check out fee however they let us off as it was only 1 hour later than checkout time. The hotel is close enough to Temple Bar, Guinness Factory and all other touristy spots to walk but there is a tram stop right outside too!

The bed definitely isn’t a full sized double bed, it was a cramped nights sleep however, the rooms are small on purpose and it is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for!

Nice staff. In the room that I was originally placed at, there was a problem with the hot water. I talked about it to the people at the reception on the next day and they put me in a different room. The hotel is not far from the center, but it is in a quieter and nice location (although the Tram that passes in front of it can be a bit noisy). Some places to eat nearby and a market.

The first room I stayed at (the first night) faced the side of the hotel, so it was quieter than the second room I stayed, that faced the street where the Tram passes, which is a bit noisy. That was not a problem for me, but it could be for some people. The price is very expensive for such a tiny room. I mean, the size was ok for me, I had stayed at other easyHotels before, so I knew what to expect. But considering the size of the room, no breakfast and the fact that it is not exactly in the center, the price is very expensive - but it seems to me that it kind of fits the general price for accommodations in Dublin.

I had a wonderful stay at EasyHotel Dublin and I truly think it’s a great choice for a short trip to Dublin (I stayed 4 nights). The value for money is excellent. I booked a twin room. Indeed, the room was not big (as one could already tell from the photos), but the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious! Contrary to some reviews I had read before arriving, I was not disturbed by any noise and slept very well throughout my stay. A special thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and attentive service. Marija, Jeannine, and Gustavo were especially kind and helpful – thank you! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel for my next stay in Dublin and I highly recommend it.

Friendliness of the staff and the lady who replied to my message telling me how to get there, her instructions were very helpful. Nice warm room, reasonably quiet corridor from other guests.

Quite isolated location and hard to reach restaurants and shops etc. Would need to cross the bridge or ride a few tram stops away. Bring your own food as it will be hard to get some otherwise.

The location is very good. A bit out of the city centre but the luas stops just outside the hotel. The train station 10 minutes walk. The staff was friendly. The room was small but clean and cute. The bathroom was clean . There is an air-conditioner as well. I think this hotel the best if u stay few days only without too many bags.

There was no option to open the window it would be handy to get some air. There is not much space for clothes, but there is space under the bed for bags and luggage. The thing we missed the most is a small fridge.

Hotel was clean, room very well designed and bathroom was good. Staff on reception were helpful and friendly and we were easily able to leave our luggage on the Final Day. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk to Temple Bar area, and on the door step of Smithfield.

Although the beds were very comfy, myself and my sister both found the pillows to be very uncomfortable would also be be useful to have a hairdryer in the the room rather than collecting one from reception.

The staff at the reception was very young, professional and friendly. There was a coffee machine that guests can use and at a quick glance prices of hot beverages seemed very reasonable. I didn't have time to try anything, but it's a handy facility to have there. Also the Chesterfield couch at the reception area looked tasteful and inviting. The lifts to the rooms work only if you tap the card-key for your room and that's a small detail that makes you feel a little safer, especially if you're a woman staying by herself in a hotel, like me. The room was small and basic, but very clean and it had all I needed. Good shower and a comfortable bed. The location is very central. It's on the Luas line, halfway between Smithfield and Four Courts, really handy and easy to find, even for people with a brutal sense of direction like myself. The price is really hard to beat, so I had a very good experience altogether.

Everything was perfect. I booked my room last minute due to a problem with airline flights and found myself immediately welcomed with warmth and friendliness by the staff. The room was spotlessly clean and very cozy. Small but with everything you need and modern decor. The location is great, a 10-minute walk to the train station and the tram stop is in front of the hotel. All the staff was really helpful, a special mention I want to make to Daiane Gabrielle who at check-out let me leave my suitcases in the special room totally free of charge (usually it costs 5€ the service). I absolutely recommend it for a short stay, if I pass by Dublin again I will definitely come back to this hotel.
