The place is great and fully equipped. It looked just like the pictures, and the apartment we stayed in was actually even bigger than it appeared online.

They were hacked, and I started receiving a flood of spam messages through their Booking.com account, asking me to follow links and enter payment information on suspicious websites. This raised serious concerns about the security of my personal data and even made me question whether this was legitimate housing. I understand the hacking was beyond their control, but there was no proactive communication from them explaining what happened — I had to call and ask for an explanation myself.

This is student dormitory housing comprised of 4 buildings. . Great value and if you sleep with ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones or not a sensitive sleeper you are fine. I was on the ground floor, perhaps a little louder but not a huge bother for a 2 night stay. The room and property was spotless and the fitness center is very clean and well equipped, and has AC. Staff was friendly and the maintenance guy even checked on me while I was working out and showed me how to turn on AC. Steps from the Green LUAS tram line and easy to walk into town well. Can’t beat the value of the property.

One building directly overlooks the conveniently located tram stop. Some reviews have complaints about the noise. You will hear the tram even if you are not in building overlooking the stop, but this is normal noise for any city. Windows are thin, and at least the ground floor windows don’t open far enough to really let much air in, but I was comfortable enough in my room at end of July. A bit strange but they will only give 1 key card per room, even with 2 guests. So if you and your partner come and go at different times you may need to have desk staff let you into your room, but staff is at desk 24 hours.

Good location, tram stop waa next to the hotel and ticket to the city center costs 2.6 eur. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and staff was very nice and helpful.

Bed is very small. If you are taller than 1.7m better not book this room. Also there was automatic bathroom light, so if you want to go to the toilet at night, you will suddenly get unwanted "gestapo" lights directly in your eyes and it takes long time after that to fall asleep again. :) Also my last night was pretty bad because of the noise from courtyard. The night-peace should start at 11pm, but residents of this hotel were partying loadly outside until 3am....

Room was basic but modern. Bed was comfortable. Spacious enough for 2 people for a night or 2. Private bathroom was good with showergel/shampoo provided. It was fairly priced during a very busy weekend in Dublin due to Oasis gigs. I had read some negative reviews before arriving around cleanliness and noise which worried me a little but you get what you pay for at the end of the day and I feel this accommodation was decent value for money.

The room was very very warm with no air-con, but we slept with the window open. The shared kitchen area did have air-con but didn't seem to work and when we arrived it showed 34 degrees on the digital thermostat. Being by the train tracks it was slightly noisy, but the trains seemed to stop around midnight and didn't start again until 7am or so. I'm a heavy sleeper so even the 7am trains didn't bother me.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation with full kitchen facilities. Walkable to most areas, otherwise there’s a tram stop right behind the property (which you do hear quite close if you’re a light sleeper). Staff were very helpful at checkin & luggage can be stored until rooms are available plus paid laundry facilities are on site to wash & dry.

Basically all was great - just couldn’t control air con individually so was quite warm in summer, but just left windows open where possible. Floors a bit gritty to walk on but there’s a vacuum cleaner available in apartment.

It's basically student halls accommodation so it's small (and don't expect extras like a fridge/ kettle in the room but there are shared facilities for that) but there's plenty of storage and the bathroom is a good size. The staff are great and there is a drinks/ snacks machine in reception. It's about a 30 min walk to town or use the tram behind the housing which is fast and cheap to reduce that. We wanted cheaper accommodation for a couple of nights and it's perfect for that when you plan to be out a lot.

It is warm in there as the heating is stuck on, couldn't get the heating thing to work to turn down so you have to have the window open which means fighting a massive blind and we were in the ground floor (bars on windows so security OK) Means then that sound in the courtyard could be an issue, for us it was OK as it rained overnight so people moved indoors. No supermarket for a distance so bring your food up from town.

The staff were so lovely and friendly, and very helpful, when we had any questions. The location was lovely and was very quiet. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was too. The bed was small and perfect for us as we were only there a short stay. The mattress was very soft towards the edges, so I had to be careful I didn't fall out, but that wouldn't have been unusual for me if I had. I would recommend to friends and family if they asked for an opinion of somewhere to stay when visiting dublin.

Nice area, connected well to more touristy area by tram. Secure.

Less a complaint, more a reminder. It's a student room in student accommodation so expect some coming and going late at night from students having fun and expect a small double bed. Expect probable noise through walls.

The location was way better than we anticipated, just outside of the touristic center and located right next to a tram stop that takes you to all the main touristic attractions in a 10min trip. The workers of Highfield were attentive and very accommodating, we arrived earlier than the check in time but still allowed they us into our room, plus they had plenty of recommendations for restaurants in the area.

Our bathroom sink wasn't draining properly at first, but thankfully it got sorted out fast.

We had a lovely stay at highfield house! We felt like we had a neat clean room and big enough for two friends! It's really close to shops that are open 24/7 which we as night owls really loved! It's also super close to the centrum and a tram is nearby! Staff was super friendly and helped us with all our qeustions. We thought the price was super cheap for how long we stayed and how comfortable everything was! Also special shout out to the shower, what an amazing shower, way better than the shower I got at home!

We had a few problems with our bed, we felt like our linnen wasn't super great but we also very much realised that it's the best option. My friend is quite tall and didn't fit the bed right but again, those are all things we could deal with and it didn't ruinnour stay at all!
