Breakfast is great with a nice variety of foods. I appreciate the ceramic plates and cutlery unlike Hamptons in the US. There is no comparison to the breakfast in Ireland.

I hope the staff can help us get back the expensive items we inadvertently left behind in our room when checking out on July 5 after a 4-night stay. I spoke with one staff member but have not yet received replies to emails I have sent. The error was ours, but I am hoping housekeeping reported finding our items in the drawer to the management and turned them in so they can be returned to us. It has been a very sad ending to a superb trip and stay.

Unfortunately there was no parking and also there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was bit disturbing..

Staff are great - love the location - right at the back of the four courts close to Smithfield & Henry Street etc - luas right outside- very clean- good variety at breakfast & lots available.

Breakfast area no real flow - ok once you use it a few times.

Very clean, lovely customer service, it was our anniversary and we got a top floor room a card and cheese cake on arrival with happy anniversary written on it which was a special touch. Breakfast included was really good, 6 min ish walk to the temple bar area. Very quiet would stay again!

Breakfast was pretty good, I was able to get gluten free bread. It was great that it started at 6am so I was able to avoid the busiest times. The staff were lovely and efficient and helpful. The bar was very nice too. The mini-SMEG fridge in the room was epic.

The TV didn't work properly - although I barely had time to watch and to be fair I didn't ask anyone to come and sort it, so it might have been fixable. The mattress on the bed was a little bit wobbly and the heating seemed a bit hit and miss so sometimes it was too warm in my room - could have been operator error though. Really these are just little niggles and didn't impact my overall comfort or enjoyment.

Everything was superb. Good location, nice view from the 4th floor, comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast with many options. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! But if there's one thing to complain about it would be the texts the hotel sent to my phone. They were asking how I was enjoying the stay and if everything is okay. Some people might like it, but personally it felt a bit like an invasion of privacy and made me slightly uncomfortable. It also had me wonder whether only I was receiving them or whether everyone did because of the quite personal nature of them. If there was something wrong with the room or anything I know where to find the reception, so texting wasn't needed.

I liked the waffles at breakfast, great system! I will allocate more time to enjoy that next time! Rooms are absolutely charming and very comfortable and clean. The location by the Luas is fantastic. It wasn't noisy at all. Top marks. I will definitely be back.

As I said I will definitely be back, but a few pieces - I would have liked a desk option for getting work done while taking remote working calls or a vanity with plug but the cosy couch corner is very nice too. Just not v ergonomic for the back! Didn't like the fact that you can't freely walk in the main door at reception - that's a bit intimidating if I'm honest. Limited red wine options available in bar downstairs- no malbec, no rioja and the chicken wings weren't of great quality, so a little improvement there would be welcome - chips were lovely though and service fantastic - really friendly and helpful. Fantastic offering overall.

Have stayed here with work and family and both times I have had a great experience. Lots of options at breakfast. Super easy to get to and the fact that the Luas stops right outsight it is so hand for exploring. Beds are really comfy and the sofa bed for my daughter was fantastic and staff so kindly set it up! Block out curtains, great shower - honestly ticks all the boxes. Great to be able to leave luggage for a few hours post checkout to finish exploring. As in keeping with the area it was good to see the locked doors at the front of the hotel post a certain time in the evening.

Requested a quiet room, ended up in the mezzanine floor and unfortunately there were people outside arguing (not the hotels fault) for about 1-2 hours but this level is as good as street level so not high enough to be classed as a "quiet room". PLEASE stop with the artificial scent in the hallway it's really overpowering and not pleasant.

Inviting and well designed hotel. Security at door keeping you safe, friendly welcoming staff, super tasty and fresh breakfast, brilliant design in bedroom so mirrors, lights and shelves are where you want, tea and coffee facilities, big tv, proper hairdryer and ironing board etc. lobby area perfect for working on laptop or having a drink. At the luas stop. 24 hour meals available. Can make your own waffles and proper coffee at breakfast. Good food on chapel st. and traditional music in pub in Smithfield.

A few more teabag sachets in room would be welcome. Pressure in shower could be a little stronger but it’s a minor thing. Very pleasant stay.
