Breakfast is great with a nice variety of foods. I appreciate the ceramic plates and cutlery unlike Hamptons in the US. There is no comparison to the breakfast in Ireland.

I hope the staff can help us get back the expensive items we inadvertently left behind in our room when checking out on July 5 after a 4-night stay. I spoke with one staff member but have not yet received replies to emails I have sent. The error was ours, but I am hoping housekeeping reported finding our items in the drawer to the management and turned them in so they can be returned to us. It has been a very sad ending to a superb trip and stay.

Unfortunately there was no parking and also there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was bit disturbing..

Staff are great - love the location - right at the back of the four courts close to Smithfield & Henry Street etc - luas right outside- very clean- good variety at breakfast & lots available.

The location is good. Hotel is in good shape, with recently renovated interior. Our room was in the 6th (top) floor,with a nice view over Dublin city. It was also far away from the elevator, which was very nice. The wall-to-wall carpet remaining in the corridor gave an oldfashioned feeling, but the room itself was functional ja two long pillows for both of us was great. The bed was a bit stftier than at home, but sleeping in it was comfortable. Separate, adjustable AC was functioning well and very useful during the sunny summer say.

The wall-to-wall carpet in the corridors was old fashioned, even though the hotel seemed recently renovated. There were no beuty accessories in the bathroom and no bidé. The hotel’s front door should have been automatic, but it didn’t open at all from the outside. We needed to call the doorbell every time. This was rather surprising. The most important feedback from us is for the breakfast serving. There were no ingredient/ allergen information signs, at all. One of us was food allergic and nowadays several people have different limitations for nutrition. The personnel helped but they were only a few and very busy. There is certainly room for improvemet!

Breakfast was pretty good, I was able to get gluten free bread. It was great that it started at 6am so I was able to avoid the busiest times. The staff were lovely and efficient and helpful. The bar was very nice too. The mini-SMEG fridge in the room was epic.

The TV didn't work properly - although I barely had time to watch and to be fair I didn't ask anyone to come and sort it, so it might have been fixable. The mattress on the bed was a little bit wobbly and the heating seemed a bit hit and miss so sometimes it was too warm in my room - could have been operator error though. Really these are just little niggles and didn't impact my overall comfort or enjoyment.

Very clean, lovely customer service, it was our anniversary and we got a top floor room a card and cheese cake on arrival with happy anniversary written on it which was a special touch. Breakfast included was really good, 6 min ish walk to the temple bar area. Very quiet would stay again!

The hotel is nearly straight across from the foir courts luas tram stop. So you fall out of the hotel and straight into cheap public transport. I liked the fridge in the room, id to keep meds cold so this was a serious bonus. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was very clean. The staff were so amazing. They helped me with medication that needed to be stored cold by giving me ice for my trip so my medicine wouldn't go bad. We came back late from a concert and they gave us ice and water, we needed it, we were parched. Staff couldn't have been anymore attentive. 100% will stay here again!!

Dislike nothing 100% great place

Wow, breakfast was included and we expected coffee and croissant. It was superb. Fruit, cereal, juices, fry, waffles,; fab, relaxed and lovely Staff. So kind. A lady was cleaning the elevator doors and dusting the pictures in the morning. I have NEVER seen that before. Just so comfortable, homely, safe for us 50/60+ and yet contemporary and cool for the younger generation. Brill for walking around city. Pretty central. Can't fault. 100%

Tricky to find the door. Doh! Seriously, while sitting in the fab lobby, after we got in finally,; a few taxis dropped people and they were unsure, same as us. No other worries. Fab!

Everything was superb. Good location, nice view from the 4th floor, comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast with many options. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here! But if there's one thing to complain about it would be the texts the hotel sent to my phone. They were asking how I was enjoying the stay and if everything is okay. Some people might like it, but personally it felt a bit like an invasion of privacy and made me slightly uncomfortable. It also had me wonder whether only I was receiving them or whether everyone did because of the quite personal nature of them. If there was something wrong with the room or anything I know where to find the reception, so texting wasn't needed.

Hotel was easy to get to, bit dodge at the luas.The accessible room had plenty space. But needs more arm aids for support in shower area so my sister was unable to use the shower!!

I was asked to fill out a fire drill form young lady was quite abrupt when I asked why I had to fill out form When questioned about fire drill procedure she didn't know ?? So your asking customers to fill out a fill drill form and staff didn't know the policy. Also our room was on M floor and my sister would have needed assistance during fire drill as your lift was out of order. But I noted to the lady sure we're on ground floor as my sister wouldn't have be fine during fire. But when I went to our room we had to use lift out of service a good bit?? So your policy is not compliant under wheelchair fire drill evacuation. Also the mat in our room 022 was filthy just to note it.
