Beautifully presented newly renovated apartments. Located a little away from the centre of the city, which suited us. There is obviously still rooms being finished so there was signs of building materials around the place and the mattress outside on the front of the building was a bit off-putting. The only thing that did disappoint was that there were no mugs or cups and saucers so we did have to go out and buy some to use. When I mentioned this at check out I was told that I should have asked and they would have given me a paper cup. Apparently the new cups for the apartments haven’t arrived yet and there were two camping style plastic cups provided- there were 3 of us. Also, there were people sitting on the wall outside the lounge window drinking cans of beer so we had to close the blinds. Bit odd.

Luigi on the desk effectively rectified any initial problems encountered with the appartment's "teething problems" as it was the first time this section of the property had been open (understandably things may not be quite right on the first day of opening) . The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well kitted out. We liked having on-site car parking

The toilet in the first appartment did not flush so we were given a new much better appartment. It was difficult to regulate the heating.

The hotel appears to be in what used to be student housing, and is a bit confusing to walk around in, but we were taken to our room by a member of the staff to ensure we could find it. The doors within the apartments all shut automatically, with no door stoppers, which can be a bit noisy. Everything was brand new, and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials.

The location was close to much of the sites we wanted to visit. The staff at the front reception were always very helpful.

Getting to the actual room took longer than we would have liked. The doors closing off each room easily slam shut. No way to prop the bathroom door open, as it can get very damp after showering.

The apartments were really good. The location is amazing, not really crowdy and noisy. You can find anything that you need for cook in the kitchen apart from microwave (nice to have). Recommended for weekend stay.

The doors inside closed all the time and it’s not convenient if you walk between rooms or carry something in your hands. Perhaps this is the only remark regarding the apartments itself.

Spacious!!! Everything was in great working order. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of eating utensils in the kitchen. Close to many city sites and walking distance to many restaurants. Felt safe and secure in the hotel, and very nice staff working! Highly recommend this hotel.

Door automatically shuts so the bathrooms stay steamed up because there’s no vent.

The location was excellent. Just off the Central street of Dublin. It was clean, staff was very helpful, polite and professional. A couple minutes walk to great pubs for food and drinks with staff being great at recommending places worth to go to. 5☆

The morning was a bit loud. Noise from people in the neighbourhood woke us up at 7 am. I guess it's the price of staying in the centre.

Property was recently refurbished and extremely clean and modern! Beds were so comfy and it was a perfect location for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional. They were so lovely and provided us with umbrellas to help with rainy Dublin, they really made you feel welcome and safe

Not a lot, just ongoing renovations at moment but this did not disturb us at all

Cleanliness, comfort, affordability, helpfulness & friendliness of staff. Supplies of dishes & crockery. Good linen.

- 2 bedrooms with 4 people ( would’ve liked an en suite or added bathroom) -Bit confusing as to getting to the apartment down in the lift and walking through underground carpark to access another lift to get to apartment.

Room was very modern, clean , light and airy. Excellent kitchen and bathroom.

The floor between bedroom and hallway needed evening out. Ledge to stub your toe on. Hot and cold taps wrong way round on bath! Could do with table and chairs on balcony. Access through carpark was highly undesirable. I would have not walked through there on my own at night.
