Privacy and the comfort of the apartment. The location was central and great for a base.

The car park, my car was damaged overnight in the car park which was disappointing. We did find a lovely garage around the corner who were really helpful but staff unfortunately in apartments just said there was nothing they could do.

We had four 2 B/R suites together on one floor of the hotel which were ideal for our family reunion. Added to the convenience was the lift to the carpark in the basement of the building.

I can’t think of anything worth complaining about.

Clean, comfortable bed, well-sized and comfortable dining and sitting area. All the essentials were there. Reasonably central location. Having a car park was a big plus for us. All basically OK and I'd go back.

Being unable to book the car park adds stress - and it was close to full when we arrived. The apartment was hot enough to need the windows open, and the noise from the road (Oliver Bond Street) was loud in the morning. I think the apartments overlooking St Augustine Street are quieter - though the gulls will still be rowdy. The apartment could easily be improved with a few coat hooks in the hall and more than a single towel rail in the bathroom.

Lots of space and able to close doors to every room for personal space.

Maybe a fan for the hotter days.

Large apartment, with a washing machine, and dryer in one. Kitchen was great with a microwave and good-sized fridge. The bed was comfy and large. The location was close to local supermarket to pick up a few things. Within walking distance of the Brazen Head, the oldest pub in Ireland. The Wi-Fi was good. The staff were really helpful and always ready to assist with anything needed.

Only one towel rack in the bathroom this was more annoying than anything, but either hooks on the back of the bathroom door or another towel rack would have been handy. We were in a one bedroom apartment.

Good location and value for money. Would definitely stay again if in Dublin.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable, with a large car park. It's located close to the Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery and a 15 minute walk along the Liffey to O'Connell Street and centre. Around the corner from the apartments are a number of pubs all serving good food at reasonable prices compared to the Temple Bar area. We particularly enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Arthur's Bar and O'Sheas. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment-style hotel was perfect for our group of six. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. Since we booked the penthouse level, it was convenient to access the rooftop—just one floor up. The location was ideal, with many of the sights we wanted to visit within walking distance. The historic Brazen Head pub is nearby, along with several grocery stores and convenience shops. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and washing pods are provided by the hotel staff.

Upon entering the apartment, the long hallway with multiple doors felt a bit like a maze. The drying function on the washer didn’t work well, so we ended up air-drying our clothes. The doors to each room, especially the kitchen and living room, wouldn’t stay open on their own—we had to prop them open with nearby objects. Also, getting to the apartment from the lobby was a bit of a trek, as we had to pass through a courtyard to reach the correct building.

Perfect location, not far to walk to the attractions or bus routes. Looks like the property has just been refurbed, was nice and new and clean. Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, very responsive on the WhatsApp chat and actioned things very quickly. Always on hand to replenish bits such as tea coffee etc. no lock on the toilet door, but this was promptly fitted the next day whilst we were out!

In a busy area, the windows aren’t particularly great, so the noise levels are quite loud, ear plugs recommended. Our kitchen tap (51) was piped up wrong so the hot was cold and the cold was hot. Our other apartment had water issues (53) 4 sharing, not enough hot water by the 4th shower. Also intermittent issues with the water not coming out at all between the kitchen and bathroom.
