The stuff listened carefully to my trouble , which was not good at English conversation. The toilet and bathroom were cleaned 4 times a day. The bus stop was nearly and it was convenient for sightseeing. My stay room was small , but one side of it was all the window . So it was fun to look outside. The kitchen was located on the top floor was bright and open . All the facilities for cooking were well prepared.

The removable cover of the sofa next to the kitchen smelled sweaty and didn’t seem to be washed. The decoration of the living room felt old fashioned. I was uncomfortable because the long term residents were making a fuss about their birthday and farewell party in the dining and living room.

Location was in a quiet area yet a very short walk to center. Kitchen was great, had all you could need and was spacious. 3 massive fridges too so room enough for everyone. The hostel is very quiet, no party place, so quiet nights. The people that work there are super kind. They clean the kitchen twice a day and all other spaces 4x a day, it's all very clean. Might be old, but it is clean.

The beds are very shaky, the mattresses are comfortable but if you share a bunk its hard to sleep because the whole bed shakes with every tiny movement. They should attach the beds to the wall to prevent this. If they do that this hostel is a 10. A bit more seats in kitchen and lounge area would be welcome too.

Really decent hostel: clean, nice decor, comfy beds which are big enough for a six foot guy, great showers, lovely lounge, free basic breakfast (toast, cereal, fruit) from 8:30-10:30, and you can even eat your toast out on a rooftop terrace with a view out over a little slice of the city. On the first floor, the parking gate opening and closing wakes you up from early hours, so consider earplugs. Although it is a good alarm clock, heh. The hostel is within easy walking distance of a SPAR for food. You can walk to Temple Bar and Grafton St from here relatively easily, and for places further afield, there's a bus stop 5-10 mins away, and a Red Line tram stop (Four Courts) 15 minutes away. If you fancy a drink, I recommend the nearby Liberty Belle - great pints, great chat, very tourist friendly but not a tourist trap like the Brazen Head or the Temple Bar. If you like live traditional music, check out The Cobblestone, which runs a traditional session every night. The neighbourhood is okay, and I didn't feel threatened, but it's probably a good idea not to look conspicuously like a tourist, and keep your head up if walking through late at night. I'd happily stay here again, although maybe without the motorbike!

BIKERS: there is gated underground parking here, but some wee scrote broke my ignition and tried to hotwire my motorbike here (but they didn't get it!) Not the hostel's fault - the parking is shared with the surrounding flats. So make sure you lock up nice and tight, and maybe take your main fuse with you.

That is a nice hostel - there`s plenty of space in the common area and it has a kitchen and an outdoor terrace on the last floor. The staff were really helpful and friendly. In the morning a nice and tasty breakfatst is served in the common area. You can park your car for 12 euros extra which was a lifesaver since you can`t park outside on the street. Though it is better to request a space with your reservation. The location is wonderful - the hostel is located right in the city center.

All of us got the top beds. It wasn`t an issue for us but if you require the bottom bed you have to request it in advance.

The hostel is very nice. I really loved the living area at the very top; the kitchen is very welcoming, which allowed me to meet some amazing people. I had never seen such a clean hostel before—it’s really pleasant, and you feel very comfortable there. I also liked the map provided with all the good recommendations.

I thought it was nice to have computers available, but I didn’t like having one in the dormitory at all. Because of that, there was someone who didn’t respect the tranquility of the dorm, which should remain a quiet space. The computer has no place there. Also, in the kitchen, the frying pans need to be replaced as it’s very difficult to cook with them.

it's near almost all attractions, good space in the bedrooms, good mattress, enough bathrooms and showers. Good conditions of maintenance and cleanliness.

well the breakfast was good enough, but it starts at 8:30 am, I stayed at the hostel 5 days and I just have breakfast one day, because I needed to go out before that time, maybe they should change the open hours or they fix it like optional. They could install a shelf it'll help when charge mobile. I didn't like the drawer under the bed, it's too heavy, the one I used just first night had dried blood, indicating that someone hurts him or herself.

The beds were very comfortable, very surprising but they were excellent. The comfy area was good but could do with the IT stuff being moved due to some guests call etiquette was awful and meant you could watch TV. The facilities were good, shared showers were clean and presentable. The staff were good help and accommodated bag drop as we were early.

The plugs for my bed were wall mounted and both were jammed by previous guests plugs. Annoying but not world ending, worth getting maintenance to have a look. The water pipe system has air in it this was evident as it kept banging on the wall like a demented mole trying to get in. Luckily I was steaming drunk so slept through, again worth having someone bleed the system.

A very pleasant hostel. Quiet, very comfortable bed, nice communal area and view of the city from the balcony. Good atmosphere. Helpful staff. The location is in an old part of the city, a residential area with interesting shops and cafes. No traffic noise at night because the hostel is on a very quiet residential street. Within walking distance of Heuston train station (about 10 mins) and also within walking distance of the city centre but there are also bus stops nearby.

Very nice room (for 2 people), very friendly and helpful staff, okay breakfast, great location, and everything is taken care of.

Maybe put in main information about things that the kitchen is closed certain hours a day for cleaning. It does say on a not on the door, but there’s a lot of information, so I didn’t pay enough attention. Otherwise everything is very well organised.

Overall good for a short stay. They have a good kitchen and comfortable entertainment room. It is in the city center, very close to multiple attractions. Room are clean and comfortable.

Room got very warm and table fan doesn't help for the person who sleep in the top bed. The lady who was sleeping in the bottom bunk didn't let us switch on the fan(even when the room was really stuffy) saying that she doesn't like the noise, having no consideration for anyone else in the room. Bathroom needs few shelves to keep the stuff while bathing.
