Various members of my family stayed over the course of a week while we visited a terminal patient St James hospital (easy walking distance).. During this traumatic period, the staff were so sweet and funny, they honestly made a terrible situation much more bearable.

I liked everything about the hotel, especially the buffet breakfast. There are many food and drink options to choose from. Highly recommended

spacious room, well located on relatively quiet street. Bed was very comfortable. Room faced courtyard and so was very quiet. Location was great about 10-15 min walk from trinity college and 10-15 mins from Guinness storehouse in other direction. Several shops nearby where you could buy snacks or drinks. Pharmacy about 50 meters from the hotel.

Not a big issue but bed was placed agains a wall near window, so I had to exit the bed at the bottom. This was a bit strange but would have been an issue if you had mobility issues. Not sure if this was just in our room or in all rooms. Bathroom was a bit small but almost to be expected in a city hotel.

This is an excellent location if you want to be able to get around primarily the city attractions in Dublin. We were only in town for 3 nights (2.5 days to see the sites) so did not want to be a far walk from the places we wanted to explore. This was basically within at most a 25 minute walk of nearly everything. The rooms and beds were small but I knew that going in. We just wanted something simple and affordable but convenient which this very much was. I think it would feel a bit too small if we had stayed more than a few nights or wanted to relax in the room much but if you plan to mostly be exploring and just need this as your place to sleep, it's great. Staff was friendly, free luggage storage, room was clean!

The only thing I can even think of is that the comforter on the bed was quite heavy. It would have been nice to have a lighter layer I could use instead (either a sheet or light blanket). The bed came with ONLY the somewhat heavy comforter. I sleep warm so did feel a bit hot in the night a few times. The AC worked fine but we didn't want to have to make the room freezing either. Really not a big problem but just something minor that could be better!

There are a number of Stay City locations in this general part of Dublin, with some price (and I assume accommodation) variability. It was a lot like a hotel designed for Gen X folks who came of age using hostels to see the world. There were interesting common areas with folks always present, having meetings, a drink, or just a chat. It was fantastic (although we didn't use this space during our stay). The rooms echo this style, with small-ish rooms wasting no space but packing in needed semi-self-catering accommodations without too much fluff. You won't want to hang out in the studio room, but you could if you had to. However, you'll be able to have meals on the fly, if needed, too. The location is good, but not fantastic. It is in the "kinda" central Dublin, but it's a decent walk to central-central Dublin. This was no problem for us, but in the heat of the summer, it might make the mid-day siesta a bit harder to accommodate easily. Best thing: the staff on check in was quick, helpful, and accommodating. Beds were comfy tho nothing too special. I would like to have had the frames a bit less "schooch-y", maybe some kind of additional connection to the wall? It wasn't a big deal, but falling back to bed after nighttime bathroom breaks could be a little dodgy.

It’s very central and a good spot with surfer markets and transportation all around, you can do a lot of the city center by walk. The apartment is a cozy flat with everything that you need. The staff is super friendly and ready to give you whatever you need. There’s many great things in the property area like gym, laundry room, workplace like a co working, I’ll definitely stay there again.

Nothing much. I guess the sink in the kitchen area could be bigger but common, they have a dishwasher so I don’t wanna be one of those persons to complain hehe. Either way the experience was 100% satisfactorily

The place is 6 minutes walk to an airport shuttle stop and 20 minutes walk away from the main road and monuments of the city. The room was nice and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was big. The kitchen area was a little small but had all the necessary stuff. There's also a gym and free lockers to leave the luggage if you arrive early/leave late. Great WiFi.

They only come to clean the room if you stay 6 days or more, if you want them to clean it more often you have to pay extra. It's a bit uncomfortable, especially cause the trash cans tend to get full quite quickly. The sink, both in the bathroom and the kitchen, is very small and requires a bit of carefulness to not splash water everywhere.

The online check-in system gave options for early and late check-in and meals. The staff were friendly and helpful in the main. Our room was on a lower floor and quiet as requested. The room was spacious, clean, tidy and quiet. The beds, wifi, TV, shower and aicircon were all good.The kitchenette allowed self-catering and was well equipped. Recycling was supported. Washing machines and dryers are availbe on the ground floor. The hotel was close to restaurants, pubs, and shops, incl. supermarkets, in the Liberties. It was 20-30 minutes walk from Dublin city centre and its sights. Also plenty of buses, incl. the Airport Express from the Dublina. The room prices were more reasonable than many other places in expensive Dublin.One of the better places we stayed in this trip and would stay there again.

There was some fluff under the beds, suggesting the floor could probably have been better vacuumed.The hob and dishwasher were a little temperamental to use. Some simple clear instructions could be useful. It's not the most central location in Dublin, but it is not too far out either. Overall, these were minor issues and I'd recommend this Staycity. Some more space to dry towels and hooks to hang things on could be helpful.

Location was great. We enjoyed Frances Street - cafe’s, nice character - up and coming feel. Close 15 min walk to Temple Bar area and also easy access to the LUAS via a nice walk across the river. I liked the ground floor foyer, where you could work, have a coffee - nice atmosphere. I liked having the Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, kettle, iron in the studio apartment. Also that we could get extra coffee pots downstairs in the pantry at no additional charge. Clean shower room, generous size, good water power and easy to operate.

Heating controls - difficult to get the indoor room temperature right (but minor). It would have been nice to be able to open the window. The size of the room and kitchen arrangement looked larger in the photo when I made the booking. (Kitchen was in the ‘corridor’ near the door, and there were full-height windows and balcony). Our window was quite small, and not full-height. The shower head dripped onto the drain cover which was noisy so we had to adjust its angle so the dripping landed next to (not on) the drain.

Location was excellent, as were all fixtures and fittings. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We really liked the apartment set-up, great for group travel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Oh and it was nice and quiet, didn't hear the other guests or sounds from outside.

The apartment we had for 3 people was only just big enough once the sofa bed was made up but not a problem for us as we hung out and ate in the other apartment. Also one of our group found the sofa bed uncomfortable but they switched and it was fine for the other person. Bathrooms were on the small side.
