Excellent location few minutes away from noisy Temple Bar. Hotel has a pub attached and a caffee. Both serving great food.

Attic room nice but with wind windows rattled a bit.

Fantastic location within a short walk to a lot of great places, friendly and helpful staff, although the breakfast people did make me walk up four flights of stairs to get the tiny piece of paper you have to present to get your included breakfast (the lift was out of service at the time but came back online quickly). The bar downstairs was the highlight, Darkey Kelly's, I went to several pubs around the area and this was my favourite (great staff, good vibe, nice food and not as crowded as some of the more tourist-oriented ones in Temple Bar).

OK, I'll say up front I was happy with the hotel and would stay again for sure. But if I'm being picky the bathroom was renovated by the worst tradesman who ever laid a tile or caulked a gap. And the shower was clearly the winning entrant in Europe's apparently fiercely contested competition to see who can invent the most baffling method of turning on a shower (and the reward for effort ratio was low - after some time working it out the pressure wasn't amazing). Oh, and the wi-fi worked about half the time. But I didn't care that much, you don't come to Dublin to sit in your room! Did I mention there was a brilliant pub right downstairs?

This was a fabulous find! Excellent location right across the street from Christ Church Cathedral and close to St Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College, lots of pubs, and many other sites to see. We walked everywhere, and it was super easy to get around. We shared a room with three twin beds. There is a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the room. We did the breakfast included option, and you get coupons to choose your breakfast from the attached restaurant. All staff was attentive to our every need. Very friendly people, and our room was cleaned every day. Coffee and tea provided in the room as well. You will not find a better location or price in Dublin! Would definitely stay here again. We loved it. We were in room 307.

Fantastic hotel in a great location a short walk away from many of the main attractions and shops if you need anything. Also, very importantly, a haven of peace so you can have a great sleep away from loud music and street noise. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped and my bed was really comfortable. Staff were amazing,welcoming,accommodating and helpful. There is a great bar attached that plays traditional Irish music and serves great food. Breakfast is great and very reasonable in a nice welcoming space with attentive staff. I'd definitely stay here again - this is definitely a win in the lottery of hotels in Dublin

My only critical point is that lighting was slightly poor (I'm not sure if bulbs are low wattage for cost saving purposes).

Good location if you know your way around the main areas of the city centre. Lovely breakfast. Easy to control the heat of the shower. The controllable thermostat meant the room temperature was always comfortable. They were understanding about gluten contamination for coeliacs and I had a lovely breakfast of an omelette and an avocado mash, with gluten free bread that was oven warmed because they couldn't toast it as the toaster was used with regular bread. Good WiFi.

There was a light on the wall over the headboard that made it uncomfortable to sit up in the bed. The table and chair in the middle of the floor took away quite a bit of space from a room that wasn't very big to begin with. I'd suggest looking at finding a way to place a smaller, square table against a wall to make the room more spacious. The light in the bathroom wasn't bright enough and didn't really light up the shower much. A shower door would be better than a curtain. Some water splashed onto the floor while showering.

The Harding Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Dublin! Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of historic Dublin, right on Fishamble Street, near Christchurch Cathedral. It’s within walking distance of Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, and other key attractions, yet still offers a peaceful and comfortable stay. Room: Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials—comfy beds, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and even a fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms offer beautiful views of Christchurch Cathedral. Bar: Darkey Kelly’s Bar downstairs is a highlight! Amazing atmosphere with live music every night, a great selection of craft beers, whiskeys, and cocktails, plus delicious food. A must-visit spot whether you're staying at the hotel or just passing by. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dublin!

Boutique hotel. Older building but rooms very thoughtfully equipped and highly functional. Loved the A/C and that the windows opened! Food at the two on property restaurants was excellent- Copper Alley Bistro and Darkey Kelly’s. Restaurant staff and hotel staff were awesome! Place has a homey feel. Be ready for a loud boisterous crazy busy atmosphere at Darkey Kelly’s!

Rooms were a little dark. Could have used brighter lightbulbs. Would be hard to read a book. A larger common area to have a casual evening drink would have been nice.

The staff, the cleanliness, the size of the room all fabulous. The location is wonderful. The breakfast was tasty and the lively bar was great fun on both evenings, even after returning from comedy in vicar street on the Saturday night. The food in the bar was also exceptional.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, the edge of the single divan on my partner's side, down the centre of our double bed, was sticking up considerably when we were in the bed, so not a double bed, as I couldn't roll over to my partner, but then all hotels stick two singles together, just in most of them, the edges of the divans stay more level.

I recently stayed at the Harding Hotel on a solo business trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally located, making it convenient for both work and exploring the city. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a productive and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. Despite being in a lively area, the room was quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The adjoining Darkey Kelly’s pub was a great bonus, offering excellent food and a warm atmosphere to unwind after a busy day. To top it all off, I had the pleasure of encountering Tommy Johnson—undoubtedly the best Batman in Ireland—who added an extra touch of character and entertainment to my stay. Overall, the Harding Hotel provided great value, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning on future trips! The staff! The front of house reception guys when we arrived were super professional,friendly and very funny..they appeared to be really happy in their work and gave a great first impression...this impression continued throughout esp the professional and hardworking staff in the bar. Super location..busy but very central.

Just small things really..Light sleepers might struggle with the proximity of the very reg Christchurch bells throughout the night so ear plugs would work...in exchange we d a great view of Christchurch from our room though. Our room was a little small if you were staying for several days or had a lot of luggage and little dark if you wanted to read..but warm and cozy. Also at breakfast the tray the full irish came on was a little cumbersome for the small table as we had two, but breakfast itself was delicious
