Excellent location few minutes away from noisy Temple Bar. Hotel has a pub attached and a caffee. Both serving great food.
Attic room nice but with wind windows rattled a bit.

I was very happy with this hotel. It was the perfect location for a walking vacation in downtown Dublin. It is close to all the main attractions without being too loud. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and comfortable and was always spotless every afternoon after cleaning. We had a great walk in shower and plenty of space in the room for three people.
The hotel is across the street from Christ Church and we faced the street. FYI, the bells ring late at night and early in the morning. You can also hear live music from the pub downstairs even on the 4th floor. Based on reviews we requested a higher floor for this reason and luckily we were not directly above it!

Fantastic location within a short walk to a lot of great places, friendly and helpful staff, although the breakfast people did make me walk up four flights of stairs to get the tiny piece of paper you have to present to get your included breakfast (the lift was out of service at the time but came back online quickly). The bar downstairs was the highlight, Darkey Kelly's, I went to several pubs around the area and this was my favourite (great staff, good vibe, nice food and not as crowded as some of the more tourist-oriented ones in Temple Bar).
OK, I'll say up front I was happy with the hotel and would stay again for sure. But if I'm being picky the bathroom was renovated by the worst tradesman who ever laid a tile or caulked a gap. And the shower was clearly the winning entrant in Europe's apparently fiercely contested competition to see who can invent the most baffling method of turning on a shower (and the reward for effort ratio was low - after some time working it out the pressure wasn't amazing). Oh, and the wi-fi worked about half the time. But I didn't care that much, you don't come to Dublin to sit in your room! Did I mention there was a brilliant pub right downstairs?

Hotel is an older hotel and was quite comfortable. Had air conditioning and was a large, nicely appointed room. Had a nice desk and a refrigerator which was rare in Ireland. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was great too; could walk to everything. I also loved the lighting; nice a soft. Not the usual super bright hotel lights. Having daily room tidying was nice too; rare these days.
We were there on a very busy weekend so the price was even higher than the typical expensive Dublin hotel. While the room was nice, the bathroom was not. Very old; two separate spigots for hot and cold water with a horrid caulking job around the faucets. Looked black and gross even though I knew it was cleaned based on the cleanliness of the rest of the bathroom. Very small pedestal sink and just overall kind of crummy. There was also a little step up to the bathroom that they tried to make visible with a little strip light, but we tripped over it anyways. Was also very bright so I had to cover it with a towel at night. Update the bathrooms and hotel would be great.

This was a fabulous find! Excellent location right across the street from Christ Church Cathedral and close to St Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College, lots of pubs, and many other sites to see. We walked everywhere, and it was super easy to get around. We shared a room with three twin beds. There is a refrigerator and a hair dryer in the room. We did the breakfast included option, and you get coupons to choose your breakfast from the attached restaurant. All staff was attentive to our every need. Very friendly people, and our room was cleaned every day. Coffee and tea provided in the room as well. You will not find a better location or price in Dublin! Would definitely stay here again. We loved it. We were in room 307.

Fantastic hotel in a great location a short walk away from many of the main attractions and shops if you need anything. Also, very importantly, a haven of peace so you can have a great sleep away from loud music and street noise. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped and my bed was really comfortable. Staff were amazing, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. There is a great bar attached that plays traditional Irish music and serves great food. Breakfast is great and very reasonable in a nice welcoming space with attentive staff. I'd definitely stay here again - this is definitely a win in the lottery of hotels in Dublin
My only critical point is that lighting was slightly poor (I'm not sure if bulbs are low wattage for cost saving purposes).

Staff were kind and helpful and front desk is open 24 hours. Building is older so it does look a little dated but the room was clean, smelled clean, and was spacious (which was all that mattered to us). Restaurant downstairs was fantastic, waiter managed to fit us in even during their busiest hour. Beer garden out back was adorable. The hotel does have an elevator if that matters to you, you do have to take a few steps down to reach it. Great location to Temple Bar area and walking distance to Guinness Factory. If you need overnight parking the Christchurch Q -Park is only a short walk away, is open 24/7, and you can reserve a space online and pay ahead of time. You will not get any sort of discount if you do reserve online, but the car park fills up fast so it was worth it for us.
Beer garden was somewhat noisy until late in the night. It didn’t bother us really though given it’s a city and you’re going to have noise. Something to note if you’re a light sleeper.

The hotel was located near Trinity College Dublin, where I attended a conference. The room on the 2nd floor was spacious, quiet and at the same time, very cozy. It had all the amenities, including minifridge, locker, electric kettle, ironing board etc. The bed was comfy and the wardrobe was spacious. They had enough good quality tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc in the room for a few cups of tea/coffee. The bathroom was neat, clean with all the toiletries and helpfully, they had a bathmat. The Wifi connection was good. Also, the hotel has a lift and the staff was very courteous.
I would prefer a water jug/few bottles in the room or a bottle filler at the reception. I was advised to use the water in the room but it was not convenient to fill water from the basin.

We chose the Harding Hotel for its central location. Our small tour bus pick-up and drop-off was just around the corner. As this was at 8am and 7pm , Harding hotel was ideal. The Airport express bus was also directly opposite, a short walk across the laneway. The staff were brilliant and helpful. In fact, I had inquired at a closer hotel to the pick up but changed my mind as the other staff were dismissive of me, barely glancing up from the computer screen. Harding hotel reception, were a stark and friendly contrast. We stayed there for 2 nights. On arrival and departure between tours. The fridge in the room was a bonus as we used it to store items for our breakfast on our first stay as we checked out at 07:30. We had a delicious la carte breakfast on our 2nd stay.
We had a triple room. Minor point, but we all stubbed toes on the ledge of the bathroom entry.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Amazingly close to everything we wanted to see. FOOD: Definitely have breakfast at the Copper Alley. We enjoyed the full Irish breakfast, salmon and eggs, yogurt with compote, but did wish the coffee beverages were more plentiful (we Americans love our free refills of black coffee!). :) This was our second stay in the past year
The mattresses and showers. Oof. Not good. Super old and soft mattress left us with sore backs, and the shower would not contain the water no matter what we did, so we had to get extra towels to mop it all up.
