If you travel to Dublin, this is a great place to stay. My wife and I spent our last days of our Honeymoon with them, What a great choice, we couldn't be more surprised by the staff and the place. We had been traveling for 2 weeks and we decided to stay with them because the location is central in Dublin and the room looks just like the picture. We announced our special occasion in all our other places as well before going to Staycity, Unfortunately not one of the other places got the attention to do or say something reference about our Honeymoon. When we arrived at Staycity our expectations were low related to how people these days see couples in their honeymoon or any celebration. They really surprised us, we are so happy with them, and we really appreciate the dedication for their time to do our room. We hope to come back for sure next time that we are back in Europe. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also convenient. Walkable to everything you need in the city centre, yet still quiet at night. It felt very safe as well. The rooms have everything you need as well, including full kitchen facilities, except for in-suite laundry.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable as I could feel where the mattress was starting to break down, and the pillows were pretty rock hard. The bathroom was well appointed but the towels are quite thin. It was great hotel for location and what was included, but I just wish there was a little more in the way of creature comforts.

The accessible room was very good. There was plenty of space for a wheelchair in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Facilities in the wet room were superb. It was the staff, however, who made us stay exceptional, particularly Robyn. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, she was also very helpful with finding suitable routes to the places we intend to visit. Beyond all that, finding myself struggling with walking (I am a quadruple amputee and had chosen not to have a wheelchair thinking I would manage) she sourced a wheelchair for me to borrow for the second day of our stay from another Staycity aparthotel. She really went above and beyond and we so appreciated it; her help enabled us to fully enjoy the city.

There was some noise from the room next door on our second night but this was due to the inconsideration of the other guest rather than any fault of the hotel.

I spent fantastic 10 days at Staycity Aparthotels Dublin Castle . The stay here really exceeded my expectations. The studio was small but had everything for a comfortable stay - a small fully equipped kitchen where I cooked meals, good shower, very comfortable large bed. The location was also great - just 5 minutes from Temple bar and in a close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the Front Desk team - they were always very nice and extra helpful. Robin, Milena, Valentin you made my stay really memorable.

The room was well laid out with a very comfy big bed in the middle and a compact kitchen in the corner. It was all spotlessly clean. There were small shelves for storage and several handy pegs for coats and other clothes. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need to do some cooking if required and eat at a small table with two chairs. The shower in the bathroom was very powerful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The staff member on reception was very friendly and welcoming.

I couldn’t find a hairdryer but did not ask for one and i am sure it would have been provided if i had asked

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even checked me in two hours early—well before the standard 3 PM check-in time—which was a huge help as I had a work event to attend. The room was spotless and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in while traveling. Despite the location, noise was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. Security was excellent, with access restricted to guests with badges or those checking in via the buzzer system, ensuring a safe and secure stay. I would definitely return or book at another one of their locations in the future.

The location is great. You can walk anywhere in Dublin city centre from here. The room is cosy but good enough for a couple for a 3/4 days staying. The kitchenette is great and overall the room was spatless. Staff was helpful and welcoming and we the welcome gift was also a nice touch.

If a couple needs to stay longer than 3/4 days the room will be too cramped, although for a single person it will be fine. The bed was ok, but not super comfortable unless you love a firm mattress. Also there are no windows, so the air was way too dry for our liking

Location was great - close to walk to everywhere we wanted to go to. 10min walk from Wellington Quay where we got off the Airport Express bus. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Londis a 5 min walk and Lidl 10 mins. All of the staff were amazing - super friendly & helpful. Already planning a return trip!

Handles on the bottom of bed sticking out which we walked into constantly. Need better lighting for doing hair & make up. Left side wardrobe door bangs against the front door. The under counter bin needs to be a quiet close like the other cabinets. All are minor issues which are easily fixed.

The manager and staff members went above and beyond when needed, not only were they friendly but they made sure to provide amazing service as well. Shawn, the manager, really made us feel at home and I could not have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. Not only were the location to attractions and restaurants a draw for my family and I, we also enjoyed the quiet area away from the crowds that made sleeping there a pleasure each night. Will most certainly be back and visit again!!!

The only one slight flaw I had with the room was the bed, being a disabled room the size was perfect but the bed was a bit elevated making it tad difficult to get into from my wheelchair but other than that everything else was SUPERB!

The staff gets a 11 out of 10. Friendly, very dialed in to our needs. When problems arose with the room (the microwave died and tripped the circuit breaker for the entire room, they came up to fix it and the microwave was broken). The person that came up to the room had another room key ready in case we wanted to move (instead of making us go to the lobby). Can't say enough nice things about the staff. Place was very centrally located, close to St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle, Christchurch and the stop for several of the Hop on, Hop Off types of buses. Place felt newly renovated, was very modern and clean (some of the other options for hotels in Dublin we looked at had reviews calling out how dated they look, and/or how they didn't meet standards for cleanliness. Room was a good size, we liked having a fridge.

Dublin is a beautiful city, with lots of charm. As a tourist, it's very hard to tell if you are in a nice neighborhood or not (graffiti, bars on the windows, barbed wire, etc.). Initially it was hard to gauge if we were in a nice neighborhood or not. But after the first day we realized it was just par for the course. Place felt very safe but people might assume otherwise (there are a number of nice hotels within a few blocks).
