If you travel to Dublin, this is a great place to stay. My wife and I spent our last days of our Honeymoon with them, What a great choice, we couldn't be more surprised by the staff and the place. We had been traveling for 2 weeks and we decided to stay with them because the location is central in Dublin and the room looks just like the picture. We announced our special occasion in all our other places as well before going to Staycity, Unfortunately not one of the other places got the attention to do or say something reference about our Honeymoon. When we arrived at Staycity our expectations were low related to how people these days see couples in their honeymoon or any celebration. They really surprised us, we are so happy with them, and we really appreciate the dedication for their time to do our room. We hope to come back for sure next time that we are back in Europe. *Very friendly and professional staff, 10/10. *Once we were moved to the correct room (somewhat matching photos & description at time of booking), the room was quite nice and met expectations. Great location. Close enough to the city center and just far enough away to be more quiet/peaceful. Nice bed & fairly well fit-out mini-kitchen.

Some of the rooms at this property are substandard, as we learned the hard way when we checked-in. Despite having booked months in advance at a non-discounted rate, we were placed in one of their "leftover" type rooms. Small, cramped, no A/C and heater would not shut off. Bed crammed into the corner like a little kid's bedroom, just uncomfortable all around. Beware that there's at least one of these 2nd rate rooms. Luckily, weather was cool enough to endure the first few days and then we were moved to the room type as booked.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also convenient. Walkable to everything you need in the city centre, yet still quiet at night. It felt very safe as well. The rooms have everything you need as well, including full kitchen facilities, except for in-suite laundry.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable as I could feel where the mattress was starting to break down, and the pillows were pretty rock hard. The bathroom was well appointed but the towels are quite thin. It was great hotel for location and what was included, but I just wish there was a little more in the way of creature comforts.

Staff very helpful and very friendly. Called and arranged taxis for us at our request. Asked for adjoining rooms well in advance and they were able to do it! Thank you!

The coffee provided in the room is horrible/It is essentially undrinkable. Would like to have the option of a small breakfast buffet in the morning. 2 bedroom Apartment is always booked - even many months ahead on the first day it is available to book. . . I don't feel I have a fair chance of getting what I want when that is already taken.

What a wonderful hotel! The location was amazing and close to tourist spots, shops, transportation, etc. The room was lovely with great under the bed storage, the kitchen items, and a large bathroom. The registration process was easy. It was worth paying for the early check-in. The location was safe, which I appreciated. The front desk was kind and offered suggestions of places to visit.

I always forget that Europe using body wash as shampoo. This is something as an American I need to remember.

The accessible room was very good. There was plenty of space for a wheelchair in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Facilities in the wet room were superb. It was the staff, however, who made us stay exceptional, particularly Robyn. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, she was also very helpful with finding suitable routes to the places we intend to visit. Beyond all that, finding myself struggling with walking (I am a quadruple amputee and had chosen not to have a wheelchair thinking I would manage) she sourced a wheelchair for me to borrow for the second day of our stay from another Staycity aparthotel. She really went above and beyond and we so appreciated it; her help enabled us to fully enjoy the city.

There was some noise from the room next door on our second night but this was due to the inconsideration of the other guest rather than any fault of the hotel.

I spent fantastic 10 days at Staycity Aparthotels Dublin Castle . The stay here really exceeded my expectations. The studio was small but had everything for a comfortable stay - a small fully equipped kitchen where I cooked meals, good shower, very comfortable large bed. The location was also great - just 5 minutes from Temple bar and in a close proximity to the shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the Front Desk team - they were always very nice and extra helpful. Robin, Milena, Valentin you made my stay really memorable.

The room was well laid out with a very comfy big bed in the middle and a compact kitchen in the corner. It was all spotlessly clean. There were small shelves for storage and several handy pegs for coats and other clothes. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly need to do some cooking if required and eat at a small table with two chairs. The shower in the bathroom was very powerful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. The staff member on reception was very friendly and welcoming.

I couldn’t find a hairdryer but did not ask for one and i am sure it would have been provided if i had asked

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even checked me in two hours early—well before the standard 3 PM check-in time—which was a huge help as I had a work event to attend. The room was spotless and featured one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in while traveling. Despite the location, noise was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. Security was excellent, with access restricted to guests with badges or those checking in via the buzzer system, ensuring a safe and secure stay. I would definitely return or book at another one of their locations in the future.

This hotel has great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, Christ Church, St Peter's church, all are within walking distance. Only thing lacking is breakfast, they just have coffee and same pastries. Person at the desk did recommend a cafe just down the road, Rosie's and that was perfect for breakfast. Overall, a very good experience!

No decent breakfast. Only one hand towel in the room, it looked washed but had some stains. I was able to get a replacement from the front desk.
