The location was excellent. The room was very quiet and dark for sleeping. The air conditioning was essential, as the duvet was very warm. The coffee kiosk and space to sit in the lobby was appreciated. The contemporary lobby, restaurant, bar and patio on the main level were attractive and inviting. There is a map on the back of the room key to help you find your way back as the hotel is tucked away.

The bed, although comfortable, was surrounded by three walls making it difficult to get in and out of, as we are an older couple. We changed the direction that we slept. There were also only two pillows in the room, which is unusual these days. The space in the room was very limited so we adjusted furnishing to make room for our luggage. It was far too much trouble to put them into the drawers beneath the bed. Although, there was good air conditioning, the duvet is quite warm. Having the option of an upper sheet, would have been great. and would have lessened the need for the air conditioner. We needed some assistance with the electronic check in.

Ideally situated, the property boasts a welcoming and attentive staff, complemented by an excellent breakfast offering. The building has a nice vibe, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere throughout.

While the hotel offers a vibrant atmosphere and quality dining, it may not be the most suitable option for local business travellers like myself. At the time of booking, parking appeared to be available; however, on arrival I was directed to the Q-Park at St. Stephen’s Green, located across the road, which charges €45 per night. Although hotel validation reduces this to €30, it remains a significant additional expense. The ‘cosy king’ room was indeed quite compact, and while the meal was of high quality, it was priced on the higher side. The walls are quite thin as well as I could hear the neighbours TV. Overall, while I would consider returning for a recreational stay, the combined cost of accommodation, dining, and parking makes it less practical for a short business stopover.

We loved the funky and welcoming vibe of the lobby. It was a nice place to gather with our family instead of our rooms. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us with accessibility for my elderly father, making sure we had an accessible room and especially bathroom made a huge difference in our stay. He’d taken two falls at our previous hotel in and her city. They provided a wheelchair at no cost to us and the maintenance staff checked it out and replaced nuts and bolts before we left the hotel to be sure it was safe. It was clean and comfortable and felt safe. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

We loved everything. Can’t think of something we didn’t like.

When we arrived we asked for a room with two beds, we were advised the next room type up would give us that, we were charged 40 euros more a night for two beds and bigger room. We were there for 5 nights. Our room wasn't very big at all, and our beds was a king separated into two singles with no room between them ( same as you would find on a cruise ship) not what we expected. Overall room itself was clean, but shower floor needed some major attention. We couldn't get our safe to work. Check in was odd, express system, but we still ended up checking in with the desk which should have been offered as there was no one waiting to check in when we arrived.

This hotel is well located. It is warm, immaculately clean and has friendly and helpful staff at every level. Breakfast was plentiful with a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere not usually found at a buffet. I really appreciated that I could access tea pots and milk jugs instead of just drinks from machines which are available too. I liked the room even though it is quite small apart from the bed though the deep drawers beneath provide good storage space There was a compact tea and coffee station and bottled water was replaced daily..The shower was good and gels etc provided.

I truly hated the bed. I'm sure for those younger it proves no problem but there is absolutely no space at either side to climb in and out of it. Therefore if there is a need to get up in the night one of those sharing the bed has to clamber over the other in pitch darkness as only one can reach the light switch. This results in the inevitable ows and ouches and a danger of falling. Apart from this it was comfortable to sleep in.

- the shower was great, very relaxing - the bed was big and comfortable - the TV Chromecast had a few issues at first, but a member of staff was able to fix it, and everyone was overall very solicitous and happy to help with this matter - breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, though there was a variety of hot and cold food, and I enjoyed the options (especially the porridge and toppings) - location is ideal, two minute walk to Grafton Street

- a few things in the room were a bit worn out (ex chair, bin) - I didn’t appreciate housekeeping in the very early morning (aprox 8 am on a Saturday if I remember correctly)

Great location with many attractions in walking distance. Spacious rooms (I booked Deluxe Room which is the second category and much more spacious than the Cozy rooms entry level) Good AC, Comfy Bed, Nice Amenities, Coffee Machine Delicious breakfast, lots of choice and they cater well to dietary requirements. A really cool, trendy place with lots of areas to work downstairs (with many tables having plug sockets)

I liked everything! I would just say be mindful if you book the entry level room that people might be able to see in your room! I saw couple of things I didn’t want to see when I was walking from the elevator to my room lol. I didn’t like that you had to pay for late check out but on the other hand it was a very clear and fair service (good revenue management skills).

I liked the hotel was very nice and peaceful very close to the city centre was very ideal. Would stay here again.

I didn’t like that I rang reception and asked for fresh towels before I left early in the morning. They said yes they would do it straight away but when I had returned to the hotel and entered my room,I had asked my partner have the towels been brought up she replied no they haven’t so I then had to ring reception for the second time to ask about the towels. Also the tv you were able to connect your phone but everytime I asked about it there was always an excuse. Wouldn’t let me watch a movie, series or even listen to music. Overall was a beautiful hotel and perfect location. I just thing the staff could be more more hands on. I will stay here again but next time I’d like a better room with a tv that works.

Clean, good location, good bed.

The air conditioning reset itself every night around 12-2am so I was awake at 3 am when the room was suddenly much hotter (and you can't open the window). There's no vending machines in the hotel at all, or a coffee machine in the room.
