This hotel is very beautiful and in a great location next to Stephen’s Green. The rooms are clean, large and furnished in a modern cozy way. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as the chef was have “difficulties” per the front desk. We also found it be a bit cumbersome to get to our room with a young family lugging around a stroller. We had to take two elevators and navigate through somewhere around 6 narrows doors just to get to our room. If traveling with a family I would request a room in the front wing of the hotel to avoid this. All in all our stay was lovely. Good breakfast and friendly staff

It was.my daughters 16th birthday trip and the hotel arranged a suprise cake in our room when we got back on an evening which was a lovely touch. They also gave us access for the duration of our trip to.tye executive lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. This made our trip extra special and these touches really do stay with you. Aside from the above the hotel was.clean, warm, rooms were of a high quality and location was extremely central to everything. Would I stay here again, absolutely!

Very minor but I shared a twin room with my daughter and the bathroom door had a semi distorted glass pane half the size of the door. Would have been better to have had the option of complete privacy but like I said minor.

The staff were very lovely and welcoming. I left them a note when reserving the room that we were on a mini moon and were excited to return to Dublin! They left us a lovely note and some nice desserts! Hotel is beautifully decorated! I really enjoyed my stay! Would highly recommend the green if you’re looking for an elevated hotel in Dublin that isn’t as expensive as a five star but equally just as nice!

The bathroom door in room had a large glass panel in it that although is patterned you can still see someone using the bathroom. They also didn’t give us any small facecloths/washcloths for use in the shower.

Everything but the staff hospitality especially. The hotel is just a short stroll to the Stephen's Green shopping center and Grafton street. The staff especially Tanya reached out to me before our stay to know our arrival timings and any other requests we might have with the children to make out stay enjoyable. We arrived at 1:30am on a freezing winter night and Michael was there to receive us at reception. He was so welcoming and helpful which meant a lot after a long flight with two small children under 4. The hotel upgraded our room, had the heating on, provided us with a late check out and what was most touching, Michael asked if we would like something to eat. We said a sandwich would be fine for the children and he came back with a massive tray of treats, drinks, snacks and sandwiches for the whole family. We were blown away with the generosity. The kids were in their element and the whole experience in the hotel was amazing. The staff made us feel like VIPs. The room and bathroom was luxurious and spotless clean with tea and coffee facilities. There is a lovely bistro downstairs for lunch or dinner and a bar. We will definitely be repeat customers to this hotel in the future. The Green truly deserves high praise and we wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband and I had a very positive experience at The Green! It was a beautiful hotel, and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in! We were arriving in Dublin before check-in time and had reached out ahead of time to ask if the front desk could hold our luggage for us, they were incredibly accommodating for this and when we arrived they actually had a room ready for us and provided early check-in. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay! We did use the parking at Q-Park St. Stephens Green, which was a short walk away and we were provided with a discount through the Hotel.

This place was fantastic! The park right across the street was such a great place to hang out with my family. I didn’t realize how amazing it was right there. It was also close to all the restaurants and shops. The staff was stellar! Anything we needed and they were there…above and beyond really. My partner couldn’t sleep on the mattress pad cover because it was down and lumpy. So they actually came up, took it off made the bed over. It was so nice of them. PS no criticism on that down cover because I loved it! But the things we do for our partners all in all it was a very lovely day and will probably stay there again if we find ourselves in Dublin thank you so much!

If I had to choose one thing, I didn’t like, I got a larger room because it was three of us, parents and a child. But it wasn’t all that larger than the other rooms we rented. And the view was of a brick wall and a building. But there wasn’t advantage to that it was so quiet! Which is really hard in Dublin city! So even that wasn’t terrible.

From the moment we arrived every member of staff gave first class service. We arrived very early and the room was not ready so we asked would they look after our bags so we could explore. Very soon after leaving they phoned to say room was ready. When we returned they had actually placed our bags in our room! Breakfast was tasty and a nice range of food too.

Absolutely nothing. Oh I guess the bistro could have been open in the evening as we would have definitely eaten there. The cocktail bar was a nice treat

The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and really pleasant! I had to wait a few hours for my room and that was emailed to me a week ahead. When the room was ready they called to tell me,as I was out and about in Dublin. The gym had everything for a full workout, whether its lifting or running on a treadmill. They had heavy weights aswell. Bathrooms hade a nice design and bed was very comfortable. I had room service and food was nice. Breakfast had to choices. One small and one large, which is good for those who doesnt like bacon and sausage. 16 and 25 euro. Thanx guys! I will stay here on my next trip to Dublin!

Centrally located in Dublin opposite St Stephen’s Green park and a 3 minute walk to Grafton St. (the best shopping street in Dublin). There are many bars and restaurants. We did not have breakfast as it’s somewhat overpriced, besides there are so many options around. The junior suite is spacious, clean and with a very comfortable bed. All Staff are professional and friendly and the restaurant looks great even if we didn’t try it, however we did try the Pen & Player bar and were impressed and the service from Sophia was exceptional.

It amazes me that whoever designed the bathroom never thought that there would need to be a hook or a towel rail in order to hang a wet towel. Not one! The problem is that something as simple as this then reflects badly as can be seen by the title of my review. Additionally the windows are not sound proofed, so if you’re sensitive to street noise, bring your ear plugs. Even on the sixth floor it is possible to hear some vehicle noise, so I guess it’s worse on the lower floors. However, everything was perfect and I would stay here again.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Dublin and right next to St. Stephen's Green park for a scenic walk. Check-in was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and really comfortable. The beds were divine to sleep in and the shower a real treat. There were lovely bath amenities and a kettle to make tea & coffee although I would have liked an espresso coffee machine in the room as I don't drink tea or instant coffee. (That's just a personal preference). There's a lovely workspace area just off reception and the breakfast room is lovely. But for me, the best part was one of the best hotel gyms I've seen for those of us who want to lift heavy weights. I was here for the week and loved it - would definitely come back.

The major downside is the noise levels. Even people standing outside in the corridor talking feels like they're in your room. I had a room with children opposite mine and when the children screamed and cried, it disrupted me - even with the TV on so if you're a light sleeper like me, you definitely need ear plugs. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that but there were no food facilities in the evening which was a shame when you just want to eat in and go to bed without heading out into the City on your own.
