My wife and I travel four months out of the year and are met with the range of customer service experiences that you would expect, from good to bad,. So when I say the service we received from the entire staff at this hotel was EXCEPTIONAL, please believe it was unlike the attention we have experienced before. Five star. Solicitous. Anticipatory. Polite. Effective. Considerate. Helpful. Thoughtful. Kind. It was extraordinary and it made our stay very special. The hotel is charming and ideally located. Central to everything: transport, tour sites, many of the city's best restaurants, all while being in a quieter, less frenetic neighborhood. Thank you.

We were in a wing of the hotel that was very well appointed and comfortable, but made room access rather odd. It was NOT a big deal, but we had to use either one flight of stairs (or one floor elevator trip) before passing through four doors to take a second elevator to our fifth floor room. Strange addition - VERY nice room.

We enjoyed the overall comfort of the room. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities (coffee, tea, cookies, water) were nice, the television was a great size, plenty of room for luggage and fresh towels were available when needed. Especially want to thank Jonathan our restaurant (breakfast) host for outstanding service and kind recommendations for Dublin tours, etc.

Walls between the rooms were thin and we could hear our neighbors, but when the front desk was alerted to this, they quickly had it resolved. It's a European thing, but the shower door situation is way outdated - water gets all over the floor.

The colour scheme of the room and bathroom were very calming. I especially loved the locally made “napping blankets” placed at the end of the bed. The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows, a perfect match for my preferences. I also thought the Irish shortbread cookies were a lovely touch and we enjoyed them with the great selections of Nespresso coffees. I also loved the hotel thoughtfulness in using colour lighting in the elevators to indicated stop or go. I think this is a very useful visual aid for those individuals who may have low vision issues.

The hotel and staff overall were fantastic. Our room was spaceous and comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with plenty of hot water. The amenities in the bathroom were excellent, I.e shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap dispensers. The breakfast Buffett and service was great!!

We had been travelling all day and wanted to have a meal in the hotel soon after our arrival before going to bed. Again, the staff were fantastic but the meal options were limited and portions small for the price. Also, they have a coffee maker in the room and an sortment of pods and instant coffee but no tea bags. We were happy with our stay for the night but there were those small points to make based on our experience.

We absolutely LOVED The Green Hotel so much that we tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately for us it was booked! The location was excellent, the decor was phenomenal, and the bar was a very nice surprise! To our amazement the bartender was good friends with one of our good friends from back home in the states. How wild!! We never got to experience the small plates in the bar, nor the restaurant, merely because we ran out of time. Tanya with reception was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The bar, Pen and Player, is next level, and doing some really cool stuff in the cocktail game!! Again, excellent location, staff, and decor. Newly renovated, and you can definitely tell. I will be recommending to anyone going to Dublin. The air conditioning was the icing on the cake for us Texans haha!

We loved the location of the hotel. The staff were wonderful, and we truly felt that they were very invested in insuring that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. The rooms were spacious and lovely, with comfy beds. Our first room was an exterior room over a busy street, reasonable for the location but we are light sleepers, and we asked to have a room change. They were very gracious and accommodating, and went beyond our expectations when immediately arranging another room for us. We would certainly recommend this excellent boutique hotel.

If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest you ask for an interior room.

The staff were kind and professional, especially Michael at the front desk, who was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable night's sleep. The location was excellent and felt safe, too, even as walking back from Temple Bar at night.

The parking was a headache, as my husband had trouble finding it and one wrong turn meant another 20 minutes in traffic to enter the parking garage. After parking, he met another guest from the hotel in the elevator, and they both had a challenging time exiting the mall with limited and confusing signage. More detailed instructions would be helpful for out-of-towners like us.

This hotel is very beautiful and in a great location next to Stephen’s Green. The rooms are clean, large and furnished in a modern cozy way. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed as the chef was have “difficulties” per the front desk. We also found it be a bit cumbersome to get to our room with a young family lugging around a stroller. We had to take two elevators and navigate through somewhere around 6 narrows doors just to get to our room. If traveling with a family I would request a room in the front wing of the hotel to avoid this. All in all our stay was lovely. Good breakfast and friendly staff

It was.my daughters 16th birthday trip and the hotel arranged a suprise cake in our room when we got back on an evening which was a lovely touch. They also gave us access for the duration of our trip to.tye executive lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. This made our trip extra special and these touches really do stay with you. Aside from the above the hotel was.clean, warm, rooms were of a high quality and location was extremely central to everything. Would I stay here again, absolutely!

Very minor but I shared a twin room with my daughter and the bathroom door had a semi distorted glass pane half the size of the door. Would have been better to have had the option of complete privacy but like I said minor.

We enjoyed the decor & style of the hotel, being located near St Stephen’s Green was a plus for us, the hotel was immaculately clean, toiletries were replenished daily & the staff were extremely professional, friendly & helpful.

The view from the room window, an unkempt car park & residential area, bins, loosely discarded items, etc (not the fault of the hotel and we were out most of the day so it was only a minor issue but nonetheless it was something that unfortunately brought the experience down a point in our eyes) & the proximity to residential flats which overlooked.
