I liked the location. All amenities are very close. It is very clean. The staff was very helpful.
There is nothing I don't like.

Price, Location, 24 hour reception, safe room for bags, zero tolerance policy on guests smoking, drinking, and a strict "quiet hours". Perfect for traveling workers.
Needs some general upkeep and maintenance - general sanding and painting, and a regular carpet steam clean. Bathrooms could come with a mop to allow guests soak up wet floors, and somewhere to hang towels. Kitchen is guest's responsibility but rules need to be enforced.

Great location, very clean hostel. Comfortable beds, plugs and lamp for each bed, big bathroom. Good wi-fi and nice common area.
The kitchen is messy and there is no space in the fridges. FYI: Early check-in is 10€. Leaving the bag after check-out is 5€.

the location is great for getting around Dublin on foot. Bathroom is newly refurbished and large enough for more than one to use at the same time. The shower head felt great. A mini fridge was added while we were there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of cafes right near by for your morning cuppa and scone. Just a couple blocks from Grafton..an easy walk and the park virtually across the street.
The stairs going to the top floor total 64 so if that sounds like a challenge, it is! The elevator is not readily accessible so don't count on using it. The bars at night have entertainment so if you want a close place to join in this is it .. until 2am .. then it's quiet, if you get my drift. Common room is in basement making it less convenient to use since we were on top floor.

We chose the family room with ensuite bathroom. It was roomy and had individual sockets, chargers and lights above each bed. We could rent towels cheaply. It was in a great location, easy to walk to restaurant pubs and the river (10 - 15 mins), or Guinness Storehouse/Roe and Co distillery in half an hour. There is some on street parking which was free after 6pm (?), otherwise a rather expensive car park a few minutes walk away. It was perfect for our needs. I didn't give full smile for facilities because we never used any of the hostel facilities like the common room or kitchen, so couldn't comment on everything but in terms of our room and facilities...Great.
Expensive parking in Dublin, but you can find cheaper if you are prepared to walk around little bit. Lots of steps if you were on the top floor like us but really nothing to complain about.

Room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Bed was suprisingly comfortable considering I was on a top bunk. Communal area was clean & cozy. Staff were lovely to deal with despite witnessing them receive abuse off other guests, they remained polite and professional at all times. My late check in was accomodated. I would definitely recommend the all female dorm for women travelling who just need a place to lay their head at night and don’t need a big fancy hotel. Location is great near TCD and Stephen’s Green right on the luas line with multiple bus options right outside the door.
There is a night club beside the hostel and in the communal area and rooms in that part of the hostel you may feel like you are actually in the night club. The women’s dorm at the front of the property is completely unaffected by this however. Some of the long term guests were noticeably disrespectful to the staff and rules of the property, but this is more something to be aware of rather than view as a negative on behalf of this hostel.

The room was clean and spacious. The location is really nice, hipster and central to St stephens green, Grafton Street etc. Most of the staff were very helpful and lovely.
I think the hostel is next to a night club or something, there was some noise during the night. One of the staff members at the reception was so rude on my first day of checking in.Not the two staff members who checked me in on both ocassions but the man was sitting next to them. He had no basic etiquette of how to deal with people politely. (This is one staff member though, everyone else was really nice)

The excellent location provided with the cozy rooms available made me value the property highly. Significantly, the staff made a great impression in terms of maintaining great balance between formality and customer care. Staff members like Adrian, Jose were very hospitable, supportive and professional, such as Devika and Sara who were hospitable and professional as well.
It would be nice to have curtains in the beds but other than that, all rooms are en-suite and quite comfortable.

The mattresses were very hard. Strange smell in the room like cat wee but obviously wasn’t.

The female dormitory was super clean and the ensuite bathroom as well. The staff were also super helpful as I left my luggage for the day after check-out. They also assisted me with directions to the airport Aircoach bus stop which I couldn’t easily find on google maps.
Only the bathtub worked which is tricky for a dormitory shared amongst 6 people, even if we were all female. The shower had a problem. Also, it would be great to have outside bathrooms as an option as there was a long wait in the morning as all six of us sought to use it. However, upon finding out about the shower not working, the staff moved everyone to a room that had a working shower. The room I stayed in was on 2nd floor and so there was lots of stairs to climb with luggage in hand. Accessibility via a lift the other side of the building.
