Brooks is located in the south side of Dublin. Therefore, most of the key sights very walkable. We also felt very safe walking around at night. Lots of shopping, restaurants and pubs nearby. Hairy Lemon Pub was a favorite of ours as its served drinks and food. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Special shout out to Roger (bar/restaurant) and Marvin (concierge). They both were incredibly helpful. Roger went so far as heating up food even when the kitchen was close. He did ask his manager permission to accommodate our group.

Our room (2nd floor) faced a busy street (Drury) and it was during St Patrick's Festival, so lots of late-night noise. But, we still were able to sleep well.

Location is excellent if you want to be in the city centre! Room was clean, water provided. Good live music in the bar. Perfect for what we wanted!

We booked a twin room - but there was a bare slit between the beds - a bit too close for comfort when sharing with someone you don't know very well! Understand it was fully boked out due to concerts and they split the king bed to accomodate the booking. However, the sheets on the bed felt very damp... this can be fixed easily; Dublin Hotel prices are too high for this to be the standard.

Staff was friendly and helpful to address all questions. Location was close enough to walk to sightseeing and most of our scheduled tour activities. Neighborhood was busy but hotel location was not impacted by any noise. Breakfast options and bar on site were very convenient.

Include a top, flat sheet on the bed along with the the comforter. It was an unusually warm week in Dublin and we couldn't turn the thermostat down as low as we would have preferred. Just having a down comforter on the bed was too hot.

A little jewel box of comfort in the heart of Dublin that somehow still managed to be quiet although very close to all the action. The breakfast was absolutely top notch and the rooms were spotless. Every staff member was wonderful.

Can’t think of a negative other than that I thought it would be on st Stephen’s green based on the description and it was only in the area of the green. But again, excellent central but quiet location so maybe it was better to be off the green?

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The location was great for us as we could go out for walks and then easily come back, which we did quite a bit. We had breakfast in the hotel on the morning we were leaving and wish we had eaten much more in there as it was really nice. Couldn't fault this hotel one bit.

No mirror in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom, which it could make it difficult for 2 adults to get ready at the same time.

I absolutely loved the location, it was close to literally any tourist activity you may want to do, so it's perfect. I like that the staff was really kind and helpful. I loved having a mini fridge, which is very useful and everything needed for making tea or ironing clothes was also in the room. The bathroom was really nice. The room was really spacious and well-equipped.

It's an old building which is visible, though not to the point, when it becomes an issue. The doors didn't seem too safe and the key card was demagnetized at one point (quickly fixed by nice staff though). Mirrors everywhere in the room were quite uncomfortable but that's just the preference I guess.

Housekeeping was so good and she did a wonderful job

The staff was a little off if you had any issues, I’m sure they get it from all sides but other than check in . They overcharged us for meals then credited it before we left then charged me for a coffee at checkout…? Trying to eat breakfast there they sat me one day then told us seat yourselves the next time we went The room was quiet despite being street side the pub noise calmed down but the shower was too narrow and water pressure was a trickle unless you wanted to scald you

Connor at the concierge is such a wonderful man to chat with. He goes out of he's way to help anyone. Staff at check In were amazing. And very kind In upgrading our room. The breakfast was suberb. And the room was so comfy I did not want to get out of it in the morning. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Dublin. Less the hop and a skip from graffton street. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Dublin..l We will definitely be staying here again. And when we return we hope to to catch up once more with Connor the concierge

Everything about Brooks Hotel is excellent. Fantastic location with lovely restaurants and pubs close by. Very close to the Gaiety where we went to see 'Sive'. The staff in the hotel are very professional and extremely friendly. The room are so comfortable, they have the best pillows, great strong shower and overall so clean. Love staying in this hotel. Lovely breakfast, very tasty and something for everyone.

There was nothing I did not like, this hotel is spectacular and I will definitely be using it again. Well done to everyone there on an amazing experience.

Very good location and nice room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. In an amazing street with many restaurants nearby and also many young people enjoying being out on the street with friends, drinking and eating pizza. Shopping street nearby too.

There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, but perhaps there could have been biscuits. Sometimes, it was a little noisy in the night due to the revelry in the street.
