The location was fabulous surrounded by great bars and restaurants serving yummy Irish cuisine all of them have live music both in the afternoons and evenings We visited in December Dublin had such a festive feel about and all trimmed up for Christmas My favourite breakfast was at the Bank 5 minutes walk from the hotel favourite bar John Gogarty s just across the road from hotel

The breakfast wasn’t great expensive for what it was the continental breakfast was just about passable but no slices of cheese just small squares of dried up stuff cold meats were ok coffee ok restaurant very work canteen like

Excellent staff, great room. We enjoyed it very much. It was only the one night for us. We arrived late (around 1am) after a late flight and the gentleman in reception was absolutely lovely. The bathroom was big, had a lovely bathtub with nice warm water. I heard no noise from other guests. My boyfriend heard some from the street but that's to be expected in the temple bar area. The towels were clean but had some old smudges, that's the only thing I can say. It was comfy, spaceus enough. Had a tea station... 100% would stay again.

No complaints with the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; I suffer with my back. The shower was fantastic also. Very basic tv, the room was spacious. The price was great.

The staff were quite rude to my friend and I. We were not dressed up upon arrival; we'd been travelling and were tired. The receptionits did not reserve their judgement. But after dolling ourselves up for the evening they had a very different attitude. For me, manners and respect - or in this case, a lack thereof - make or break a stay. I won't be returning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We could check in early at no extra cost - bonus! We also were given a free drink token for the bar inside which was really old school and playing live music, was excellent. Room was as stated, beds were comfy, shower was good. Only 4 channels on the tv though but that’s just being picky. Overall a really great stay for a good price and the best location to a lot of sight seeing adventures. Would stay again!

Friendly staff, awesome location-central, awesome breakfast buffet. Our room was large and clean . Great hotel and would return again if in Dublin. Great bar with local music too and welcome drinks for guests.

Location couldn't have been better if you want to walk out of the hotel straight into the liveliest part of town. Great pubs, restaurants and the hotel bar was a better bet than the iconic bars a fews doors down

We thought it might be noisy later on but neither of us were kept awake at all. It could have been French and Irish medicine we were taking just before bed.

Initially, there was a problem in the first room we were given, which was on the fifth floor, with the water pressure. It was very low. The good thing, though, is that they immediately changed our room when we mentioned the problem. The next room on the second floor was very good, larger than the previous one, and had no issues with the water pressure. The most positive thngs about the hotel are: the daily cleaning service, the polite staff, and definitely the location, which is in the heart of Temple Bar with full access to nightlife, public transportation, and all the sights.

Aside from the issue with the water pressure in the initial room, there were no other problems.

The hotel is in a great location in the city, surrounded by many restaurants, pubs and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable enough, with all the necessary furniture. The staff was helpful. VAT house - a bar located in the hotel, with great music and delicious food. The hotel offers a rich and delicious breakfast (I would suggest ordering it immediately when booking the accommodation), I also really liked the voucher for a welcome drink at the bar.

Although we didn't hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms, the area is quite noisy due to public transport, seagulls and other life, which starts very early in the morning and only briefly quietens down at dawn. Also, some things could be updated in the rooms, they are a bit worn out.

After reading comments, I wasnt sure what to expect but we had a great stay. The staff wasnt extra friendly but they were kind and did the job when we arrived. The rooms are simple but clean. Indeed, a bit dated and useful things could be added in the bathroom (such as more hanging rack for towels/clothes) but it worked for us for a few days. The location is fab, right in the middle of Temple Bar. We were there for St Patrick Day so yeah, it got very noisy at night (no double glazed there) but quieter the days afterwards and then again, we expected it. Breakfast is average. The bar on the ground floor is great with great bands playing every day. Also good to know, we travelled with kids, they are allowed with supervision

We had the same room as our trip a year ago, which made us smile. Ideally Temple Bar wouldn't be our choice of business, but Blooms is solidly built and therefore quiet. We also found quieter pubs nearby which added to our willingness to repeat staying here.

I seem to recall this on our previous stay, the bathroom drains are slow. And the internet cut out, but since we weren't there for hotel time and internet use it wasn't much of an issue except to stream music. Yes, that's our own issue.
