The hotel lobby is pretty and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. The room served our needs and was clean. The location of the hotel was centrally located in the tourist area. There were transportation options available nearby, if you didn't want to or couldn't walk more than a mile to get to your intended destination. We purchased a Leap card to use the buses, trams and trains. We were very happy that there was a fan in our room! Since we stayed at the Fleet Hotel during the 1st week of July, it was warm in Dublin, so it was very nice to have an oscillating fan, since we did not have air conditioning.

Our only complaint was the loud birds, which the hotel has no control over. The seagulls were like roosters waking up early in the morning and making all kinds of noise. Since it was warm while were there, we would leave the window open at night. However, we would close it when the birds started squawking in the morning. It's another reason we were so happy to have a fan. If we had had air conditioning, our stay would have been pretty much perfect.

A very divers and delicious breakfast, plenty of options to pick from and breakfast service was exquisite. The reception desk was very welcoming and willing to accommodate all needs. We were able to get umbrellas from the hotel, as we had quite heavy rain on some of the days. The toiletries are high quality and all the products you might need for your stay are available. The cleaning service was very efficient. The location was perfectly placed as we were within walking distance from all the places we wanted to see.

The bathroom heater was smouldering during our stay, making the room quite uncomfortable, but thankfully the temperature in the bedroom was comfortable.

The property was absolutely delightful from the moment we entered into the large lounge. The hallways were elegant with a few gentle stairs along our route to our room. Our room looked out onto the terrace which was so lovely for nice visit or gathering. We did not eat or drink on the terrace but others did and it looked fab. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was extraordinary with a lovely bathtub, an awesome shower and the decor was amazing to experience. The combination of modern and old was very credible to the designers. Much appreciated. A young man we came across in the hallway offered to carry my bag out for me which just added to the expression of service to the experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in an excellent location for Temple Bar and all other attractions. The hotel is a beautiful place. The lounge, bar, dining areas all clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We booked a small double and it was small but ok. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom had all toiletries available. Breakfast had everything going on it. All cooked to good standard. Can recommend!!!

The only issue we had was the heat of the room. It was between 27-29 degrees outside and the window didn’t bring in much breeze. We asked for a fan but didn’t receive one. But the management have sorted our issue very quickly. This would not put me off staying again.

The hotel was located in the top tourist area of Dublin and it was easy to get to everything. However, the windows did a good job of blocking street noise even though we were on the first floor. The lobby area is nice and the breakfast had lots of choices.

The room was pretty small, which we did expect and which may be normal for the center of Dublin. The frosted glass door on the bathroom was a little annoying because one person using it at night would wake up the other. For the price we paid, we might have gotten something a little nicer elsewhere, but we were happy enough with our choice.

The Fleet is a gorgeous hotel in the most convenient part of Dublin. It was such a quiet hotel even though it's on the fringes of Temple Bar. The staff were all lovely, and attention to detail was top drawer. From check in to check out, it was one of the most welcoming hotel experiences we've had. Breakfast was well worth including in our booking and the food was perfect. I have to say that the lounge and bar area at reception is really relaxing. We had a drink in the lounge either before or after our evenings out, and it just added to our experience. Many thanks to the Fleet and its staff for making our trip to Dublin all the more special.

The Fleet is elegant and beautiful right on Fleet Street. Close to everything, we walked all over downtown to Trinity and churches. Close to pubs. But you can also just enjoy the beautiful lobby bar and hotel cafe. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The lobby is huge and amazing. Plenty of space to relax away from the hustle of Temple Bar. The beds were comfy. Room was clean and tidy. The terrace outdoor space was a nice surprise too. The staff are top tier and helpful. We loved our stay at the Fleet

The rooms are stuffy and hot when the weather is warm in a Dublin. Not all rooms have AC. Ours did not.

The location is great for walking everywhere (site seeing) in Belfast. The location also is helpful for those who like a morning jog (park and river front nearby). The food in the restaurant/pub is good. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. I would book again.

The room was 'box small' with no ventilation. The room only a very small window to provide any ventilation and cooling of the room. We had to prop the door open and point a fan inside to get any relief. However, we were there during an unseasonally humid and warm time. Loved the weather, did not like the sauna hot room. I would spend the money for a larger room and ask specifically about windows next time I return.

The location is great for exploring the city on foot with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel has so much character. I loved the lobby area in particular. Also, after a day of running around Dublin, we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant on our second night and it was excellent! Loved having that option. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room was small and we were given a handicapped accessible room, despite not reserving one. The bathroom in particular was awkward for an able-bodied adult (especially the toilet). We were travelling with another couple and they were also given a handicapped accessible room with the same challenges.

The location of the Fleet was great! Central to everything, right in Temple bar. Off the Dublin express bus from the airport and down the street! No stress! The staff at the hotel were lovely and friendly! The décor in the lobby was beautiful! Real 1920's vibes! We ate every night in the restaurant and the food and staff were great! €7 for a pint of Guinness I thought was very reasonable for Temple bar prices! Breakfast was really nice, especially the mushrooms that were perfectly seasoned! It was a trip to meet up with my sister and we had a great time! Thank you!

Our room overlooked the alley which had a very late (middle of the night) bin collection and street clean! Lovely that it's being done and all but quickly learned to close the window on the second night! (Coming from the country side it was a bit of a shock!)
