The room was really big, there was a double and single bed along with a work station, chair, TV and couch, the bathroom was very clean and large with complimentary toiletries and ample towels. While there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, there is a communal kitchen station around the corner for you full of complimentary tea/coffee, snacks, iron and ironing board, extra bathroom towels and even 0% beer, there is also complimentary fruit and filtered water in reception. I stay overnight in Dublin every 3 months and while I’ve never stayed here before, I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would certainly stay here again. Check-in was very pleasant, the guy was very polite and full of information about the hotel, really welcoming and nice to talk to.

checking-out though at 6am wasn’t the same, the girl was more interested in the computer and didn’t even look or even speak to me, so rude!

Great location. Great very spacious rooms with Dyson fan included!! We arrived very early due to our flight time and the receptionist let us drop our bags off while we waited for check in time but we ended up getting a call 2 hours early to say a room was ready and we could come check in. Appreciated this so much as we had been up since 3am and just needed to relax for a little while. Loved it haha was always on. Great tv we will for sure be back to the property. Decor was some crazy art work all over the property but it makes it very unique place compared to your usual bog standard rooms!

Fire alarm at 2am but they apologised. Staying on a Wednesday night you wouldnt expect kareoke and singing going on until 2/3am which was unfortunate but the hotel itself was great.

Very small room, that didn’t bother us at all. We loved the bed up against the window for people watching and ambient lighting at night. It was very loud, I used my earplugs when I went to sleep (complimentary from the hotel). The room was a little warm, and the Dyson air cooling fan didn’t seem to make much of a difference (kept the window cracked and that kept it a perfect temperature for us). You can’t beat the location, pubs literally at the doorstep of the place. We had a great time. Thanks!

Air conditioning could have been better, room was very small. Parking was difficult.

Located near to temple bar and near to several bars and restaurants. Accommodation is basic but clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Good place to stay if you are there for vacation and like the night life.

It was a little noisy at night until 23:30 but you are supplied with ear plugs other than that it was fine for a stay on a budget or in my case for work. I have stayed a few times before and the rooms I stayed in were located in a quieter area of the Hotel but I would certainly stay again.

one of the cleanest places i have ever been. Absolutely great location to visit the city (i had tickets to the Olympia theatre like 2 min walk away from there). Adjacent partnering bar is great as well, live music every evening. Free coffee and small treats, water and alcohol free beer if I remember as well. very comfy bed, large TV (i didnt need it but it is nice to have), very spatious bathroom),

i try really hard to remember but i don´t find anything! maybe just that the place doesnt have breakfast but thats the smallest thing that can be resolved elsewhere

The location is just beside Temple Bar but still in a quiet area. The hotel itself is very nice and had very welcoming staff at the front desk. Facilities provided were amazing, for example a Smart Tv was in the room.

Found the room very warm which made it difficult to sleep. There was a fan provided (a Dyson fan) but it didn’t do much and actually just circulated the hot air, even though it was not a hot day outside the day we stayed. Would recommend better fans to be placed in the rooms as this was my only negative comment.

Modern, new, clean & funky hotel/hostel over the Stags Head pub. Past midnight it's quite & you can sleep on in the morning. Earplugs provided :) I'll be back if the prices don't go up! Thanks also for the fresh fruits

My room had a huge poster of a kneecap guy wearing a balaclava (which I get is supposed to be fun). It's a question of taste though if you can sleep good with such an image. Especially with kneecap being in support of dubious criminal organisastions in the middle east... You'd better change that!

The hotel is central to everything. It’s a lovely area and felt safe to walk about late at night. Lots of life about the place. There was free fruit and water available at reception as well as snacks to purchase if needs be. We were able to make ourselves a coffee and grab a biscuit from the communal kitchen. The decor is modern and the place clean. The room was small but met our needs and was quirky. Definitely great value for money.

There were building works across the street which didn’t help with the next mornings rest. We stayed on a Thursday so there was late night night life from the bars beside it and then the building works started early. This is something the hotel can do nothing about though.

First of all, the personnel was very kind and helpful, providing assistance during one's stay in Dublin. They explain a lot of things concerning your stay as well as giving information and directions to the visitor. By saying all these I have to thank all the guys of REZz that made my stay easier than I thought. The room was clean and comfortable and perhaps this particular room was very quiet in terms of noise pollution coming from the area, which comes in contrast to other reviews that I have read. Perhaps this depends on the room. And last but not least the hotel is located in area where all the city's main attractions can be easily accessed by feet which is a very very important for lone visitors. Apart from that, the area surrounding REZz is full of pubs, pubs, restaurants and shops providing a plethora of options for food, drink and shopping as well as for using public transportation or taking a ride to daily trips as the pick up poin for the most excursions is a stone's throw from the hotel (Molly Malone statue).

One thing that is very important for tourists visiting from abroad is a small fridge inside the rooms where one can store food and drinks, as REZz does not provide options for breakfast. This is something that should be taken under consideration. The visitor should have in mind that the building is located in a very busy neighbourhood with whatever this means in terms of noise, etc. However for this particular reviewer this was not a problem at all.
