Great location near Temple Bar, fully equipped room with everything a traveler needs, even yoga mat:) amazing! Guys at the reception are super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

Great location just next to the Ha’penny Bridge and across the river from Temple Bar. Excellent facilities: gym, bar, restaurant, coffee lounge, working space, 24-hour reception. Cosy, comfortable rooms equipped with a kitchenette and living area.

Rooms are not cleaned/ tidied for the duration of your stay, as it’s quasi-Airbnb. Also, you’ll need to bring your own body cream/ moisturiser, as this is not provided amongst the toiletries.

The apartment was really cozy, clean and comfortable. It had all we needed - a small table for working, a small sofa with a tv, and a very nicely equipped bathroom. It had proper heating/cooling system, dishwasher and washing machine. There were also tables for the machines, so we could use them. The kitchen had a microwave/oven and all the necessary appliances. The gym was small but suited our needs. All in all, our experience was wonderful!

The only thing that could be improved in the comfort of the bed. The mattress was really soft, so less comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen also did not have salt/pepper/oil, so we had to buy that.

Great location with decent sized rooms and good facilities. The staff is lovely. It’s also a very secure building, which I appreciated.

Room wasn’t cleaned well when we arrived. Soaps were empty and there were chips all over the floor. They did rectify it quickly, which was nice. They were very quick and responsive, which was great. Two other small notes… the room had wonky heating. It blew cool air down directly on the sofa, which wasn’t comfortable. Sitting in the sofa was like an ice box. Finally, I found the lighting too dim. Thankfully I was on holiday, but if it has been a work trip, the lighting in the room would have really sucked. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

Loved the hotel, friendly staff, clean and spacious, and the decor is great. Coffee shop there is also lovely. Facilities are lovely, and you feel very safe. Spacious rooms, too! Great location as is really central, and most things are in walking distance, but you don't need to worry about noise from the bars.

The pillows were not very comfortable but we were staying a short time so it didn't matter too much. If we had planned to stay longer, it would have been an issue, but I reckon they would happily change them as the staff were very friendly. Taps in the bathroom in the apartment made a lot of noise and walls are thin, so when people are walking down the hallways outside your apartment, you can hear everything! If you are like me and sleep very lightly, it might wake you up on a Saturday night.

Hotel (or rather aparthotel) is close to pretty much anything you need in Dublin. Room had a kitchen and all the cooking utilities (if you're staying longer). AC works nicely and can be operated smoothly. Café in the lobby has croissants and coffee if you don't want to walk to some breakfast place in the morning (though there are many to choose from in the neighborhood). Bed soft and power sockets with a side table available.

Dusty room (don't even look under the bed). TV can be watched from the kitchen/sitting area (so not from bed). Surrounding streets get crowded and beware of rude youngsters, but that's normal for the location, being in the very middle of Dublin.

Ideal location directly in the city center but quiet, modern decoration, comfy bed and nice cafe downstairs.

Dark room with only a small window with smoked glass, and cold all weekend: when we arrived at midnight the window was open (in december!), and then we never succeeded in being warm in the room despite the heating system. So for the price we were a little disappointed compared to the very attractive pictures. And we received many frigthening emails about data pirating risks before arriving, indeed it is a reality but we think it was too much and did not put us in a very positive mood. But all in all it was nice, we would still recommend it!

The hotel is beautiful and the area is very central and great to commute to anywhere in the centre. Very close to pubs and shops but still not so noisy and busy which was a good thing. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing was that we booked a room with 2 single beds and we had 1 double bed instead. I was with my mother so it was not really a big issue and we didnt say anything to the hotel staff as we were tired and didnt want the hassle to move rooms, etc. This did not effect our stay as we enjoyed it and the hotel is amazing and I would still give it a full rating. Just make sure you confirm your request beforehand.

Excellent location near the Ha'penny bridge right in the heart of Dublin, so easy to walk to everything. The multiple layers of security at the hotel were good and much appreciated since the city seems to have a lot of petty crime. The room we rented was called a studio apartment but was really just a hotel room with a kitchenette, so pretty small (but clean and well-appointed). Bed was comfortable, TV good, and shower excellent. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have the downstairs coffee shop and relaxation areas too.

Very overpriced but it seems all of Dublin is that way (which I'm not sure why because it isn't one of the nicer cities in Europe). I guess we were paying for the excellent location and tight security.

The location of Zanzibar Locke is perfect to gain access to the highlights of Dublin. It is right across the river from Temple Bar and Grafton Street, with the nightlife, bars, shops. A short taxi ride gets to the Guinness Storehouse and the awesome Jameson's Distillery. Quick ride from the airport - and being on the other side of the river, constant access to taxis. Zanzibar Locke is also surrounded by great places for breakfast and dinner, and the in-house coffee shop is excellent. There is no reason not to enjoy your Dublin trip based out of the Zanzibar Locke.
