Location, room was comfy and staff were great.

Why did the hotel need a copy of our IDs and I was asked 2 times for my credit card to put a hold on the card. I obliged the first time when I checked in online then I was asked again when I arrived at the hotel. I explained how odd that was to the staff and they couldn't give me a reasonable answer for the repeated ask. Just a weird interaction. Maybe review the ID and credit card hold policy.

Great location near Temple Bar, fully equipped room with everything a traveler needs, even yoga mat:) amazing! Guys at the reception are super friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere.

A bit too dark in the room)

The positives were a comfortable bed, a quiet area with some options for food nearby, and we were able to easily walk to many locations and tour pick ups.

Having 4 towels in the room right away would have been nice. We stayed for a week and on day 3 asked for 2 more towels, but it took over an hour, going down to the front desk twice, and two different people just to get them. The rug in the kitchen area should be changed out for something that vacuums better (not looped) and doesn’t show the stains as well (not yellow & white). It looked dirty and made the room feel dirtier. The bed only has one blanket style cover and not a sheet, & sometimes it was too hot and too cold.

Modern, clean, fresh, beautiful decor, location is top class, basically within walking distance of all the city hotspots. Beautiful on site cafe that serves great coffee and pastries to die for, with gorgeous indoor and outdoor seating areas.

I know this is beyond the properties control but the ground floor room we were put in was right beside a building site which had us wakened from 6am. Would definitely stay here again all be it in a room located away from the rear of the premises. The 4 o’clock check in and 11am check out isn’t ideal either.

The bathroom was spacious, and the shower produced hot water almost immediately. We had a full set of appliances (fridge, stove, microwave/oven, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combo). There were no steps to negotiate, the various spaces were secured by a card key for safety, and the staff was always very helpful. The location was very central and within walking distance to many places such as groceries, restaurants, department stores, and many historical sites. The coffee bar on site opened at 0630.

Using the modern appliances was not as intuitive as I expected. However, user instructions were provided via QCode or by simply asking the staff, who were very good at responding. I never got my clothes as dry as I liked; not sure if it was the washer/dryer itself or operator error.

Great location just next to the Ha’penny Bridge and across the river from Temple Bar. Excellent facilities: gym, bar, restaurant, coffee lounge, working space, 24-hour reception. Cosy, comfortable rooms equipped with a kitchenette and living area.

Rooms are not cleaned/ tidied for the duration of your stay, as it’s quasi-Airbnb. Also, you’ll need to bring your own body cream/ moisturiser, as this is not provided amongst the toiletries.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and the hotel had a nice cafe and sitting area if you wanted some place to lounge between outings. The modern furnishings and interior design was a nice touch as well!

The room we stayed in was tiny, which wouldn't have been such a problem if the only window in the room actually opened up or allowed you to see outside, but for some reason the glass on the small window was opaque/frosted and as a result the room felt a bit claustrophobic. The young staff also seemed a bit clueless any time we asked them a basic question so they might benefit from some more customer service training. In the end, the price we paid seems a bit steep for the room we got.

-We felt the apartment was small - the chairs were too big for the table and we kept bumping into them as you couldn’t tuck them under the table -The lighting is very dark and some lights weren’t working/ flickering and we had a view of a another flat which didn’t give any real light to the room. -Our room was also very hot, even though the AC was on

Everything! The location can’t be beat, you’re in the middle of everything yet being on the quiet side of the river as well as the hotel’s design (set back from the street) ensures peace and quiet in the rooms. The clever room design incorporates everything you need while traveling, in such a compact space!! We had a 2-burner induction range, a washer-dryer, a fridge and a dishwasher as well as a comfortable bed and bathroom. Front desk personnel were always friendly and responsive. Being so close to the Lúas tram stop and Marks and Spencer supermarket was exceptionally convenient. The property was perfect for a 4-night stay.

Nothing! We had to get accustomed to the European technology but it’s so logical and efficient once you learn!

The apartment was really cozy, clean and comfortable. It had all we needed - a small table for working, a small sofa with a tv, and a very nicely equipped bathroom. It had proper heating/cooling system, dishwasher and washing machine. There were also tables for the machines, so we could use them. The kitchen had a microwave/oven and all the necessary appliances. The gym was small but suited our needs. All in all, our experience was wonderful!

The only thing that could be improved in the comfort of the bed. The mattress was really soft, so less comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen also did not have salt/pepper/oil, so we had to buy that.
