Great hotel situated near the non busy side of Santry Demesne. Had the room facing the park and had an awesome view of the reindeers on the roof (one evening in Dec) and the park during the day. Amazing staff, fast checkin and checkout and super helpful. Breakfast was nice with the standard full Irish breakfast, with salmon! Great stroll/roll in the park with a super post-storm Darragh sunshine post breakfast. Slight misnomer with its name.. as its not quite in front of the Dublin airport (which might confuse the non-regular traveller). Its about 7 min drive by bus to the airport. I didn't need the bus to the airport... which was regular enough (every 30min). I guess if you planned your trip early to the airport, the hotel carpark charge is €10 per day. Staff didn't bat an eye when they saw a middle aged guy rolling out of the premise with oversized Rollerblades to the park. Although the airport bus driver did ask me if I needed to go the airport as I was having my full gear on 🤣 Would definitely be there again if on a business trip!

Great stay the room was so clean and tidy and over all the bed was really comfy Room service was fantastic we didn’t get in till 1am and they still provided room service 24hr and it brilliant Cleaning facilities were fab and on our first day they even come to check and make sure that our first night stay was good and asked if we needed anything Breakfast was amazing and even the food was stunning for the evening time just the right size portions They had fresh water and sparkling water They advise you of the airport bus shuttle times on reception and even told us what buses to catch into Dublin and how much Staff were all so friendly

On booking.com it say we would have on demand tv but didn’t look like we did, that was literally it such a small issue that we weren’t really bothered about , overall everything was fantastic

Fabulous stay last night with my daughter as part of a joint birthday trip. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Crowne Plaza. Finding the hotel was very straightforward as it's off an arterial route (we had quite a long drive from the north) with secure parking in the multistory car park alongside. The hotel inside is very well presented and feels very high quality. The delightful female reception staff were warm and welcoming and wished us both happy birthdays (we both had birthdays over the weekend). I unfortunately did not note the name of the lovely receptionist who checked us in). They had also upgraded our room and left a lovely birthday card written and signed by the general manager, with a gorgeous little platter of decorated macarons as a birthday treat. What amazing attention to detail. The room was fabulous, large and tastefully decorated with such comfortable double beds. Everything at hand laid out with care and attention. Copius USB and socket charging. Digital room thermostat which worked. Fridge in the room, full size bath and very large shower. Apotheke toiletries. Layout of the room and bathroom well designed in terms of placement of powerpoints, mirrors and towel rails/hooks etc. It's amazing how many hotels don't manage that. Plenty of fluffy towels, water bottles in room. Ice and cooled water stations on each floor. It was also gloriously quiet. Breakfast had a fantastic selection across fruits, breads, meat/cheese, cereals, accompaniments, cooked items, fresh waffle and pancake makers etc etc... The staff greeting us in the breakfast restaurant were again so professionally polite and welcoming (and very professionally attired too), explaining the layout and offering us seating options. Those kinds of interactions give such a positive impression. On our departure the reception staff (James and Beth) were cheerful and warm (and wished us happy birthdays again!

We arrived early and staff on reception let us use the room which was very appreciated! Reception staff were fantastic. The hotel was great for the very reasonable price we paid.

We were there to attend a wake an hour away. We had stood waiting to get in to the wake for 3 hours in the evening in the cold and got back to the hotel later in the evening hoping to get some hot food but we!were told we would have to order in our room and as we had met with friends we hadn’t seen for a long time wanted to stay in the bar for a while. Very disappointed there were also no snacks/ crisps etc at the bar. If there is an option to order in your room 24 hrs I think maybe you should have the option to order to the bar area also.

The interior design was classy, natural and enhanced the room. It was a clean property from outside and in. Unlike the hotel that’s right on airport property (M…) this hotel was 100% worth the price and worth the additional 5min shuttle drive. Clean and so comfortable I wished I didn’t have to be up at 4am the next morning. I’m still missing those pillows. :) YOU CAN CONTROL YOUR OWN ROOM TEMPERATURE! This is rare in hotels I’ve stayed in Ireland. The shower was clean the shampoo smelled so good the following day even after travels. I felt comfortable to remove my shoes at the door rather than wear them to bed. EXCELLENT wifi if you ever need to work from home for a day. (100+mbps) Night and day from the previous hotel I used to stay to be near the airport. (M…) I thought I was paying for the location before but this hotel changed the game. More affordable and 100% more value. Chocolate on the bed was a delightful touch. The bar staff were out of this world kind and considerate and just decent humans. The restaurant was elegant and classy as well. Plenty of space to sit and unwind with intimately set seating/table areas for cafe/bar lounge areas. The aquarium took it up to a finer level of ambience. 👌 The shuttle driver had an excellent sense of humor and was so down to earth. We had a lot of appreciation for his work yet he never expected anything back from us. Just enjoyed being a good human. The Free Airport Shuttle came every half hour 24hrs a day. This hotel should set the standard for the others around Dublin airport.

Great location 10 mins from airport. Hotel reception is very sleek and modern and smells absolutely gorgeous. Lots of plush seating in reception to sit and have coffee or wait for transfers. Breakfast was excellent. Food was hot and a very good selection. We were upgraded to an executive room which gave us access to the executive lounge which was a lovely perk. We were able to get complimentary soft drinks, tea coffee and breakfast the morning we arrived very early. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. No noise and slept very well. Our flight wasn’t until late evening so staff allowed us to stay in the room until 2pm. Very accommodating and welcoming. Excellent stay.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. Appreciated the bath, in addition to a shower. We used the executive lounge. Sandra ( staff) was very nice and helpful. Good wine and a few beers selection. Large , comfortable and when we went-not crowded We checked out too early for breakfast and were offered a ' to go'. ( nice yoghurt, juice, cake, banana, cheese sandwich) Shuttle punctual both ways We would happily stay again

Airport room rates never a bargain. Pitiful snacks in airport lounge ( just bring your own if it matters to you)

Sometimes “airport” hotels aren’t great, but that is NOT the case with Dublin airport Crown Plaza…it was comfortable, beautiful, and in a good location. The staff was wonderful…friendly and efficient! Rooms had everything you could need…coffee maker, iron, safe. The only thing I didn’t see was a mini-frig, but that wasn’t a problem for me! I didn’t have the breakfast because we had an early flight, but the breakfast room looked inviting. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!!

Honestly, nothing!

This location was perfect as it was the end of our adventure and we wanted to be near the airport for our flights the following day. The rooms were comfortable and the executive lounge option I ended up booking (by accident) was great! We opted for the VERY reasonably priced English/Irish Breakfast buffet instead of the complimentary in the hotel. We also had room service for lunch (it was a lazy day) and the food from the restaurant was delicious. The airport shuttle was great getting us from and back to the airport.

Acknowledging we were on a kidless vacation, it wasn't great when we attempted to utilize the lounge we had access to for a post dinner beverage and chat before bed and a family with 3 small children came in to have take away they had picked up. I know they had the right to be there as well, it just felt like a very adult/quiet location and the kids messed with the vibe. This family was also there during the complimentary happy hour and the children weren't misbehaving, just loud for happy hour and adult beverages. Just a note - this is about a 30 min taxi ride into the Dublin bar/restaurant area. If you are going to being staying a few days to experience Dublin, I would recommend staying closer in town or being prepared to pay the taxi fares (not awful) to go back and forth.

The food was fresh and healthy. I over slept my breakfast time but the kitchen sent up food to my room, which the housekeeping suggested I ask about. The housekeeping people were super helpful. The shuttle driver got the door open to the luggage room for so I could make the shuttle on time. Small tho gs that made a difference for me. The park across the street was a joy to be in- sequoia trees!

It would have been helpful to be told what zone to go to to pick up shuttle. Somehow after flying 12 hours I wish that part was clearer. Maybe I just did t see it in the notes
