You enter the building with a warm welcoming everyone who works their carries themselves with the upmost professionalism. Bedrooms are pristine and the beds are amazingly comfortable. The included breakfast was impeccable. the dining room with a courtyard view of a garden and fountain will make you feel like you are at a 5 star restaurant as you enjoy your meal with servers ready to accommodate you if needed. The pool and spa at the bottom floor is beautiful and relaxing.

While everything was amazing I did feel like there was price gouging in the services such as laundry(which is charged per article) making it hard to even feel intelligent about using. mini bar that is 2-3 times cost, and valet parking is just 20ft closer parking.….which are hotel norms but at the price range this hotel is in I did expect a little better which kinda knocks the value just a tad but the breakfast dining experience almost makes up for it.

Service at the bar and restaurant there very poor, late not precise asked water and bread twice and never arrived when we provided feedback to the waiter he answered us he was too busy to give the feedback to his manager for paying a stay more than 600Euros a night I would expect a completely different service!

The hotel had some great qualities—our room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Good location with lots of local restaurants and the sea is within walking distance. Easy to get into the centre of Dublin.

The overall experience didn’t quite meet 5-star expectations. The atmosphere was very noisy due to multiple large family events, and while staff were pleasant, they seemed overstretched, leading to sometimes long delays in service. It may have just been an unusually busy weekend, but it did affect the quality of the stay

5 star hotel and the only jacuzzi in pool area was full of small kids. Felt like entire pool area taken over by kids. Appreciate it was mid-term but surely jacuzzi should be over 16s as per most hotels. Had to ask if there was a sauna/steam room. I hadn't noticed it til I was leaving that they were at the back of the female or male changing rooms. Friday night and the Ice bar had a private function. No residents bar area for a late drink (11.30pm) ?? Quality of breakfast much better on 2nd morning. More items seemed available than morning before.

Second bedroom was very plain compared to main bedroom. The beds weren't very comfortable, poor quality pillows, no bedside lamp or throws , or accessories like in main bedroom. Very disappointing as we were two adult couples & there was a huge disparity in the rooms. There were only 3 pool towels & after we requested the 4th it took 2 days to receive it. There was no towel in upstairs bathroom or no wine glasses. We requested these on Friday & did not receive them by following Thurs when we left. Overall we loved apartment but please improve bedroom 2 & ensure adequate towels etc are provided.

Nice location. Very nice atmosphere. Jacqueline who was managing the breakfast room was excellent. Dinner in Lobby was very good however pricing very expensive for an informal bistro informal style restaurant. Rooms spotless and spacious.

A dreadful sound in the restaurant, a machinery low level repetitive sound. Maybe sound of air con. Pool area was swamped with kids and overcrowded so we left. Ice Bar and the main restaurant was shut. Very disappointing especially on a Bank Holiday weekend. Shame too, after spending over 800 euro for one night including treatments in spa that they asked us to pay €20 for parking. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Bottle shelves and mirror in bar were dusty.

Room - spacious for 2 adults and 2 children Bathroom - well equipped, hot water for bath ready with all the bathroom essentials available. Dressing robes for the kids was nice touch - as we all used the pool together Bar / lounge area - nice relaxing atmosphere, wide selection of drinks available. Breakfast was very good - would have been nice addition to have a small menu with options like omelette, eggs benedict, kippers / fish. Kids loved their pancakes and the waiting staff were excellent. Pastries were gone when we went to choose some - we were down for just before 10am - so probably getting the last of the breakfast buffet.

I really went there for a stupid reason, among all the hotels. I knew I will only stay in Dublin for a night, so I thought I'll make it the first time I stay at a 5* hotel. Then I saw Intercontinental, and remembered the movies John Wick. I thought how great it would be to stay there, so I choose that hotel. Overall it was nice, but the receptionist didn't really looked like someone who could wield a shotgun and none of the guests looked like assassins.. Kinda disappointed, but overall, the hotel was really nice, the bed was comfy and the food was good.

They didn't seem to have any relation to the movies. Maybe it was my peasant self, but I went downstairs, since I saw they have a "reading room" and there were no books in there. Also the room was not really ideal for reading, as it was more of a lounge.
