The building was very pretty, 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The staff was really kind, helped us with everything we needed, allowed us to leave the luggage before the check in etc. The rooms were cozy and clean, beds rather comfortable, with TV and kettle so we could prepare coffee or tea in the room. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Even though the room had a window on the street side, it was not bothering us.

It was a bit loud - you could hear the door opening or people walking on the upper floor. Also some parts of the room looked like they needed a bit of renovation - especially in the bathroom the tap sometimes didn't work properly.

What a difference one street away can make! Had considered a similar Hotel nearby & on walking past delighted did not choose, as traffic was relentless! Turn one corner into Baggot Street & you'll get a more peaceful night's sleep, while still close to City Centre. Had requested a quiet room due to early start. First time staying & was given a high floor, flawless room in second building at rear. Comfort, power of shower, heat of water, cleanliness, perfect full Irish Breakfast, helpfulness of staff.... all first class & will certainly stay again. Interestingly building was derelict & restored during 1990's. While retaining much of the Georgian charm, it's possible with extensive rebuild there is less audible noise & squeaking floor boards than similar properties. Another plus to staying here.

Personally very happy with Baggot Court Townhouse, totally met our needs. Being fair, for some its possible the stairs maybe a challenge. Some tourists might wish for Porter to carry bags. There is no Air Conditioning & appeared to be limited on site parking. None of the above related to our stay, but could see how may effect others enjoyment. For an overnight/brief stay, could not say there was anything we didn't like.

Everyone I met at the Baggot Court Townhouse radiated warmth, friendliness, and efficiency. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty and are model employees. They couldn’t have been more ready to help, more thoughtful, or more considerate. For example, the various members of the reception team whom I met went out of their way to help me negotiate the property’s stairs and floors in order to spare me lugging around my heavy and unwieldy suitcase. And on my last day, they were patience incarnate. I was allowed stash the suitcase for an extended period in the reception area. (They even put up with an extended attempt of my part to lessen its weight by extracting and rearranging items.) What is more, as somebody who stayed at various points—in post-college years—in the Baggot Street area, staying in the Townhouse reminded me of all that’s central, historic, fascinating, and lively about this part of Dublin. The property has invested time and trouble in ensuring that a visitor knows about the significance of 92 Lwr Baggot St.: ample information (framed pages from newspapers, etc.) can be perused on the walls of the hallways and stairs.

The Townhouse is not going to win any awards for treating guests to up-to-the-minute décor, furniture, and overall style. While scrupulously clean throughout, an abundance of beige, some unfortunate plastic flowers on prominent window sills, and (adjoining my bedroom) a rather curious mini-kitchen with a somewhat cheap and dated mini-fridge (between bedroom and en-suite bathroom) does send a guest back in time a bit (whiffs of the 1970s and 80s).

I was welcomed by not very friendly lady, but from that point all the stuff was very kind and lovely. During the night when the party upstairs was bit too noisy they took care of it and also made sure in the morning everything was fine after my call. Room was in a great condition, however since its older building you might hear people above you or going on the stairs. I'd recommend to bring earplugs. Very spacious facilities, especially bathroom and cleaned everyday (on your request), great breakfast.

Lovely Georgian guest house in handy location a nice walk from Stephen's Green yet near enough Ballsbridge cafe and RDS. The house reception rooms, stairs and bedrooms all tastefully draped in quality, classic decor and fabrics. Intriguing picture, documentation trail describing the history of the house flanks the stairwell to the top. Rooms are all charmingly individual in size and shape.

Breakfast was basic enough, and undrinkable coffee so on my second stay I avoided breakfast and got sustenance on the street. Please add a few real touches free range eggs and decent orange juice and top important a decent Filter coffee, buy that bean! Second week there i stayed right at the top and it was almost perfect until I noticed no fire escape, made me wonder what would happen in a crisis.......

I booked two twin rooms for 4 of us for an overnight stay before travelling to Ballina the next day both rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and the full Irish breakfast was amazing. I had read some reviews about noise in the hotel and rooms having thin walls but we had no issues of this sort during our stay and we all had a good night's rest.

The hotel was great, there are only a few rooms so it feels very nice and cozy. The front door is locked at night but you only need to ring the doorbell to be let in so it felt very safe. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was great and big enough for one person, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. The location is great as it is walking distance to the city center and there is a bus stop right outside

I was happy with everything. Only thing I’ll mention is to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as this is an old building so not as soundproof as we’re used to nowadays.

- The staff are the heart of every accommodation facility - the ones here in Baggot are so friendly and welcoming (10/10 altogether). - My room was on the top floor and going up there in the narrow stairs can be troublesome - so request in advance a low level room if any hip/leg or back issues. The room itself was comfy, clean and quiet - Kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk available. My window was facing a main busy road but still was quiet with the two windows down. The toilet was extra clean - not a single fault. Everything was there from towels to soap and shampoo. - Bedside Phone connected to reception. - Haven't used their WiFi but it was available. - Breakfast available at extra charge - maximum 13ish for full Irish breakfast. Hasn't seen or tasted their breakfast either. Served from 8:00 but you can request from 7:30 if only porridge and cereals.

- Price reasonable after discount code. However, I was hoping for cheaper.

We liked the location, it was nice and quiet at night as we were in a set back area from the main house. The amenities were clean and sufficient for our needs and the staff very helpful. It was nice to have a balcony we could open for fresh air. The room was small but big enough for two suitcases.

OMG the bathroom lighting and fan were on an automatic motion sensor system. This meant that the light and fan stayed on long after they were needed and came on if you left the door open. You could hear the fans through the building and the water pump each time any other room had a shower. It was intensely irritating for someone who is sensitive to noise and a false economy! Other than this the room was good but we would not stay there again because of this.

The hotel is in a very nice location - at the end of Baggot Street - in a nice area in the south side of the city, about a 15-minute walk to Stephen's Green; the room was warm, cosy, very clean with all good facilities - tea/coffee, spacious shower etc; the staff were friendly and welcoming; check out at 12. Mine was a same-day booking and the room was on the ground floor at the back, so very quiet.
