A lot like an Airbnb; historic building and authentic feel. Amazingly convenient location for leisure and touring the main squares, city center, Trinity college, and government/museums. Good value for money, comfortable furnishings, and updated and clean bathrooms/kitchenette.

Must be ready to do all check in/service/deposit prepayment online prior to or on the Day of Check In. This can be difficult if you are coming in from abroad and don't have your technology sorted. If you do, you should be fine, the property is pretty communicative through booking's chat feature. I had no issues with the check in/codes but I saw one group that did.

This was my 2nd time to stay here. Again, it was overall a great experience - location (central south Dublin), cleanliness, facilities (mini apartment)... check out at 11; it is a modern and very well-equipped mini apartment - a good find in that area of Dublin.

The only thing I did not like this time is having to pay a €150 deposit after booking. And I think I only found this out AFTER booking. I can only expect that this was brought in because other guests in the past probably stole accessories from the well-equipped kitchen and thus spoiling it for the rest of us travellers... I do not want short-term accommodation providers to go down this route - charging deposits. If I had known I would have to pay a deposit, I probably wouldn't have booked. Anyhow, I did get my deposit back after a few days.

The little self-contained apt contained everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. It is very modern with all kitchen facilities to make your stay very comfortable. I had a little trouble opening the lock box after entering the code and called the host, but managed and a little later the host knocked on the door to ensure everything was OK. The location is very good - in a quiet part of the south inner city (very central). Check out is at 11. I would definitely stay again and try to book a more suitable room (not with bunk beds).

Unfortunately my room was kind of windowless - there was a window, but it looked out onto the stairs and was blocked by the top bunk bed anyway; I usually do love an external view when I book somewhere, but for a short stay, this is fine.

Easy check in/check out, great location (near center, next to great pubs like Kennerys and The Gingerman), clean rooms, new furniture, nice bathroom, quiet...

Some of other guests complained on trash on the street or cleanliness of rooms, it was not perfect like the 5* hotel but it was more than I expected... The street where the entrance is (Denzille lane) looks a bit unappalling, but it's only 15m from the crossroads with two nice hipster places (Note and Tang), and 50m from The ginger man (famous pub, especially for the Christmas ornaments). We had two rooms (great studio apartment on the 4th floor and room 103, on the first floor), both were very good and clean, the beds are mostly comfy, one of the beds was a bit soft, but my kids liked it... The rooms have nice and clean bathrooms, practical kitchen with fridge, coffee machine and kettle, cooling/heating... I would definitely recommend! Great value for the money!

We are a family of 5 with 3 young men and stayed in a 3 and 2 persons studios. It is very small but we were expecting that. The location is very good, Trinity College was about a 15 minute walk. We arrived on early Saturday morning and were able to find a side street parking just around the corner without having to pay for parking for the weekend. They were very nice and we were able to check into both rooms before noon even though the regular check in time is 4pm; we were very grateful for that! The beds were very comfortable, it was very clean and for a 2 nights stay, worked out well for us. Housing is Dublin is very expensive and we would stay there again!

Great location and clean room

No access code was received despite numerous requests. On arrival had delay of getting access as had to call twice before being given a code. There is evidently an issue with booking via Booking.com and accommodation sending the code to the email provided at booking. The lady who greeted us sent a code to us while we were with her and it still did not show on the Booking.com messages function. This needs looking into as evidently there is a glitch here and it is very frustrating arriving and having the faff around access codes. Accomm was great.....the admin supporting the booking not so good.

Great location, useful kitchen, comfy bed, very clean, nice place. You can walk to a lot of places from here and catch a bus to the rest. Even the tourist busses stop only about two blocks away. The Tri Via coffee shop nearby is excellent! Quiet neighborhood with some pubs.

The shower does not drain properly so it puddled until it overflowed onto the bathroom floor. It is a nice shower other than that though; better than most others where I stayed in Ireland. I like the self check in system except that they didn't send me the info on how to do it until around 5pm. If you have a car, parking will be a challenge for you.

Modern interior, wooden floors, nice bathroom with a good shower, toiletries. Good air conditioning. Excellent bed, all in all, very good.

A minor thing: the coffee pod machine (Kfee brand) only uses it's own pods which can't be bought anywhere in Dublin. Nespresso or Dolce Gusto compatible would be better. The air vent leads straight to the "outer" staircase and all the noises from there come loud inside the studio (number 101).

I booked a studio room for two, but we were given a three-bed studio, which I really liked. The place is nice and clean, near to restaurants, Tesco about 5-10mins walk. Bus stops are nearby as well. Check in was smooth, there's no staff to meet you at the door but all instructions were clear. Instructions were given as soon as we paid the €150 security deposit. Coffee and tea was available, kitchen was fully functional, was able to cook breakfast.

I just didn't expect it will take 2-5 working days before the security deposit be processed back into my account.
