location is right beside our office, the room was very spacious and brilliant bathroom. A few steps to reach the top floor but that's good for your health anyway. very warm room.
unfortunately and beyond the hotel controls, Dublin bad drivers think it is appropriate to beep at each other from 0600. The room was a bit loud because of this.

It was close to places that I needed to see. It felt homy and not a hotel. It was comfortable and quiet. I loved how friendly the staff were and I also loved the history of the building. It was a really nice place to stay.
I don't think that there was anything that I didn't like. More things that I wished were that there was things to purchase in case you forgot as a traveler. For example finger nail clippers, or deodorant or things like that. I also wished the breakfast went until 11am because I slept in being on vacation and I never made it on time to have breakfast. This has nothing to do with the Fitzwilliam at all it is just how they operate and that is okay these are just my preferences.

Lovely room with comfy bed and everything you need, including a shower with great pressure. Loved the style and the staff were super friendly. We checked in late on Friday night due to our flight time, and it was easy to check in with the night porter. We didn’t have the breakfast but each morning it smelt very good and there were lots of happy people coming out of the dining room. Room was cleaned daily and we liked the location as it was quiet and within reach of all the main attractions. The pictures online don’t do the place justice, it’s modern and amazing value.
Nothing.

This was a great room for our short stay in Dublin. The staff were really nice and very flexible, as our flight was quite delayed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, The washrooms were a bit snug, but perfectly fine for two people. The breakfasts were great! Loved the pancakes and the porridge!
The only thing - and it really isn't the property's fault, just a heads up, is that there is a bit of street noise, so be prepared and the view from our room was the back stairs, I think, but that didn't bother us.

It was great and I will certainly use it again as I now have to travel to Dublin on a regular basis - the location is fantastic for my work, for restaurants and entertainment so all round it is perfect for my need. They obliged by putting me on a ground floor room, the room was well laid out and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I hadn't booked breakfast but they accommodated me and it was really good.

This is a lovely place with a great staff. However, there was no indication when booking the double room that the only double rooms are on the fourth floor and there is no lift. As we had been traveling for a bit of time, we had plenty of luggage and the task of getting that up and down the long and narrow stairway was daunting. However, shortly after checking in, the staff offered to move us to the first floor the following day when the existing reservation had concluded. Despite it being a triple room, no addition charges were made and the offer was unsolicited. Kudos to the staff on that one. I would return, simply based on that customer service! US travelers be aware that the facility is not air conditioned, which may be a little uncomfortable in the summer. We did not find it to be a problem in early September, however.
No early indication that we would be located on the top floor with no lift. Will be more careful to look at this in the future!

Such a beautiful Georgian Townhouse. Basement room was wonderfully comfortable and silent - added extra of a window to let a gentle breeze flow into the room. The arched roof was really a lovely surprise and the room mixed old world with new modern decor. Wonderful lighting and very comfortable bed, plenty of mirrors too! Great bathroom and facilities. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming too. Easy to come and go as you need and the safety of having the front door closed at night was comforting too. Didn’t have breakfast but it smelt great! Definitely will be my go to place any time I’m back in Dublin! Great value too.
Nothing all all.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was spotless, and I slept like a baby in the comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely, but the table could have been a wee bit bigger, but maybe we're just greedy.
Had a bit of trouble finding the guesthouse, but with the help of a taxi driver, we finally got there. We were under the impression it was overlooking the Stephens Green park, which it wasn't. The shower was a bit tight for my husband, who is a 'big' man.

The property itself is a beautiful Georgian townhouse. Due to the age of the building there’s no lift which makes getting 30kg suitcases up to the top floor a bit of an ordeal but the staff were lovely and offered their help. Beds were comfortable and the rooms while not 5 star luxury were clean, warm and comfy. Great value for money. The best thing about our stay though was definitely the staff! The lovely Mongolian lady who checked us in (whose name I wish I could remember!) went above and beyond in helping us get the most out of our only night in Dublin. She even went so far as to help us when she saw us on the street while she was on her lunch break!
If I had to criticize something it would be that the windows didn’t have fly screens so I wasn’t comfortable sleeping with the window open but I noticed that that seems to be fairly common in Ireland (I’m an Aussie so we have fly screens on every window and door!)

The staff was really kind and willing to resolve inconveniences. I had the necessity to change room and they arranged it immediatly (fortunatly It was possible). The room had everything essential (including a good hair dryer and a small table to eat). Everything was really clean.
The building is old, which is nice per se, but it means is not well soundproof. Espetially in the lower floors you can hear noises from the street, more or less until 11pm and from 6am. I believe it's not a problem for everyone but for me it was and they were able and kind to give me another room in a higher floor. It definetly was better.
