Perfect location, bus stop (aircoach 700) 2 mins walk, easy reach to the airport and walk distance to the center and surrounding.

the staff is amazing. The room was very clean and it was gorgeous (I just hoped it would be a bit bigger) and i shout out to the garden bar, its so pretty, my mojito was so good and the breakfast was delicious. The location is a must, 10 minutes and you're in Stephens green.

The only things i didnt like was twice i felt a very bad smell in the room and i saw some water on the ceiling, so wonder if there's something wrongs with the toilet pipes. Another thing is the hotel is amazing, so nicely decorated and maintained but the lights aren't great, like the corridors were a bit dark

The room was spacious and very clean, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee that was available in the room. It is easy to reach places across Dublin by public transport from here. The room (4th floor) was surprisingly quiet given that there is a night club downstairs.

The hotel shares the same entrance with the downstairs night club, which means that you have to get past the bouncer to enter the hotel when the club is open. Of course they let you through when you tell them that you are staying at the hotel, but it can make for awkward situations when you have to explain your presence. The Wifi disconnects quite regularly and is slow at times.

It’s a lovely hotel - there has clearly been a lot invested into making the place aesthetic to guests. The staff were all absolutely lovely and really helpful. Our room was lovely and the air con was a bonus. The noise was to be expected - do not book this place exacting a silent nights sleep. They provided ear plugs which were brilliant for blocking out the noise of other people enjoying their night - they warn you about this in advance. The bar downstairs was buzzing and the location as super close to the event we were attending. Perfect place for a stay in Dublin. Lovely establishment overall and would happily stay again!

There could be more pillows on the beds. Paint was patchy in the room and bathroom - could be easily fixed.

We walked in to an absolutely beautiful space, that perfectly combined elegance and warmth. The staff greeted us kindly and we're very helpfu, from front of desk to housekeeping to restaurant, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The room was also lovely decorated, with a big window that let in lots of light and a very comfortable bed. The room was equipped with water, a coffee maker, tea and coffee. The bathroom too had all toiletries needed, and was clean and shower had good water pressure. The back garden was a perfect relaxing retreat in the city, calm gorgeous place with incredibly nice food.

Staff are brilliant . We were helped upstairs with our bags.The lady at the restaurant as very kind and loves her job. The Bar staff are great especially the Brazilian lady who was about to go on vacation. Love the way the house is decorated . I want the butterfly display . And the desk by the lift . 😀

You can hear the niteclub on Saturday evening, but people are having a good time so we were not bothered.

Everything was awesome. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was not included in our booking but was delightful. The full irish breakfast is huge, just a warning. The staff was great aswell and the room was nice and clean. There was everything that we needed and more.

The room was maybe missing an eu plug or usb plug. But we could buy the adapter for it in the staircase vending machine, so that was convenient.

The location is excellent, right on the bus route to the airport and a short stroll to St Stephens Green or Portobello. The decor in the building is fantastic. The bathroom was great and the bed super comfortable.

You cannot enter the building on your own, you always have to ring the bell and wait for them to open the door to get in. The desk in the room was wobbly and unstable so it wasn't ideal for working. The windows in my room were old so there was some outside air getting in, the heaters were great but it a double glaze window would help with noise.

We had 4 rooms in our family group & all of them were very nice. Extra pillows were provided on request. The breakfast was excellent. The location was very near to the Aircoach stop that we used to travel to & from the airport. We were able to leave our bags on our departure day & enjoy the city before flying back home in the evening.

Although we knew that the hotel has a bar & nightclub, & were prepared for some noise it did disturb the sleep of some of our group. We used the earplugs & found that this helped a little. If you like a quiet night's sleep this may not be the best choice of hotel for you.

The lovely staff. Especially the lady who looked after us at breakfast. She was very efficient, professional, welcoming and friendly.

It could have been cleaner. Underneath the bed looked like it had been hoovered in 6 months. When we arrived the lady who greeted us (different from the lady at breakfast) she didn’t ask if we was there for Restaurant or Hotel. We gave our name, she checked the Restaurant list then proceeded to tell us there was nobody by that name. When travelling from the UK it’s not what you want to hear when arriving. It did make me panic for a split second which was unnecessary.
