The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was a fantastic size and the shower was lovely and warm. The food and alcohol were delicious and the service by the bar men was excellent, especially in the evening. They were super friendly and helpful. Extremely polite.

The shower didn’t have that great of power with it but it was still lovely and warm. We weren’t that happy with the fact that the car park was somewhere else and not actually at the hotel. We weren’t sure if our car was somewhere safe.

Nice clean hotel about 25 mins walk from centre. Bedrooms lovely and spacious.

Breakfast was chaotic to be honest. Items not topped up and staff were rushing around. We weren't asked if we wanted tea or coffee when we sat down which would have been nice. I am coeliac and asked if it was possible to get gluten free toast, This was brought out which upon first bite clearly wasn't gluten free bread. We had asked when it arrived if it was definitely gluten free bread. The manager was informed after I alerted another member of staff. I did get an apology but no refund was offered at time. I asked for this on checking out. I can't stress enough the seriousness of this situation, thankfully I had no after effects. Coeliac is an autoimmune disease and eating gluten is particularly harmful. breakfast service is chaotic, not enough room around the buffet area.

Lovely and modern and was clean

Breakfast was very busy in the morning, we did go at 9.20am which was the busiest time but the area to que for food was very crammed and they kept running out of food and the turnover was quite slow so we didn’t get a full selection (no pudding,beans,bacon,sausages and scrambled eggs looked barely cooked),tried to ask a server a question and she quite sternly said it’s coming ok in frustration, I was only asking do we order toast at the table but I could see she was under pressure so I just walked away. Glasses ran out and had to ask for toast and eggs seperate which took awhile. Food was only ok but might be a better experience if we went earlier.

It was just amazing overall, 100% recommend for everyone! I got really sick over the weekend and the staff took such great care of me, always asking and checking up on me and bringing me whatever I needed. It made me feel better knowing I was cared for, love you guys you’re the best! <3

Shower pressure was very poor. The beds kept moving around at night, we both kept losing our pillows down the back of the beds, bed on wheels!

The hotel decor is gorgeous, really clean and cosy. Breakfast was good and the lovely guy working on the barista machine dropped me a cappuccino which was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly and chatty.

The room was for three people (we were two) and it was not big enough.

We stayed here with our 1 year old for 5 nights. It was a mix of work/holiday. Location is great in that you could walk/get the luas to the city centre and walk into Ranelagh in the evenings for dinner. The hotel was lovely and bright and the foyer had lots of room for our baby to crawl and explore. The breakfast was very good each morning. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. In particular on the 1st day when I arrived on my own with my baby, Imran helped with luggage, getting the baby into the stroller and parking the car. Very much appreciated as a mum with a lot of things and a small baby.

Very clean, good breakfast, nice staff, great cocktail bar and staff, good location. I would recommend the hotel for a pleasant stay in Dublin.

Very thin walls. You could hear everything from the other rooms, even people snoring.
