Fantastic location. We were attending a concert in The National Concert Hall-it was a 5min stroll to the venue. Also a 10 min walk to St. Stephenâs green, fantastic. Iveagh Gardens right beside the hotel-a lovely oasis in the middle of the city.
All was going great until we arrived back at the hotel after our concert. It was approximately 11pm. There is a nightclub associated with the hotel. The music and DJ were so loud, continued until 2.30am. No sleep until it stopped.

Excellent connectivity to the Airport and other modes of transport like Tram/Taxis/Buses - great for quickly exploring the city. The room was clean and well stocked, comfortable sleep when the night club below is not buzzing, thankfully it was mid-week and we didn't have the noisy experiences other have noted. The staff were courteous and helpful most of the time. There is an excellent park right behind the property for morning walks, plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Didn't have any food at the hotel.
A hand shower attachment in the shower set would be great for helping bathe kids. he furnishings in the lobby are worn out - please replace that couch!

The breakfast is a standard buffet which is repeated every day which is rather boring if you are staying more than two days. I missed other options such as salads and fruit which would have made the breakfast nicer. The Italian staff was relatively polite and not friendly. On the contrary the Brazilian staff was splendid, empathetic and very nice. I speak both Italian and Portuguese and know Italians and Brazilians quite well. The Spanish staff at the reception desk were very professional.
There is a construction site in front the the hotel and on the back of the hotel are several pubs. Although we requested a quiet room and even though they tried to give us one it is impossible to have a quiet room at this hotel. The location is simply too central and there is a lot of noise. Not only because of the temporary construction works outside but mainly because of the pubs behind the hotel which are very loud up to 2 am. I had huge problems to sleep.

We enjoyed our stayed in The Harcourt hotel because its has good location its near Stephen green and Grafton st, accesible to transport link (near to Luis tram station and harcourt bus station to Dublin airport, excellent hotel staff service, delicious breakfast meal and room and facilities were clean and tidy. The 1900 bar and restaurants was superb. The Harcourt garden bar was an indoor spacious area to lounge and have drinks with family and friends.
We stayed for 3nights for a double room, the room temperature control is not working for 2 nights and the room was hot. They provided a fan but still not happy with it. We spoke to hotel staff and asked for transfer to another room which they did on our 3rd night so we can have a proper sleep and be comfortable. They provided a bigger room and with ac. We were delighted that they listened to our request.

Room was well appointed, the breakfast was excellent and restaurant bright and clean. Check in and out was straightforward esepcailly leaving at 5am. Location was ideal as close enough to walk into the city but far enough away to be quieter
Our room was on the ground floor at the front of the property. We slept with the window slightly open as the room was very warm. Some visitors might consider the street as busy due to some bars further along and people walking past all night and the trams running past. However it was not unruly and raucous as a city centre location could be.

Comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the shower. There was a notice in the lift about construction work starting at 7am, we didn't hear a thing from our room until we opened the windows. The bar was spacious and the beer garden/smoking room was well set up
The staff in the bar were a little too keen to take our just finished empty glasses from us, it felt like we were being watched like a hawk all the time. It felt like we weren't allowed go to the bar on our own. The price of the drinks were on the expensive side but when you take in the location we agreed it was most likely average for the area

We stayed as a group of three girls, and initially, we only had two bed sheets in the room. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue without any problems, which we really appreciated. The hotel administration was also very helpful in assisting us with booking tours and providing information about the area. Overall, their efficiency and helpfulness made our stay more enjoyable.
While our stay was pleasant, there were a couple of things that could be improved. We arrived early due to our flight and were hoping to check in sooner, as many hotels allow check-ins around 2pm. However, we had to wait until 4pm, which felt quite long. Additionally, once we finally got into the room, we noticed there were no soaps in the bathroom, which was a bit frustrating after the long wait.

Easy access to main Dublin attractions, close to public transportation. Breakfast was good, in house bar and club were added bonus.
This hotel is in a very noisy neighborhood. construction is happening across the street, and property acknowledges this, but it still is very noisy. The club in the basement of the building starts to ramp up around 11:00 pm and closes at 3:00 am, which creates loins street noise. I guess this is Ireland. Also, the website says check-in is at 3:00 pm, however we were told our room would be ready at 4:00. After a day of travel the one hour delay was difficult for this tired traveler.

The building is elegant, the room we stayed in was actually very pretty, the staff were all helpful and kind, and it was in a very convenient part of town - right on the tram line to be able to get wherever we needed to go. There are many good restaurants and pubs just a street away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and felt comfortable.
We were clear eyed about the fact that it would be loud at night and didn't really mind it, but for anyone even slightly sensitive to it, people are not joking about the noise! A crowd of rowdy club goers gathered outside our windows at 3am on a Thursday night and shouted and sang for approximately half an hour, which was mostly just funny to me. Somehow breakfast didn't get factored into our reservation and we had to pay extra - I was surprised by that, and didn't realize that also "continental breakfast" meant absolutely no hot food from the breakfast buffet, to the point of really having almost no offerings. Essentially, the "full Irish breakfast" is the only realistic option in the morning.

Great location. Staff was professional and friendly. Enjoyed the restaurant.
The water was cold, which I realised in the evening. Maintenance came in the morning and did some adjustments. He said it was taking time for the hot water to reach the shower. There was always a delay for the shower water to heat up. Also, it seems the room was built for tall people. I was barely able to reach the shower head to adjust it. Also, the peep-hole in the door of the room was too high to see through. Other than these things, I did enjoy the stay
