- a good location in the city centre - friendly helpful staff - a simple clean room (looks a bit fancier in the pictures:) and bathroom - free bottles of water and tea/coffee

- a bit tiny room - noise from outside at night/from the club below, but the previous reviews already mention that so you know what to expect

The location and value for money was actually so so good!! My friend and I reflected that you deserve a higher rating overall!!! The staff were kind and helpful, the receptionist expecially was very sweet!!

The club was very loud but you provided us with earplugs and luckily we were on the 3rd floor which meant the sound had dissipated a bit by the time it reached us. The room was a quite warm without any AC and leaving the window open meant the noise from the club was very loud in the evening. It was manageable beause it's not summer yet but I would worry if we had a summer stay. Still though, very good experience!!! Thank you!!!

Room was clean, modern, and more spacious than expected. Location is unreal, Copper Face Jacks nightclub is directly underneath, and the hotel is right in the middle of Dublin city centre.

Extremely strict security based on a guest list taken at check-in, no visitors allowed up under any circumstances. Would be a 10/10 stay if they introduced a friendlier and more flexible, time-limited or curfew visitor system like other hotels. I imagine the strict security experience to be quite uncomfortable for non-club goers.

The location was perfect, we made use of the nightclub downstairs. It’s so handy to come straight up stairs after a night out. We actually booked for a concert as it was the cheapest at the time, but 100% worth the money The staff were all super nice and friendly, one woman in particular, worked last night and she spoke to us for ages, she was really friendly and a really nice touch to someone on reception in the evening/nightime

They didn’t have a hair dryer in the room

EVERYTHING!! I stayed for two nights and it was so comfortable and usually quiet, of course there will be some bass music faraway outside because we’re right beside Diceys club, but even with that, it was still quiet and peaceful. I loved the room service as well, so helpful and friendly. I had bad cramps so I would order essentials from Shuppa and so because of the location, it would always deliver within 10 minutes!

The labels for the rooms (“Room service” and the “Do not disturb” label), it kept falling off or I would often forget to put it outside the door which is my fault… Cleaners walked in while I was in the shower luckily they heard the waters😭 The walls are also quite thin, I woke up at 4AM hearing other people in their rooms……….

Location is great to get everywhere we wanted to go. Bus and tram close by. Meeting points for tours close by. Beds super comfy.

The night club was a downfall but we were warned in the hotels information ahead of time. They provided ear plugs for at night. If the windows were double glazes that might help but it also might take away some of the charm. I would stay again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Jackson Court Hotel, great location, stayed there because we went to see a comedy gig in 3 Olympia, only 15 min walk away. Staff at reception on arrival were really nice and so friendly and helpful, breakfast was included in our rate and the staff there could not have done more for us. The only downside was the noise from the nite club but we knew that before we arrived. Overall a really nice experience, will definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The music from the nite club was a little loud, but not a big issue for us.

All was good. The night club downstairs can be very noisy at night, but I think the room we rented ( for 3 people) wasn’t the worst in this matter. Closing all windows helps. Anyway, having good earplugs is a good thing, those which hotel gives you are not the best.

Complicated halls and stairs and doors, I was lost once and couldn’t find the exit. By the way, the fire exit should be open, but it was closed.

Staff very friendly especially girl on reception when I arrived. Room comfortable, ear plugs provided as there is a very noisy night club downstairs.

The limited selection for continental breakfast. Fruit options were limited, as was the pastry selection. Maybe it was because it was a bank holiday the morning I was checking out. I was offered toast but not whether I would like brown or white...a small thing I know.

There is a disco club on the ground floor. Probably, the best place to stay if you are a party person. Otherwise, be prepared for very loud music and constant noise until 3 am. Even earplugs will not help much.
