Excellent location and area that I like and have found memories of. Ample places to dine and wine or simply have an pint and walk around. A safe part of Dublin and good for families. Bus 16 from Airport will take you there with 3 minutes walk. Bus 16 takes around 1 hour 15 mins and cost around 2.60 per person. Little noise. the place has a life if you have bags it makes it easy. The building is apart of Dublin History and the lobby has a spacious seating area which looked nice.

Thank you for the early check in. After coming from Japan it was really needed. The rrom was nice with a bath, coffee/tea and a nice clean room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel between Christmas and New Year's Eve, so during the holiday season. The hotel was fantastic, and the décor was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning Christmas tree and festive lights in the common areas, creating a cozy and magical atmosphere. Our room was perfect, and we appreciated the adjustable heating, which kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Despite staying over New Year's Eve, the room was very quiet, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as it is not only beautiful and authentic but also conveniently located close to the city center.

Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, but if you're aware of this in advance (as we were), you can plan accordingly.

A Georgian Terrace building converted to a Hotel. Think old staircases and uneven floors as you move between the formerly separate buildings. A certain oldie worldie charm. Decor of room was not to my taste but in keeping with the character of the building. I was in the roof, which was fine as it was accessible by lift, though the character of the stairs were part of the adventure. There was a pot for making tea... extra points for this. Good shower. Bed comfortable. Bar in sister hotel nearby (Harcourt) was good with a restful atmosphere. Did a great simple soup with soda bread.

I didn't rate the food at the restaurant in the sister hotel restaurant nearby (the 1900). As always in hotels in old buildings, temperature control was difficult. Room was too warm (even though it was winter) and only solution was to open window onto the main road delivering "club emptying at 2am" and traffic noise.

The location was absolutely wonderful, with a short walk to the centre and many activities in the nearby area. The staff were lovely, and the front desk was exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Overall, the stay was amazing, and it was definitely good value for money. I would definitely visit again when I'm back in Dublin!

A small personal issue was that the room was on the first floor next to the street. While not an issue most of the time, my stay was on a weekend, and such the street was loud until quite late. The breakfast, which was available just next door to the hotel, was just okay. While not bad in any particular way, it didn't feel worth the money while so many restaurants and cafes are in the nearby area with better food available.

Located near St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre and the parks, within the Business Quarter of Dublin City. The Luas tram passes right outside the hotel’s entrance. This hotel not only offers modern accommodation but also a haven of rest for weary folk who book the room after a hard working day or a stressful trip from one airport to another. What we liked in the spotless room was its well-planned out shape and its beautiful interior design which exploited every part of the room with ease without making storage something difficult to grapple with.

If prices were kept slightly lower, we would certainly book more time at this hotel. Thank you! Dublin is now the second most expensive city in Europe and that includes hotel accommodation for visitors.

This was my third stay with this hotel. The location is fantastic and the value for money is great. Staff was very friendly as well.

I booked a triple room for one night with my friend and my son. I expected to have a spacious room where my son could be a bit apart from my friend and I. However we got a room with 3 beds in a row with very small distance between them. Not suitable for two ladies and a 23 yo boy. So I had to book a separate room for my son. The price on the own website was twice the price in the internet. The management could not fully match the internet price so I ended up booking via booking.com again with a Tripadvisor discount. It just ended up not as economical as I expected. But all in all it’s a nice hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and managed not to get too cold during a cold snap (particularly the bathroom, which always seemed warm). The hotel is well located for access to Trinity College, which is about a 15 minute walk in what is essentially a straight line.

The pillows, while numerous, we're quite hard individually, and although it did not stop me sleeping, something bouncier/softer would've been welcome. I also wasn't a fan of having condensed milk instead of UHT milk for the tea, but it wasn't too bad.

I had requested a room on a high floor with an open view and got it; the room was spacious with a fine bed and good facilities (tea/coffee etc) and heating at the touch of a button; check out is 12; there was a bathtub (rarer nowadays) and I was very happy to use it; location is very good - about 10 minutes' on foot from southside downtown (St Stephen's Green) in a nice area; the building itself is quite beautiful with a huge, gorgeous sitting/drawing room (relax space area); the person who checked me in was friendly (saw no one on check out)...

Not a fan of having to leave the key each time you leave the hotel - I find this a bit old-fashioned; and also having to give/fill in the name of the other person if it's a double room (which I think was default when I made the booking - for just me - anyway)...

Location was excellent right beside St Stephen's Green and across from Camden Street. Easily made our way from Harrington Hall to the Aviva along with being spoilt by lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Special shout out to Tiago for letting us check-in early and providing us with a number of recommendations to eat. Thomas also deserves a shoutout for making sure we had the perfect end!

Felt the rooms could have been more secure. We had one key between two guests and had to leave the key with reception. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, but didn't like how it wasn't directly connected to the hotel and you had to leave one premises and go to another to access.

Walking distance to St. Stephens Green and shopping district. Great breakfast! Spacious bad. Everything was nicely decorated and my bed was huuuuge! Also the people working there were really nice!

It can be noisy at nights due to some night clubs that are close by. I had ear plugs for thar, because I read it before in another review. I disliked the water pressure in the shower and that you couldn't move the shower head to your body. Other than that, everything was very enjoyable :)
