We were able to check in early - always a bonus when arriving from an all night flight! Towels were fresh, large and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and a good blanket. We were able to store our clothes in the large closet and "hide" our suitcases. We also took advantage of the laundry service. Yes there is a charge but the cloths came back clean and fresh. Loved the location - easy to get around and close to everything.

there was a 4 day concert venue - we were warned it wouldn't be very quiet so we were prepared. The room unfortunately was stuffy with poor air circulation. The ceiling fan helped marginally but was noisy. We had an extra fan and set it on the night stand. If I were to book there again in the summer - I would request a room on a lower floor.

Excellent location and area that I like and have found memories of. Ample places to dine and wine or simply have an pint and walk around. A safe part of Dublin and good for families. Bus 16 from Airport will take you there with 3 minutes walk. Bus 16 takes around 1 hour 15 mins and cost around 2.60 per person. Little noise. the place has a life if you have bags it makes it easy. The building is apart of Dublin History and the lobby has a spacious seating area which looked nice.

Thank you for the early check in. After coming from Japan it was really needed. The rrom was nice with a bath, coffee/tea and a nice clean room.

Fun location in walking distance to music and historical sites. Enjoyed the character of the building.

Friendly staff when checking in. However, we left luggage and when two of our group returned to pick it up while the rest went to the train station, the attendant refused to release it without tickets - which we hadn’t been told were needed. After reaching the train station and sending the other people back via taxi again, the luggage was released without the tickets and without any questions— causing us to miss out train across Ireland and costing 70 euros for taxi without any security anyway. Just let people know in advance if you require the tickets, please.

Excellent Location Everything was easy and generous checkout hours

We have to leave the keys in the entry every time we leave the hotel, and when picking them back they just give them to you, no ID asked to check that you really are the person of the room. Once they involuntarily gave me the keys of another room. I think it’s quite of an insecure system, specially because it’s not always the same doorman, also because there is no way to securely store valuables in the room However to be fair, this seems to be normal in Ireland, and apparently nothing bad happens.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel between Christmas and New Year's Eve, so during the holiday season. The hotel was fantastic, and the décor was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning Christmas tree and festive lights in the common areas, creating a cozy and magical atmosphere. Our room was perfect, and we appreciated the adjustable heating, which kept us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Despite staying over New Year's Eve, the room was very quiet, allowing us to enjoy peaceful nights. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, as it is not only beautiful and authentic but also conveniently located close to the city center.

Unfortunately, there was no fridge in the room, but if you're aware of this in advance (as we were), you can plan accordingly.

Great location, nice building built with beautiful brownstown. Not noisy despite the centrality, as windows are sound-proofed. Kitchen well equipped and clean, I ate here throughout my stay. Bathroom clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

The floor is really filthy, in the room and also in the corridor. There is a stone part which needs a thorough scrubbing and the wooden parquet needs to be sanded down and re-varnished. I am not a maniac when it comes to cleanliness but I didn't feel comfortable walking without shoes in the room.

A Georgian Terrace building converted to a Hotel. Think old staircases and uneven floors as you move between the formerly separate buildings. A certain oldie worldie charm. Decor of room was not to my taste but in keeping with the character of the building. I was in the roof, which was fine as it was accessible by lift, though the character of the stairs were part of the adventure. There was a pot for making tea... extra points for this. Good shower. Bed comfortable. Bar in sister hotel nearby (Harcourt) was good with a restful atmosphere. Did a great simple soup with soda bread.

I didn't rate the food at the restaurant in the sister hotel restaurant nearby (the 1900). As always in hotels in old buildings, temperature control was difficult. Room was too warm (even though it was winter) and only solution was to open window onto the main road delivering "club emptying at 2am" and traffic noise.

Located near St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre and the parks, within the Business Quarter of Dublin City. The Luas tram passes right outside the hotel’s entrance. This hotel not only offers modern accommodation but also a haven of rest for weary folk who book the room after a hard working day or a stressful trip from one airport to another. What we liked in the spotless room was its well-planned out shape and its beautiful interior design which exploited every part of the room with ease without making storage something difficult to grapple with.

If prices were kept slightly lower, we would certainly book more time at this hotel. Thank you! Dublin is now the second most expensive city in Europe and that includes hotel accommodation for visitors.

The location was absolutely wonderful, with a short walk to the centre and many activities in the nearby area. The staff were lovely, and the front desk was exceptionally helpful and polite. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for a solo traveller or couple. Overall, the stay was amazing, and it was definitely good value for money. I would definitely visit again when I'm back in Dublin!

A small personal issue was that the room was on the first floor next to the street. While not an issue most of the time, my stay was on a weekend, and such the street was loud until quite late. The breakfast, which was available just next door to the hotel, was just okay. While not bad in any particular way, it didn't feel worth the money while so many restaurants and cafes are in the nearby area with better food available.

This was my third stay with this hotel. The location is fantastic and the value for money is great. Staff was very friendly as well.

I booked a triple room for one night with my friend and my son. I expected to have a spacious room where my son could be a bit apart from my friend and I. However we got a room with 3 beds in a row with very small distance between them. Not suitable for two ladies and a 23 yo boy. So I had to book a separate room for my son. The price on the own website was twice the price in the internet. The management could not fully match the internet price so I ended up booking via booking.com again with a Tripadvisor discount. It just ended up not as economical as I expected. But all in all it’s a nice hotel.
