The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was also located near shopping, pubs and restaurants.
The water temperature was too hot in shower and bathroom sink initially had no cold water- only hot. They did adjust the temperature. But thru out stay sink ran hot and cold with no rhyme or reason. Never got roomed clean on second day of stay or clean towels or pick up of dirty dishes. We left the room for 5 hours - from 10-3 and no one came to clean room until 4PM when we were taking a nap and we did not feel like vacating the ro9om at that point. It would have been great if the bar had some kind of snacks, or offered some type of food.

The hotel was very nice - much more space than when we stayed in London. We had drinks the first night at the bar and chatted with the bartender. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We had a staff member call us a cab the day we left and he was quite helpful as well! The location was a little odd being on the other side of student housing for the medical school nearby, but once we got the hang of the area, it was convenient.
The bed was a bit too soft for me. there is some noise from the street late into the night, as there probably is in most areas of Dublin.

This was our second stay at Arthaus Hotel. It's a boutique hotel set in a great location slightly away from the hustle of Grafton St but less than 5 minutes walk. When we originally arrived the room we were given had a window that didn't seem to shut properly and was next to the lift so we requested a quieter room and we're almost immediately moved to a different room that was very quiet. I think the member of staff we spoke to was Adrian, very nice and helpful guy as were all of the staff. The bed was very comfy, the room spotlessly clean and I must also mention the breakfast which is delicious and very good value. I think it was 15 euro for anything off the menu which included all the usual continental options plus a full Irish or waffles/pancakes/eggs Benedict etc. we tried several different options over our stay and all were hearty and delicious. The staff really are extremely helpful and the hotel has a cosier feel than some of the bigger hotels which we really like. I feel the Arthaus Hotel is tremendous value for money and we will be back! Thankyou Arthaus for another lovely stay.
Nothing!

The room was amazing so clean and modern , the shower was out of this world and the bathroom also had tooth brush and razer ect , they were a nice touch, the hotel has a great location just around the corner from shops restaurants and bars , Publix car park right next door with half price charge
The bar was empty with no atmosphere, we ordered cocktails that were not good but the person working there told us he was not a barman so Mabey the staff was sick or something so we left after the one drink we informed a member of staff on check out and he did rectifie This by taking it off the bill which we appreciated

Great location, very walkable from everything we wanted to do. Loved the art everywhere, it was eclectic and cool. Bathrooms were large, cappuccino maker refilled everyday and treats to have with coffee. Staff was able to accommodate a very early check in which was amazing for us as we came in so early!
Street is a bit noisy at night and bathroom started smelling like a mixture of BO and locker room by mid day 2, after cleaning. Couldn't figure it out but kept windows open. Breakfast was .... okay. Great ideas for the dishes and plating but poor execution otherwise. Everything other than the waffles were dripping in oil. Ended up mostly eating the buffet, which was fine. Bit expensive for a small room but I understand location is the biggest draw here.

The hotel has a perfect location, nice and clean bedrooms (we were given an upgrade) and wonderful baths, with a really nice shower. The hot “A la carte” breakfast was really good. The staff was very friendly and polite. The wi-fi was good.
The buffet breakfast is very scarce: when we have to get out early (to go on early scheduled tours) and don’t have time for the a la carte breakfast, we don’t get many options. The TV has only a few interesting channels, as most of them are “locked”.

The location is excellent - we could walk to all of our excursions, restaurants, shops, etc. There is an incredible selection of pubs and local restaurants in the area. St Stephen's park is walking distance, as are useful shops like Boots, a little supermarket shop, etc. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. I particularly liked the layout of the room and the lighting - so often rooms feel too dark as the curtains are closed the whole time. Our room had sufficient but not overpowering lighting, and lots of mirrors - makes it so much easier when there are two people having to get ready in the morning. The shower was incredible. Wifi was seamless throughout the hotel, including in our room. The breakfast was a fantastic surprise - a small continental selection and an a la carte menu to chose from for fresh dishes. Service was impeccable - particularly from Erika and Mahmoud. Given the high cost of accommodation in the area, I believe this hotel is comparatively good value for money.
The heating in the restaurant and in our room was too hot for us at times, but staff were accommodating to our requests to adjust the heating. It would be great to have a small selection of bar snack - crisps, nuts, chocolate peanuts, that sort of easy snacks.

The location was great, short walk to everything. Parking right next door with cheaper rate through hotel. The decor is stunning. Staff really friendly. The breakfast was stunning!! Bed comfortable. We got a complimentary upgrade to an executive room.
Room was freezing and heating didn’t seem to work. Pillows very very hard, had to actually resort to using a small cushion from the chair. Room was very small, but it didn’t bother us much, I think when we heard executive room you just imagined bigger.

Bedroom was so lovely and bright, incredibly soft bedding and pillows! Staff went out of their way to help us when we weren’t able to get into the car park. Location is great, right in the centre and was a 15 min taxi to Marlay Park. Ability to chrome cast on the tv made it very easy to connect streaming services
Only issue was parking, as there’s a Q Park which you do get a discounted fee from staying in the hotel but it was still €22 for a one night stay and we didn’t move our car from the carpark so not sure how it would work if you did have to go in and out.

Room and beds very comfortable, staff very helpful, and great location. lovely artworks and stylish furnishings. Great shower.
breakfast could be improved. very nice menu, but omelette was inedible as too salty and overcooked. no plates for taking items from the buffet...juice and other items not refilled. Breakfast room itself was lovely and very comfortable. Room could have done with a long mirror. 6
