Room is good size, furniture is good, shower room is big. Window has good sound insulation. Bright shower room, bright lights in the bedroom.

This was 1st floor room, I could hear some muffled sounds from the bar below.

My second stay at this property and again I was impressed with the experience. Had a large sized room, plenty of space to spread out, with an oversized bathroom. Location is right in the midst of popular restaurants, pubs and shopping venues including a short walk to Grafton Street and St. Stephen'\s Green. Walking distance to sightseeing sites as well including Trinity College, the Dublin Castle, and the two cathedrals. Transit buses a block away. Good breakfast was included in our rate. Although we taxied over from the airport, I did notice a public pay car park around the corner from the hotel for any guests that drive there.

Really could use a bathmat in the shower as with the tiles it gets slippery. Otherwise, it was a near-perfect experience!

-This hotel is in the middle of everything! And from before checking in, I had wonderful interactions with employees. We were going to be arriving before the actual check in time and I messaged to see if we could at least stow our luggage ahead of time. I received a kind response that they would try to have our room ready, but that we could definitely store our bags if our room wasn't yet ready. I also sent another message asking for recommendations for restaurants for a casual celebration since our visit to Ireland was to celebrate my husband's birthday. Another response arrived stating they would like to gift my husband a box of chocolates for his birthday and had multiple suggestions for where we could go for some good food. All of that before we even arrived! -Our flight ran late, so early check in wasn't needed after all. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, got our keys and given an orientation as to where many things were located in reference to the hotel. We were given a map with locations pointed out and circled for us (so helpful). Just before we went up to the room they asked whose birthday it was and wished my husband a happy birthday. An extra touch was the towels shaped into animals on the bed (like on a cruise ship) with a box of chocolates with a card that said, "Happy 50th birthday!" The chocolates were delicious and were enjoyed during our stay. -Our room was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable and everything was in order. We were greeted every time we entered the lobby, coming or going, and appreciated the extra security going from the lobby to the hallway where the elevator was located (key card access). We felt safe here and enjoyed visiting Dublin dressed up for the holiday season. Nothing but positive things about the staff and this stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Received a very friendly welcome, including recommendations of where to go for food and drinks and sightseeing. The apartment was very comfortable - 3 good double rooms. The kitchen was small but perfectly adequate and stocked with teas and coffees. Perfectly clean, with a good shower and plenty fresh towels. The location is perfect, easily walkable to Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse and the Bord Gais Theatre where we saw a show. Great choice of bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommend.

There was only one bathroom for 3 double bedrooms (5 of us travelling). However, we knew that before we travelled and we managed fine. Hardly the hotel's fault but the alley below us was very noisy at various times. The double glazing was very effective but it was hot while we were in Dublin and it would have been nice to keep the windows open. Take earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Located in the heart of Dublin above a very popular eatery with crowds spilling into the street celebrating (well that’s basically Dublin in general) this hotel offers a clean and quiet retreat. The staff are just lovely - so helpful and went above and beyond to help with touring questions, wake up calls, and transport help. The rooms were spotless, well appointed and tastefully decorated. They are also quite spacious with plenty of storage, great climate control and the triple paned windows keep the partying to the streets beloe. We hope to stay here again for sure! Lovely lovely hotel in the best location!!!

The location adn the staff are the best parts of this hotel! The front desk is more than helpful and everything is within walking distance. We stayed 2 nights but I could easily stay for 4-5 nights. There is a hoping bar down stairs but it was quite by 11pm or 12pm? either way they have double pained windows which kept any noise down. We didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment. I am not sure how much the rooms are if you book in advance but we paid $265 a night for 2 adults and 1 child. I think that was a little steep but I also feel like all hotels are high these days.

The rate.

We stayed for 2 nights, one night in an apartment and the second at the hotel. Location is hard to beat, especially for the price. I would absolutely recommend staying here when visiting Dublin. The apartment was great, big and comfortable and easily accessible from the main building. The hotel room was good but would have been better if there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very friendly and professional and happy to give lots of time to customers to chat. The breakfast was bland and there are much better options away from the hotel - on checking out I overheard one of the receptionists recommending alternative breakfast venues to a customer and wish I had heard this before paying €57 for ours.

This was the best 3-person room we experienced during our trip to Ireland. It was the only time we had enough space to work out of our suitcases without putting them on the floor. Other hotels and B&B's barely left enough room to walk around the beds. The location is close to restaurants, within easy walking distance of many attractions, and only a 10-minute walk to the river.

Being a little older, I always think that hotel rooms should cost the same as they did 30 or 40 years ago. Considering what I paid for less satisfactory lodging and that this was in a major city, the price was reasonable.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful hotel (2 adults and a 10-month-old baby). The property is located right in the city center, so all the main attractions are within a few minutes’ walk. The room was spacious and relatively quiet, considering it overlooked a lively street full of restaurants and bars (we were on the 4th floor, so the noise was barely noticeable). Spotlessly clean. Towels were changed every day. The staff was always available for any needs or information.

It would be desirable to have a fridge/minibar in the rooms

The location was excellent. The staff was outstanding and could not do enough for us. The Breakfast is exceptionally great. This was a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Dublin.

The taxi service they use is sub standard. There is an extra charge for pre-booking, the driver does not know where the Drury Hotel is located and this particular taxi services charges extra for baggage, unlike other taxis. Also, the current taxi service does not take the shortest route and adds extra miles to fares (Just track the route with your own device and see what they are doing wrong).
