Breakfast lovely and very plentiful. Staff very pleasant and professional. Location central to restaurants and bars. Receptionist very welcoming and allowed early check-in which was welcome as we were out for the day. Room very Clean and quirky shower powerful
Not hotel issue and you get the numerous warnings regarding noise from bars and on street gatherings for bars which go on until 4 o’clock especially on weekends. Ear plugs provided but be warned if facing onto street there is noise which single glazing cannot keep out and you cannot open windows due to this. If mobility issues beware plenty of steps and stairs but building beautiful

The reviews were mixed about how loud it is. The property is very forthcoming about the loud bar downstairs. I realized that the noise depends on which side Of the building you are on which is very random and you won’t find out until you check in. We were on the loud side. I didn’t realize that it’s more than just a bar. The entire street below is full of people partying until all hours of the night. But we did have earplugs and we were able to sleep. The other challenge was that the room was hot, but if we open the windows, it was too loud to sleep. The location was amazing (with the exception that it was one of the most crowded party streets at night), the staff were very helpful and the breakfast also amazing!!
It was hot and the street party at night.

For the price we paid, I'd say amazing. The rooms are not that big and services are minimal, but the bed was very comfortable and we had a kettle in the room. The common area is very cozy. The location is its biggest strength, practically 5 minutes from Temple Bar and in a very nice area with lots of good bars, cafes and restaurant. It apparently can get very busy in the street below during the weekend (they email you to warn you as soon as you book), but as we stayed there Tuesday to Thursday we slept fine, just regular big city noise in the streets. You can get breakfast for 15 Euros in a restaurant connected to the hotel. It's very good value given the prices in Dublin and very good. Staff was very welcoming and nice.

Clean, comfortable, quirky. Perfect location to explore Dublin. Very welcoming and lovely Lara on our first day couldn’t do enough to make our stay special however the other reception staff were not so welcoming or helpful unfortunately.
We were disappointed in the 2nd night of our stay when we tried to purchase some drinks from the hotel bar prior to settling for the night. We were told this is not possible unless Lara is on shift. The previous evening we had some drinks and were able to relax in the lovely hotel surroundings, we were so disappointed this was not possible and couldn’t understand the reason for this as the hotel has a fully stocked bar!!! We returned to the hotel for a night cap after a busy day and couldn’t believe this wouldn’t be possible. We feel this let the accommodation down

Great central location! All the staff were so helpful especially Bea on the front desk as we checked in!
We didn’t have any water for aprox 2 hours one night, but the gentleman on the front desk did a great job ensuring we were able to get to have a shower, not sure what happened but he was great in attending to this so swiftly

Upon arrival the staff member who greeted me was incredibly friendly and put me at ease, talked me through the different aspects of the hotel I may have asked questions about, was very upfront about the noise from the pub downstairs- there were earplugs in the bedside drawer, for my convenience. The propery itself was awash with charm and very interesting, my room was very cosy and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaraunt downstairs had been described to me by that same staff member as phenomenal, and she did not oversell it. It was absolutely delicious! Also, the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING ! And the choice of complimentary shampoo and conditioner, being the Rituals brand, felt very luxurious. Location cannot be beat, either. Next time I'm in Dublin, I'll absolutely be booking into Kelly's.
I run quite warm, and even though the windows had been opened for ventilation before I arrived, I found the room was quite warm. Then again, if I'm honest, I reasoned the lack of air conditioning to the status of the complex as converted Georgian townhouses - it would be so difficult to facilitate the installation of aircon without massively disrupting the convenience of patrons staying in the hotel.

Location was great. We also chose this hotel because our day trip with a bus started the closest to this hotel. If you like the night life in city center and the noise does not bather you, then it's ok. Many locations are close to this hotel, there are also a lot of restaurants etc. Checkin was fast, they also provided us with a UK to EU adapter which I had forgotten.. rooms were ok, beds ok, good for a short stay :)
The loud music and noise from the streets was ok, I didn't care really :D but still I think windows really need some insulation.

The Breakfast was a real surprise! Very tasty, very good, delicious! The bed was very comfortable. Location was really good, everything is near, you can reach most tourist spots by foot. The stuff is really kind and polite. We couldn't charge our phones in our room so the receptionist kindly gave as suitable charger. Our room was on the inner side of the building so we didnt hear the noise from the street so we slept like babies. There is free tea and coffee in the room. Wifi was good.
No hotel slippers in the room. The shower had a fixed head (we like movable one). Traditionally there are two devided pipes in the bathrom, one for cold water, one for hot water. The floor is wooden and you can hear people walking in other rooms. But these are just little things we didn't like, at the end of the day we were very happy with our stay.

I think it’s ok . Nothing really ostentatious but it serves a purposes and the location is fantastic
The manager . The rest of the staff specially Bea was LOVELY !!!! She was so accommodating and helpful specially when I came back yesterday from a 12 hour tour and in the middle of the day the manager called to charge me €399 for one night or she was to put all my personal belongings in a bag to be collected at reception because I forgot to book another night on the hotel . I mean . What ?! That level of stress when I was miles away . Thankfully Bea rectified the error , made amendments and we could get a better outcome of all this situation .

Sofia was at the reception desk when we arrived. She was so pleasant and welcomed us to not only Kelly's, but Dublin, as well. She went well above and beyond her duties by answering our questions and letting us know how to travel about. Breakfast is an option. We had breakfast in the French restaurant. It was the best breakfast we've had in years. I had the French omlette. We definitely recommend Kelly's Hotel!
Everything was great. There is nothing we did not like.
