excellent courteous kind staff, super location, fast check in, we had a lovely stay
We paid 500 euro each for two rooms which I understand is the going rate for the Westbury, however the breakfast was not included. We were told that we could go to breakfast and pay on the morning but the prices for the breakfast were extortionate. They did not have set price for the entire breakfast but everything was priced individually. I thought this was very mean and a bit money grabbing seeing we were residents. We left and ate around the corner in Bewleys which was beautiful. I suppose I can understand a fine dining experience to be pricey but really no need for a buffet breakfast in a cramped restaurant to be over priced.

The room was perfect - cosy, warm & comfortable. Bathroom products are lovely. GREAT location off grafton st.
Room service menu is highly overpriced - think there is room for some less expensive options here. Also I purchased for a friend for her birthday and since she arrived before me, they blocked 500 euro on her card and it remained blocked for 2 weeks and only got unblocked after her chasing the hotel and calling numerous times. This is not 5 star service.

The breakfast is amazing. You must partake! The flowers at reception are quite something! We stayed in two suites which were stunning. This hotel is right in the centre which makes it very convenient for everything. Our beds were very, very comfortable and the room had lots of nice touches. This is my 2nd time at this hotel and each stay has brought many happy memories.
The hotel was extremely busy on the day we checked in and there was a slightly late checkin but we offered a round of cocktails which made up for any inconvenience. Not really a bad moment.

SUPERB LOCATION. STAFF WERE EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. ONE NICER THAN THE NEXT AND VERY EFFECIENT. WHAT I REALLY LIKED WAS THE HOTEL KEPT SEATS FOR RESIDENTS IN THE BARS WHICH WAS REALLY GREAT, WE HAVE STAAYED IN A 5 STAR HOTEL IN THE PAST AND THEY DID NOT ADOPT THIS POLICY. DEFINITELY WAS FOR US A BIG BONUS THAT THEY PUT RESIDENTS BEFORE THE PUBLIC TO ENSURE SPARE SEATS KEPT IN THE BARS.
FULL IRISH BREAKFAST WAS A BIT MEAN. ONLY 1 SAUSAGE. SAYING THAT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, SO WAS FOOD AND NO ISSUE FWHEN MY HUSBAND DID REQUEST ANOTHER SAUSAGE

Room was basic considering the price. Bit outdated and and needed refurbishment. Valet parking was great as hotel is in the city centre and off a very busy street. It was an extra charge though. The cocktail bar was nice but waiting staff were a bit scattered in their approach to taking orders and delivering them to the table. This could improve. The location of the hotel is it's best point as it is easy to socialise in the centre and walk back safely to this hotel. Staff on the door were helpful and friendly.

You cannot beat the location. The staff were incredibly friendly and were all super nice to our two children. The beds were really plush and all the extra little touches in the bedroom made it super comfortable.
Myself and my kids are all vegetarian. I ordered a vegetarian omelette and a boiled egg for my kids. My omelette had ham in it, I didn't realise it till i ate some and my kids boiled eggs randomly arrived with bacon. The did take the price of my meal off the bill for breakfast but in reality should have done more. Getting dietary requests wrong is a big deal. Breakfast was 36 per adult and 25 per child (my kids are 3 and 4 and barely ate an egg and some fruit).

The location, staff and facilities were generally excellent. We were able to walk to everything and felt safe.
One of the staff at Sidecar bar front desk was short and abrupt. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a back dress and hard dark hair. I asked her if we could take our drink to the lobby. Her response was “absolutely not”. A no because … would he be been much more appropriate for a staff at a hotel ov such caliber.

We stayed for the Taylor Swift concert. Location is right off Grafton street, very accessible for dropping off shopping bags, very central. They offer valet parking. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The decor is stunning and the hotel bar has the best cocktails I’ve ever had. They provided a turn down service and even spruced up our room while at breakfast, left chocolate and fresh bottles of water. This place was truly a 5 star experience from start to finish and we will 100% stay again.
