Location is great. It is easy to walk in all directions to many tourist spots! The restaurant is fantastic and I must say I enjoyed the absolutely best fish & chips I've ever had!!!!

I knew the room was going to be small, and I read reviews and looked at pictures , but confess, I really didn't realize just how small! It was very difficult to unpack and get situated, and nowhere to hang clothes. I eventually just draped my hanging clothes on a pull-down bar thing (no hangers) that was on the wall. I think this hotel could take lessons from cruise ships! There is wall space above the bed that could easily have housed overhead cabinets! View was non-existent; laneway/other bldgs and rooftops.

Beautiful light filled entry, great decor Very practical but also beautiful Rooms are small but brilliantly laid out so all the normal expectations are fulfilled (except No conditioner!) and the finish is high spec luxury. Getting all this in a zero carbon, small differences baked in to make sure the footprint is light way, was brilliant. And the location is unreal. Price very good for spec and location and I am happy to have a smaller room for all these pluses. Brilliant, will use again.

Cooked breakfast was not great at 10.30 the next day - maybe I was too late… Lights were a bit confusing

It was very nice, the atmosphere, the restaurant was great, the food delicious, the staff very friendly, the location was great, they let us in immediately when we arrived and it was around three hours before the checkin time. The only problem I had was with the panel control, it had some problems and the lights wouldn’t switch off, it took a lot of tries and time to switch them, we called twice they were helpful, the night before we left when it didn’t switch off at all they offered to change the room but it was too much bothering for us so we passed, they offered a free breakfast in return. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were not that friendly.

The room was cosy, and the hotel was one of the least expensive in the area. Everything was clean, the restaurant looked nice, though I didn't have breakfast or any meals there. There was free water in the rooms, and in the lobby, and they even held my luggage after I left.

The room is small. Very small, which I knew from the registration. But also the room is weirdly designed, so there's not much room to do anything but sleep. Also, the check-in says you can checkin before 3pm and will get your code at 3pm, but I never received it. Still, these are very minor things, and it's a safe clean room for very cheap.

Excellent location, good food and coffee in restaurant. Service at front desk was helpful and engaging. Rooms are on the smaller size but were perfect for a solo traveler. Nice modern amenities and sophisticated look. Hotel was walking distance to many shops, pubs and restaurants. Just around the corner from Grafton Street and many historical spots but was still tucked away in the corner of a street that helped minimize street noise and traffic. Would stay again and again!

Beds were a bit hard but I sleep on an extra soft bed so my experience may be skewed. Pillows were a strange mix of soft but then dense the longer you laid on them making it a tad uncomfortable after a few nights. TV channels were somewhat useless. Half did not work and the other half were almost always infomercials. There was an option for chromecast but no instructions whatsoever on how to use it. Staff in the restaurant could be trained better on being more attentive to the dining customers but we’re still incredibly friendly and helpful.

This place is very much what the name suggests - Urban Nest! We did feel like it was a cozy nest smackdab in the middle of the city. Comfortable and warm with a modern organic style which we loved. The location is absolutely unbeatable. You just step out and have all the conveniences of the city, yet the hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of bustling city center. If we come back to Dublin we would definitely choose Wren again ❤️❤️❤️

We enjoyed the breakfast but there were a few things we missed: Cheese and bread variety, fresh veggies (paprika,cucumber etc) and baked beans. Otherwise everything was tasty.

When I visit Dublin the Wren Urban Nest is my first consideration for booking. Every time. The location is perfect. Just a short walk from McConnell Bridge AirCoach drop off. Walkable to Temple Bar, Trinity College, National Gallery, Grafton Street and countless restaurants and pubs around George's Street Arcade and the Quays. The restaurant downstairs serves a decent breakfast to start your day and the bar stays open for guests until well after 2AM. The rooms are small and cozy. A tight squeeze for two people but I've come to appreciate that. (I'm often a solo traveler) I've booked the slightly larger room when traveling with a partner. The beds are super comfy and the room and bathroom is spotlessly clean and quiet. The views are good from most rooms and there is secure access to all floors by digital key only.

Perfect sound isolation, good breakfast, and convenient location. They have a nice restaurant and the bar staff is very helpful and attentive.

If you stay for one night, it's ok. But if the stay is longer, it's very inconvenient, because there is no shelf to hang your stuff. No table in the room, so it was uncomfortable to work. The room is very narrow, so the bed takes up all the space. If you order breakfast and need to leave earlier than breakfast starts (at 7 am), in the rules it's stated, that they can prepare the breakfast box for those who leave early. So the evening before I asked about this opportunity and one person from the administration quite rudely answered, that they do not have this option, but when reminded about their rules and then another person agreed. So, be careful.

The restaurant and wine options were great. The gathering space is also welcoming and I saw it well utilized in my visits. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. I was not planning to spend a lot of time in the room, so the capsule room type was just fine for me. The location is stellar for food, shops, transit & key tourist sites.

Important to know - The lobby is downstairs and you either can use an intercom to access a lift or carry luggage down stairs. Also important to understand that these are mostly capsule rooms which can be awkward with big luggage or shared space - make sure to consider which configuration you book.
