I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine’s Day at the Iveagh Garden Hotel, where my partner and I were joined by close friends for a surprise engagement party. From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes that catered to everyone’s tastes, adding to the celebratory atmosphere of the evening. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding level of customer service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of the evening was perfect. The team was incredibly supportive and accommodating, assisting me in planning the proposal and helping to create a seamless and unforgettable moment. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free and truly special. The proposal itself was flawless, thanks in large part to the staff’s dedication and creativity. They helped set the scene perfectly, ensuring that everything was in place to make the moment magical. My partner was completely surprised, and the joy and excitement shared by our friends made the evening even more memorable. The 5-star customer service at the Iveagh Garden Hotel truly elevated the experience. From the thoughtful assistance in planning to the genuine care shown throughout the evening, the staff made us feel valued and celebrated. It was a night we will cherish forever, and I 100% recommend the Iveagh Garden Hotel to anyone looking to create a truly special occasion.

Could not fault the hotel itself. Beautifully festive and exceptionally clean. Staff were very capable and friendly.

On checking out I needed to remain at the property for a few hours. I purchased drinks and sat down on a couch. The concierge kept eyeballing me in a really unfriendly manner as if he was wondering what I was doing there alone. It made me so uncomfortable I left for the train station earlier than planned. Left a very sour note after a lovely stay and evening in Dublin.

The rooms were very nice, updated and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Getting to our room was difficult and though we asked for rooms that were accessed by an elevator our rooms were in the basement in the building nextdoor and required us to go down several steps which was difficult for some of us. There was a lot of street noise which made it hard to sleep and it is located in an area that is a good walk from the places we wanted to visit. We felt the hotel was overpriced. The check in staff was confused by our reservation and seemed to fumble as to which rooms we should be in so the process to check in was longer than it should have been.

Breakfast was 5 star. Fresh fruits and the hot buffet as good as what you'd get at any top hotel.

I found the pod bedroom very warm with the underfloor heating but I told reception and they turned it off

I thought the location was ideal in terms of easy access to Stephen’s Green & Grafton Street area. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. My pod room was adequate but I found the bed uncomfortable - like sleeping on a plank. I had to sleep on the duvet to feel comfortable. If I book a room again, it would have to be at the back of the property as some guests complained about noise from the night club across the road.

It would have been helpful if I had been escorted to my room on the first night. I had a very long journey and was not sure how the to access the room or operate the lighting when I entered.

I stayed for two nights. This hotel is in a great location and it’s very walkable for Dublin. The breakfast was good. The staff were very nice during my stay. Check in and out was fast. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet.

Unfortunately it was very warm when I stayed and despite my room having AC it never cooled down. They brought me a fan but it was quite noisy. I was very hot at night and up on the third floor which was far worse than the outside temperature. I am up in Dublin a lot and I would stay again - but probably not in the summer time.

We enjoyed every element of our stay at Iveagh Garden Hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed with the most comfortable bed I've ever enjoyed in a hotel. The front desk staff was wonderful, the restaurant full service with some of the best food we had while in Dublin - try the seafood chowder - and the location was ideal for exploring. One day we took the tram from the stop one street over and found the city very easy to navigate via public transport; there is a convenient stop for the On and Off bus tour of Dublin quite nearby as well. St. Stephen's Green is within short walking distance and is simply beautiful in all weather. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, though the street on which the hotel is located is quiet other than the pleasant sound of the trams passing.

The hotel is so beautiful and so much nicer than I expected it to be. Clean, spacious, and updated rooms. We stayed in a deluxe double which had a double bed and two twin beds with plenty of room for our luggage and even a small table and chair. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate our requests! We need a vacuum for our vacuum seal travel bags and they brought it to our room right away. We did not have time to try the restaurant but for a small fee they offer grab and go continental breakfast if you have early morning excursion. You need to request these the day before. The location is great! Walking distance for the majority of Dublin's main attractions. Great location if travelling with children in my opinion. There are several bars and clubs across the street but still quiet and not as loud and hectic as Temple Bar. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dublin! Thoroughly enjoy my stay
