The hotel is well equipped and situated about a 20 minute walk from Trinity college, The Temple Bar, and other nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and focused. The rooms were comfortable and quiet (well-insulated from the bar downstairs). There are also plenty of delicious restaurants and coffee shops within a ten minute walk. We will definitely stay again when in Dublin.
The only real complaint is of the bar staff (which I see as separate from the hotel staff). Very scattered, inattentive…it was quite strange. It may have been just an off time or day, but I’d go to a different pub/diner.

The location of the hotel was very good for our needs. The front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful in securing taxis when needed and solving any problems that arose. While quirky floor plans were a bit of a challenge…it became quite charming and a fun puzzle.
The restaurant was a very big disappointment. After one meal we no longer ate there. The menu offerings were primarily of Circle K or grab and go quality. Not appetizing. A salad selected was the worst. So sad as the historic property has so much potential. A very weird and unfriendly vibe in the atrium area.

The room was lovely and convenient to get to and from. The staff in reception were so friendly and helpful.
However, the staff in the restaurant were blunt and unbothered, we can appreciate it is a busy spot but a simple smile could go along way. The housekeeping staff were laughing and shouting from 8:50am right outside of our bedroom. I had hoped it would stop after a few moments but it continued for over twenty minutes. It woke us up and prevented us from returning to sleep. Once again we can appreciate staff enjoying their job but this was at a ridiculous volume.

I arrived at Keavens Port Hotel and I was greeted by Ava at reception. I had requested a quiet room with a bath, and Ava was so lovely, she even walked me to my room 🙂. I stayed in room 228, it was lovely and quiet for the whole night There was generous sized bath with an overhead shower, and the room was just spotless👍👍👍. Very comfortable bed, nice extras in the hot drink section; Cadbury Hot Chocolate sachets and Walkers Shortbread . My room was located at the back of the hotel, a pleasant view of neighbouring rooftops and a lovely old stone church. I met 3 of the accommodation staff in passing, and they were so lovely, Marina, Liz and Lisa. Lisa was the lady who had made up my room pre arrival, and she obviously puts a lot of effort and pride into her work. As a solo traveller it's the people you meet in passing that really help to make your stay a memorable one. Sandra and Warren in management were so pleasant and helpful, thanks a million. I can honestly recommend this hotel as a good place to stay at a reasonable price and a fairly central location.

I really enjoyed my stay at Keavan's Port. I ate, slept & drank very well. The Hotel is located right in the middle of Dublin. Most Tourist attractions are within walking distance. The Luas & many Dublin Bus routes are literally on your doorstep. I spent some time reading through the History of each building in the Hotel. I found this very interesting, in fairness it is very well researched & put together as is the interior decor. Food & drink were very cheap for Dublin Standards, which is a big bonus!!!
I couldn't fault the Hotel. I had to a perfect stay!!

I checked into room 110 and had a very good stay, the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfy, the room was facing right out to the front street so I’d say it can be very loud at night but we were out so it wasn’t a problem. We parked at the Q park Stephens Green which was a 10 minute walk away and at checkout we gave our car park ticket to reception who added a discount to it! All the staff that we encountered were very nice. The shower and bathroom was lovely but when we checked in at first there was quite a bad smell in the bathroom but it did go away eventually as we were able to open the windows in the room!

Quiet area around a 20 minute walk from central and above a Wetherspoons and didn’t hear much noise from below just in corridors, clean building and very easy to find
unfortunately the buildings fire alarm did go off in the early hours of the morning, we did hear someone out in the corridor announcing it was a false alarm but one 2 occasions it wasn’t ideal. The room was a great size just for a couple but I would recommend staff to keep a closer eye on the complementary tea, coffee and milk as in the morning before checking out myself and my partner ruined a whole cup of tea buy pouring in clumpy milk from oct 24. Overall a great hotel just minor tweaks

It's a bar and hotel, not a classic hotel. It was created by combining several buildings, so it's a bit of a maze, but I enjoyed every minute. Part of the bar and restaurant is a former church, which, together with the glass wall in the bar, across two floors, creates a unique space. I just loved its design and vibes. You order and pay for food and drinks via an app from the table which is quick and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with nothing to complain about. Our room faced the back alley, so it was pleasantly quiet.
We had a little trouble setting the ventilation and heating. The windows cannot be opened so we were worried about stale air. The staff was beneficial and eventually, the ventilation started. I would also appreciate a shelf for toiletries in the bathroom and a towel hook.

Quick Check-in. Wetherspoon is best for local experience, If you heard of it then you accept the standards. I loved to find a packed bar/restaurant daily downstairs. Price and offers are fancy. Few walking distance from Campden area or center. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. I asked for a quite room and got it. WIll come back.
There is a corridor from the reception to the hotel for breakfast and quite area. This place was always a mess and dirty in comparison to the rest of the hotel unfortunately. Staff would pass by and not really pay attention like if the other part of the hotel was more important. Dublin is hell expensive in comparison to EU cities, a bit too much for its standards.

The room, despite being in the same building as the pub, was quiet and peaceful. We weren't disturbed by any noise. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bed and all amenities functioning properly
We were unexpectedly placed in a wheelchair-accessible room, which we hadn't requested. While this made the room very spacious, the bathroom was designed for wheelchair users, featuring plastic shower curtains and a very low sink. The breakfast, served in the pub, met our expectations for standard pub fare and was reasonably priced and satisfying. One issue to note: I was accidentally charged twice at the pub for an order I placed at the counter.
