The location and the room were great, just like we expected. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the only thing that seemed a bit unsanitary was that the room had a carpet instead of wooden floors, but that is just nitpicking. We received new towels every day, but had to make the bed ourselves.

Loved the room - the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, the toiletries were from the same brand and smelled amazing. also had a lovely view from the window. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Iveagh Gardens and very close to St Stephen's Green and the city centre and the neighbourhood is quiet and lovely. Loved the autonomous check-in.

The hotel is apparently right above or very close to a club or a bar that plays music every night (at least they did on Saturday and Sunday) until at least 4 am. If you're not bothered by noise or have good earplugs/earbuds with white noise, then you shouldn't mind.

I've been to Sonder Montreal, both Sonders in CDMX, and now this one. It was amazing! The location is ~10min walk from anything you'd need. There's a park just down the road that I enjoyed walking through on my way to Grafton or Trinity College. It's well serviced by bus, and the LUAs are ~5min walk away. I'll wholeheartedly recommend staying here and at any Sonder you come across.

The random fire alarms going off were a bit much at times (the neighbours as well as the Sonder's weekly test). Its also on a main street so expect to hear road noise and the occasional service vehicle.

Nice-looking room and great location. The staff member who helped us check in was super friendly and pro-active. This is the kind of hospitality you want to experience on your trip :)

This hotel is trying too hard to be different, which results in countless emails and online verification of my identity before arriving. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Speaking of fixing things: the curtains in the room were too small and there were some issues in the bathroom. These should’ve been fixed prior to anyone staying in the room.

I loved that they had a Nespresso machine in the room and that it was already filled up with water. That was a really nice touch. The room was beautifully lit was very tasteful recessed lighting ( even in the bathroom) Water pressure in the shower was great, and I loved the anti fog heated mirror. The quality of the furnishing including carpet and curtains was right. The room was at a very pleasant temperature. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were generously stuffed feather pillows

There was some noise from a nearby disco. Not very loud, but noticeable. I ended up using nose cancelling headphones to sleep. The towels were a little on the small side, everything else felt very generous and luxurious except for the one minor detail

I had a King Room which was nice and big with a super comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice and modern and the shower was great. Had all the amenities you'd need and even included ear plugs. Location is great, quiet area and right near St Stephens green and a short walk to pubs and shops. Code to enter the building/room is a good idea as it saves you keeping a key.

Room and building could be better ventilated, was very hot walking around. Window doesn't open very much or stay open. However a fan is provided.

Unfortunately at 5.30am someone started cleaning windows including our window which scared us and woke us up. Also our window was half open so they got inside of the room all wet. Receptionist was very apologetic about it, so couldve been a mistake in counting rooms from the outside.

the check in process- i booked via booking.com then had to set an account with sonder to try to check in online, request to provide id information via portal- very confusing process- also i would never share my id info this way- ended up checking in on-site, there was no information beforehand that it is possible to check in onsite so had to enquire whilst receiving number of online check in prompts- was close to cancelling the booking altogether
