The hotel is located in a quiet area, 2.1 km from the center, right in front of the bus station. The staff is very kind and was responsive to our problem and they changed our room which was on the top floor, my wife had problems going up to the upper floors, we thank them in this way. If you have mobility problems, you should know that access to the upper floors is by stairs. The breakfast consists of 2 types, continental or Irish breakfast, the hotel also has 3 parking spaces the Wifi signal is ok in the room In the future we want to return to Dublim, we will try to stay here if we find availability. A little advice about public transport, * for the bus to stop at the station you have to wave with your hand, * payment is only made in cash with coins or you download the app for public transport to buy tickets from there where a ticket costs 1.6 eur for 90 min on all means of transport if NOT you will pay 2 eur each way * if you come at night from the airport and there are 4 or 5 people it is more convenient to take Bold or Uber which will take you directly to the hotel and the price / person will be good.

I LOVED the keys, though finicky, I just adore how they’ve maintained the property. The room was perfect for a solo traveler staying for a few days - if I had more luggage I’d say a bit cramped, but it felt just like home. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, and the fact that they had a night porter is phenomenal. My check in and check out was very straightforward. I’d stay again!

Just the location really, it didn’t fit ‘me,’ it was very quiet and family friendly - neither bad, I felt incredibly safe - but being in my mid-20s, I think being closer to city centre would’ve been better for me. The water pressure was low in the shower; my room faced a wall (but that wasn’t that bad, I actually enjoyed the privacy).

Spacious clean rooms. Lovely location if you dont mind a walk into town. Very nice restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast. Irish breakfast is not exceptional but fine. The fruit salad was excellent and delicious soda bread. Good value overall.

I asked for fresh milk for tea in our rooms and was refused. They must have had milk in the kitchen so I dont know why. Also confusion on the first morning about breakfast.We paid in advance so should have been entitled to the full buffet & hot breakfast but were told only Irish or continental. I queried on the second morning and we were entitled to full breakfast.

Great location- very safe & with excellent transport. Very friendly & helpful staff. Room was cosy and even though I was kindly upgraded to a bigger room, I liked the single smaller one more as it was brighter and more than enough for my needs. Bed was super comfortable, the room was very warm and water in the shower warm too. Everything was in a perfect working condition. I'd stay again for a few nights.

I liked almost everything, really! Some neighbours upstairs were a bit too noisy at night. The shower made some noises when on and the water temperature changed a bit during my shower but it was a quite minor issue all things considered.

A great property just outside of the city center. Very accessible however there are only stairs and no elevators so may not cater to everyone. You have peace and quiet in safe neighbourhood. There's a bus stop right outside the property that brings you directly into the city Center with buses going multiple times a day. There's also another bus stop a 5 minute walk away that provides an Airport bus service. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Was on the pricier side for just a 2 night stay as location was not smack bang in city Center

Very pleasant, perfectly clean room in a wonderful central area of Dublin. The staff is friendly. The room has everything that is needed for a short stay. Our room looked exactly as on the photos, nicely decorated, real wooden floors, new furniture. Good value for money.

The shower head was somewhat antiquated in an otherwise perfectly maintained bathroom. The Continental breakfast contained no vegetables of any kind, not even a slice of cucumber. After booking the room, the staff asked if we would like to avail of free parking, and then in the next message told us that it actually cost 6 euro per day. This rate is very fair for central Dublin and the parking spaces are spacious, but why didn’t they state the price in the first message?

The poperty is right in front of a bus stop, so it is so easy and convenient to move around town. The rooms are super clean, the Irish Breakfast is an absolute MUST (don’t get the continental, if you are apprehensive, take a leap of faith, you’re going to love it). But what completely sets this place apart and what was an 11/10 for us, is the staff. The staff is absolutely amazing. They were so incredibly warm and accommodating. Thank you to every one of you on the team who worked so hard to ensure such an exquisite stay for us.

There were absolutely no problems whatsoever.

Great location with parking right outside. Easy walk across canal to city sites. Very attentive staff. Lovely continental breakfast including option of porridge with Baileys. Close to several great restaurants (the Canal Bank cafe was especially good for food/ wine choices/ service, and the Waterloo House pub served great food and has excellent range of whiskeys)

We had no complaints about this property and would happily stay again

The personel was so friendly and informative, made sure that the stay would be increadible. The room was very tidy, clean, had everything one needs. It was impecably cleaned every day of the say. The kitchen staff were very mindful and helpful about all the food intolerances. The location is great, the city centre, all the shops and restaurants are quite close. The house has interesting history, and it's great that the current owners values that. Overall, my best stay so far.

My room was surprisingly small but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I received a bottle of water and coffee the next morning. The staff did a great job getting me an Uber (Free Co.) to the airport the next morning. My room was very close to the front door, which made it easy to move my luggage to the outside step. Crucial - I was able to check in very late, at 1:30 a.m.

I couldn't get the tiny shower to turn on so had to wash in the sink. There was a space in front of my door wide and deep enough for my key to slip into as I was wiggling it into the very loose keyhole.
